Daniel Clark is the best service advisor I ve ever had! I ve worked for a Mercedes dealership myself and know exactly what it takes to provide a Mercedes level of service, and Daniel exceeds it every time. When you own a Mercedes and need a problem handled, you expect exceptional service, and Daniel makes me feel like royalty every time I come in. He is extremely knowledgeable, tells me exactly what the problem is and what needs to be fixed, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Whether it s a loaner car, an Uber ride, or an employee shuttle back to my residence, MB of EDH takes care of me consistently. I had to bring my 2009 GL 450 in for an airbag replacement due to a recall. They were very professional, polite, and prompt. I was surprised. This dealership is just better than other Mercedes Benz dealerships I've been to in the past. I can't quite put my finger on what exactly is better and different about this dealership, it just is. Maybe it's because they really ARE professional, and genuinely polite, most other places just act like they are, and a person can sense that. I am really glad I brought my vehicle to this dealership, and when I get ready to purchase another vehicle, this is the first place I'll go. I assume their sales division is as professional and genuine as their service division. I'll be happy to buy a vehicle from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

I have always experienced great customer service at MB in El Dorado Hills. I had an issue with my ML350 starting. I called Mercedes Benz road service and someone was at my house in 20 minutes. He was able to get my SUV started and said I should let it run for awhile, because the battery appeared to be weak. I called my service contact at MB and he told me to bring it in so they could check it out. Another great service experienceService: Battery

The service/repair center at Mercedes-Benz of El Dorado Hills is a Class Act. I have worked with Gayton and Scott several times...they made the process easy and efficient. Very rude personal, did not offer a car or a taxi to get home, they just said that you yourself have to get home! refuse to repair a car and not show documents on the basis of which they refuse to refuse either! This disrespectful behavior is simply outrageous

I observed multiple staff members NOT wearing masks at this facility. During California's mask mandate. Very unsafe for the consumers they serve in the area. No correction from management upon observation. Unprofessional ans unsafe.Service: TiresService: Tires
