I just had my FIRST service appointment on my 2023 Honda Civic here at Car Pros Honda El Monte. I needed my FIRST oil change. It has an EPS recall, so I had to get that fixed. I also wanted to get a loud cracking noise checked out that my car makes when driving in reverse.When I called, I asked how many appointments I would need since it seemed like a lot to take care of in only one, but the department made me this appointment for all 3 things. So I thought it was fine and that there would be no issue.They kept my car overnight, which I had no problem with, and was not trying to rush them or anything.Came to pick up my car today. The technician completely disregarded my concern about the loud cracking noise and told me this sound is normal, which I HIGHLY disagree because it was not making this loud "NORMAL" noise when I got the car BRAND NEW.I am obviously no mechanic, but I am sure that a loud cracking noise that happens multiple times when reversing and pressing the brakes is not normal. Multiple passengers that I've had in my car have heard this noise as well, so it is not just me hearing things either.I feel he just did not want to waste any more time on my car since I was charged for nothing because of it being my first service appointment.I am completely unsatisfied with my first experience here at Car Pros Honda El Monte. At least with the technician, to be specific. Will not come back here. I do not trust them.

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and Money HERE!!! They caused new problems for my car,.My car had no problems prior to me bringing it in for maintenance , but after getting my car serviced there it started engine light and shake when driving. I brought my car back multiple times. I wasted over 1 weekend bringing my car back and twice to have nothing changed. The shaking problem only got worse. When I finally go through to a manager. No problems was ever solved and they just kept telling me to keep wasting my time to bring the car back to solve nothing. They DO NOT take responsibility for anything.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in for a 30,000 service. I also asked them to look at my air conditioner because it was not working properly. The person that helped me said a part was broken and it needed to be ordered. He told me it would take about 5 days and he would give me a call. That was over 3 weeks ago. I tried calling twice last week and they don t return my call. I guess I need to take my business elsewhere since they are too busy to give me a call back.

My second time here and i didn't wait long for an advisor to help me. I was approached by Robert Pastor really nice guy definitely recommend him. I'll continue to bring my car at this location. Everyone is nice and it's clean. Thanks again Robert!!

Low tire pressure light kept coming on. They checked it out and found it to be a nail in the tire wall. A week later the low tire pressure light came in again like they warned me. They remembered me and what they said, checked the air, and fixed it quickly and without extra charge.

Needs signage on service department guiding Customers to appointment, non-appointment. Is extremely frustrating that you arrive, you get in line and "surprise, you're on the wrong line" this has occurred several times since they became Carpros.

Went in to Car Pros Honda service and Jonathan is the man! He is professional and makes sure gives you all the details of your services. I didn't buy my Honda Pilot from here but because of the service I would definitely recommend someone else who wants to buy a Honda to come to Car Pros Honda.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change
