Absolute nightmare, do not buy from this dealership! Unethical business practices, blatant disregard for basic customer service and a General Manager that chooses to ignore attempts to communicate.Update 01/02/2024- Called the DMV to confirm title paperwork still not completed. I was told a lie by the dealership that paperwork was being sent 12/15/23, nothing has been received by myself or the DMV. Spoke with GM 12/15/23 regarding damages, stated pictures weren t evident of damages and refused all requests for compensation. I numbered the pictures to make sure we were looking at the same pictures and resent as requested by the GM. I have had no returned contact from my email or voicemail since that date. I have since opened a case with both the Colorado and California DMV Dealership Investigation Departments for damages not disclosed as well as title paperwork delay. I will post updates as they are available.I purchased a CPO 2019 AMG GLA 45 on 10/04/2023 sight unseen. Trusting this dealership to be forthcoming with the condition of this used vehicle was an error on my part.I hired a transportation company to deliver the car from El Dorado Hills to my home in Colorado inside of an enclosed trailer. The transportation company took extensive pictures prior to leaving the El Dorado Hills dealership. They documented 19 exterior defects that were not disclosed to me by the salesman as well as noting the car was in dirty condition. The dealership didn t even bother to quickly detail the car prior to pickup. I paid an additional fee for the car to be ceramic coated by the dealership, which was a service obviously not preformed.Additionally, the car was in an accident that was never disclosed. There is extensive damage to the front end from what appears to be someone driving the car off the road. I took the car to my local Mercedes dealership for an inspection which found over $6k worth of damages. Furthermore, I had the alignment checked which showed the alignment was drastically off. According to the dealer an alignment check should have been completed as part of the CPO process for Mercedes Benz.I spoke with the General Manager, Michael Marquez, on 10/11/2023 regarding my concerns as well as sent pictures of the damages from the transportation company at his location. Michael was very pleasant on the phone assuring me that he would make the situation right. I have not heard from Michael Marquez, or any of the staff since that date. I have called, left numerous voicemails as well as emailed to no avail.On top of the absolutely horrendous customer service, the title department has yet to complete the title paperwork. It is now 12/12/2023 and the title paperwork is still incomplete. The dealership received payment in full on 10/05/2023 then stopped responding. I have had to request an extension from the Colorado DMV for registration. I am now receiving letters from my financial institution that my loan is at risk if I do not submit the title paperwork promptly. I have called, left voicemails, emailed, requested callbacks with the General Manager of the Sacramento office, General Manager of the El Dorado Hills office, sales managers at both locations as well as the direct title department at the Sacramento location with no returned communication from any source. I have been told numerous times over the past two months the receptionist will ensure I am contacted as soon as possible. The best way I can explain my ongoing experience with Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills is unacceptable systemic incompetence.

Never again! I was a loyal customer for 15 years and purchased several cars from them. I sold one back to them (S560). They re-sold my car just 2 days after I sold it to them. After 2 weeks, I still had not been paid! I placed 17 calls and visited the dealership, called the owner (Simon down in LA) and was promised a check via Fed Ex. Found out the check had been sitting on the business manager's desk (Emma Malloy) for 9 days and she did nothing and refused to speak with me...they said she didn't have a phone extension. So, she would email the admin and the admin would call me and read me the email that Emma (sitting in the same building) would write. Just cheap car dealership games. This place has gone way down hill since the new ownership. Lost my business for good, and I buy a new car about every year!

There were a lot of cars getting signed in, in the morning. I was impressed how quickly they got me in to go over what needed to be done and on my way again. Keeping me posted of the progress and when it was ready. Plus, they washed it inside and out. . Thank you. Bay Area dealerships aren t as efficient as this one in EDH.

I recently purchased a used car from the Mercedes Dealership in El dorado Hills.Pros- extremely friendly staff. The dealership was really nice and offered water, beverages, and snacks.Cons - car was sold with only one key fob, they did not bother to replace the battery in the key fob which was low on power, some of the lights in the doors of the car are also out and I will need to replace those as well. They sold me a Zurich shield policy that I did not want. When asked if I had to have the Zurich shield finance manager stated yep, we sell those on every car. I asked if I could not pay for that he said nope. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone

I recently had an outstanding car shopping experience at Mercedes Benz with Richard. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the various models with genuine enthusiasm. The seamless process, from the test drive to completing the paperwork with Wesley, made my purchase a breeze. I would give 5 stars!! But based solely on my experience I will say 4. Tom sold me my vehicle, was such a gentleman and thoroughly did a wonderful job in taking care of everything he could in his department. He worked out a phenomenal out the door deal for me! They provided me an Uber to the dealership when the vehicle wasn t quite ready, which I was very thankful for. The front desk is always courteous and helpful, and there is always fresh coffee and pastries for guests to enjoy while visiting (which is always great when you have little ones tagging along.) Sadly, the service department had not cleaned or detailed the inside of the vehicle as promised, and it was sold to me without having any of the interior or exterior up to their standards. (There was still dog hair and fingerprints all over the interior as well as the back of the seat having been detached) They have been efficient in trying to correct these things, which I m very grateful for, but it has been drawn out due to some turn around in the service department. I have been promised a full detail when they receive the right part to fix the interior, so I am hoping this time I will drive off in a sparkling clean vehicle! :) overall has been a wonderful experience aside from the miscommunication within the service department. Sammy, the service manager has personally taken over and is doing a wonderful job in making things right for me. Would absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz El Dorado Hills to anyone looking for an excellent car buying experience!

Not good. The poorest of communication and execution. And I mean from point of sale, to finance officer, all the way to the GM who further proved it is their culture and not a singular interaction or incident. 5 months later and I still do not have registration amongst other issues. Avoid this shiny, pretty place like the plague.

We have been leasing MB from Eldorado hills location for many years. Always a great customer service which is why we keep going back. The financing process and experience this time around wasn t that great and the financial officer wasn t that friendly. Josip however who helped us with the negotiations and setting up the account worth buying the car from them. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. If it wasn t for him I would have returned the car the second day (is that even a possibility?!). We bought an EV which is a new experience for us and can be very frustrating to figure out. Josip helped us through it all.

I went into the EDH dealership on 4/5/24 looking to trade in my truck and purchase a certified pre-owned GLB AWD 4MATIC. This was my 1st time looking at Mercedes vehicles so I wasn't familiar w/ the standard options/features vs. available options at an addt'l cost. I test drove a GLB on 4/5/24 & one on 4/6/24. Both were lacking a few options I wanted. On 4/8/24, I learned that a GLB with every feature I wanted had just been traded in but hadn't gone through the CPO inspections. I started negotiations on this vehicle at the EDH location but ran out of time & couldn't wait while the sales assoc. & sales mgr. went back & forth. I ended up leaving w/out making a deal that day. The general manager of EDH had prev. emailed me so I emailed him back on 4/9/24. Never heard back from him or anyone at the EDH location. On 4/11/24, I was browsing online inventory and a sales mgr. from the Rocklin store called me (both locations are owned by Envision motors). I negotiated a deal with Rocklin, signed the purchase contract on 4/11/24, signed the title over to my truck, gave a check to pay remaining balance, & was told Rocklin would contact me once they picked up the GLB from EDH (EDH told Rocklin it was not done completing the CPO inspection but would let them know when the veh. was ready). EDH found out Rocklin was selling me the GLB so they didn't give it to Rocklin and instead sold it to someone else. I know this because the EDH sales assoc. called me on 4/11 when I was on my way to Rocklin to sign the contract.I told him I had already negotiated a deal with Rocklin to buy the GLB. The same EDH sales assoc. called me on 4/13/24 (a few hrs. after I was notified by Rocklin that EDH sold the GLB). The EDH sales assoc. said, "You didn't need to go to Rocklin to buy a car, you could have went through us. Go p/u your truck and myself and the sales mgr. will take care of you". This type of treatment in my opinion isn't just shady, dishonest, & petty, it's extremely unprofessional.

Even though Kevin had trouble with the scheduling, they were way overbooked, he got me a loaner car so I was taken care of in the car was finished the next day. I m very happy with the service he gave me.

Really bad customer, have to be negative star if I could. The sale manager Shack was really bad. After purchase they don t care and give any information for a payment . A better manager this dealer will better . They sold used car without checking but they said yes. After purchase we have to spend to repair. Shack is liars and cheating. I cannot believe that person is working for the luxury dealer. What the heck going on with MB businesses

Where do I begin I had received as a gift for our weekend car a black 2020 GLb350 4 matic and it was the worst car that I have ever driven. We had multiple issues in the 3 years we had the car . We were stranded in late 2022 due to the engine of this car breaking down . It took over 4 weeks to get a replacement. We had to rent a car to drive home from our trip and had to go back over 300 miles to pick up the car after it was finished. Another time the car ( after new engine replacement) the automatic system told us to pull over so the car can rest due to engine failure. We have taken the car back and fourth to the dealership several times for other issues . Thanks to the great customer service of Matt Coats and him helping us we decided to keep on working with this car . We returned the car last week and it was the best decision we have made. We will never do business with Mercedes again and will not recommend them to anyone .

On January 5, 2024, I made a purchase at this dealership - a 2021 AMG 53. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied for two significant reasons. Firstly, they neglected to conduct a safety check on a certified vehicle, which is unacceptable considering the dealership's responsibilities. Secondly, they have failed to pay off my trade-in vehicle for a period exceeding 25 days.To address the safety concerns with the purchased vehicle, I promptly returned it to the dealership's service department. They confirmed significant issues, including a misalignment of 20 degrees, noticeable shaking, and pulling while driving. I possess documentation from the dealership supporting these findings.Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the status of my trade-in pay-off is concerning. It has now surpassed the 21-day limit mandated by the state of California for trade-in loan settlement. My bank has confirmed that my auto loan has been funded and cleared; however, Mercedes-Benz is unjustifiably delaying the payment for my trade-in. As a result, I am incurring daily interest charges on a total car loan amount of $178,000.Please be advised that I will be taking resolute action to address these two significant issues. The dealership's performance, lack of customer service, and poor communication have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I expect prompt resolution and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and financial impact caused by these matters.I truly regret having to escalate the situation to this level, but it is imperative that these concerns are swiftly addressed and rectified accordingly.

The only person who really greeted me when I came here was the porter Luis! Great guy! Customer service is lacking in the establishment. The service agent that I dealt with was and the last time I was there was on point but the salesman or their supervisors didn t speak or even say hi. I give this location 2 stars for Luis and the service agent. I expected more friendly people and someone at the very least to say hello. I ve owned many of these vehicles and every dealership in every city has had top notch customer service and support. This place really needs to take a look at training in terms of getting customer service with their salespeople.

I have to say the service is above and beyond any dealership! Giving great thanks to my salesman( Jason ) and of course the sales manager (Demi)- working with me with a car that I purchased a 2019 suburban Chevy. They made sure I was satisfied and stuck to their word outstanding services that needed to be done for the vehicle. The In the service department, Dani went above and beyond he listened and pay attention to detail as I mention a few dents and scratches on the bumper. The needs were met and beautifully detailed and taken care of right away! Amazing I give gratitude. This is such a wonderful place they take great care of their customers not because I bought a Mercedes, but it was the service outstanding, they will go above and beyond. And yes I highly recommend this place to anyone! This is my new home dealership! Oh, and did I mention their coffee is great here and love the set of wheels (rental) They provide for you when your car is in service!

Ordered a 2024 Mercedes GLC 300 from out of state on 11/11/23 with cash down payments of $4,146 & $5,000 respectfully. Made numerous calls asking for something on paper tying the $9,146 to the vehicle being ordered they completely ignored us. Then the vehicle arrives a month later and we finally get to see what were paying for in total, after my constant insistence in wanting copy of lease agreement. In those figures was the first month payment which I assumed was for 1st month after getting the vehicle, then I discover later that payment was for month we never had possession of the vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever done business with in 50 plus years in customer service, all they seem to be interested is in closing the deal. This could have been resolved very easily with their finance people being more transparent with their customers.

Very disappointed with El Dorado hills dealership. Bought a certified pre owned vehicle from them priced at over 100k and been getting the run around for a second key for almost a year now. Sales person JT simply doesn t care to reply or follow up. Sales manager doesn't bother returning the phone call either. All they care about is making a sale. Highly recommend to take your business elsewhere.

I have to agree with Carly Hieber . I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership again. The sales staff was attentive when I purchased the vehicle but then the customer service sadly became non existent in my and my friends and family s opinion. When I contact the dealership to receive an update on my title, as I paid off my car completely a week after I bought it, I do not get any updates and I m being pacified with statements like I m waiting for updates by management. The leadership at the dealership knows of my urgent need to complete my registration, as my family and I are moving across country. It feels, to me, that the dealership delays their responses in order to await my move so they do not have to take care of a customer. I hope that my experience will be a warning to others.

Patrick from the parts department was phenomenal- not only did Patrick greet me with a smile when I called to inquiry on a par, he complimented the same behavior the following day when I met him in person.Additionally he explained in detail the whys of how the part impacted my car. Great experience! I lost a fight with a pothole in the middle of nowhere, and managed to destroy my wheel and tire, so I had it towed to MB of EDH. They re great! My advisor Matt was super friendly and helpful, and made the process really easy for me! Everyone I met when i picked up my car was really nice too. Getting car stuff handled can be a hassle and stressful, but not so at MB of EDH! Everything was so seamless and easy!!!
