This Firestone is TRULY amazing. They went above and beyond for me to get my car fixed as soon as possible. Truly went beyond. I absolutely will be back at this location. Best and nicest workers at Firestone, I ve ever had. I stopped going to them because I had a bad experience many years ago. But this hands down, changed how I feel about them. But JUST this location.

I will say I came in at 11am on a Thursday for an oil change and it typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, but I didn't leave until 2:45pm. I probably would have taken an Uber home if I knew they would take that long. The customer service was great and they were professional and gave me a discount which made me happy. I am a mechanics daughter so I can understand if they were understaffed or had new people.

Went to get a AC diagnosis and they said they lost my caps but I found them after they FELL out of my engine bag a couple weeks later. This is ridiculous.Then they also overprice led me for fixing it. Then got quoted again later at nearly half the price to fix the AC.Crazy trip and would 10/10 NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I ve been coming to this Firestone now for a couple years. I ve purchased tires and vehicle maintenance services. Having dealt with numerous other shady shops (including the local Chevy dealer), I ve found Firestone (specifically the manager Mark) to be honest and straightforward in every visit. I am grateful to have found a shop and team I can trust for my auto repairs and service.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I had a screw in one of the tire of my Tesla Y. As it did not lose pressure I could still drive the car so I dropped it off at Firestone without appointment. Even with only two technicians on site It was repaired the same morning! Firestone was also aware of using lift pads to lift the car without damaging the battery. Everything went smoothly, thanks!Service: Tires

Came in because my truck was vibrating at high speeds. They balanced my tires and i got an alignment. Simple stuff, but the service was what shined. Everyone was super nice. Mark was very easy to work with and he said he didn't have a spot for me but worked me into the schedule. I came by a few days ago thought I could go there after work it was 4:00 pm and I was told there are too booked up to do my oil change . So I called to see if I could come by and get my oil changed since it s right by my work in my way home it was 2:30 that I called and again I was told they are too busy to take me . Very unhappy so I hope they don t advertise walk-ins because they clearly don t do walk-ins

I brought my car in with a screw in one of tires hoping they could fix it, because I had a lifetime warranty on the tires through them. I ended up waiting 3 hours just for them to tell me they couldn t fix it because the screw was in at an angle so they suggested I buy a new tire. At this point, I d waited so long I needed to go to work, so I left after they put the tire back on. The next day, I decided to fix it myself with a $12 repair kit. It took me about 20 minutes, and the screw was in fact not at an angle. I will never return to be lied to and waste 3 hours of my time. I do not recommend.Service: Tires

Went in for a brake change. Came out with a check engine light and truck dying as I pulled out of their service lot.Took everything in me to not write a poor review, although Mark (Store Manager) did his best to mitigate the circumstance(s) the incidence (after spending $1,000 for service) was too great to overcome.Thankfully I received a whole $50 refund (factious)!Consumer beware as this Firestone is slow and lacks proper communication (adequate timelines of completion) and experience.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

I came in for an oil change. One person ahead of me. They got me in quick, and started working on my car in 10 minutes. They were very kind and worked in a timely manner. We had to wait extra time for a part to be delivered, and even that was pretty quick. They were very respectful and fast, and it was overall a good experience. Only a few minutes from my house, I will definitely be returning, and recommending this location to friends and family.

Very friendly and courteous. We came in for an appointment and they were honest that it was going to take a little longer than expected, which we completely understand. They still expedited the installation and alignment and helped us save money with the specials they were having on lifetime alignments. Will definitely come back and have all my tire needs taken care. Thanks!

This was my first visit to this place. They offer lifetime wheel alignment for the life of the vehicle as long as you own the vehicle, you can recover the price of this service after 2-3 alignments. I have done wheel alignments with them and also got my vehicle's front break pads replaced. They provide excellent service and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend them for your auto servicing and repairing needs.Update:Updating to three stars from five as I realized I was somewhat mislead to sign up for their credit card. The rep said applying for the store card won't lead to a hard credit history check, as they just need to do some internal check, also said I could pay their store card bill using my credit card, and will get 5% discount on every auto service with them. None of these turned out to be true. I did see a hard check on my credit history, I can't use another credit card to pay their bill online and 5% discount was only introductory. Despite a smart consumer, I was naive enough to believe the rep. Their auto service is still good and I'll continue utilizing their services, as I have already paid for the lifetime alignment service, but beware of the aggressive and questionable sales tactics to sell their store credit cards.

My family has been taking vehicles here since before it was a Firestone (previously was a Goodyear) for tire/alignment work, oil changes, and the odd brake job. Never had any issues with the quality of work or service.Most recently I had picked up a puncture the night before and was dropping the wheel by to have the tire dismounted and checked to see if it could be patched and instead of taking it in to get to it later in the day when there was technically an opening in the schedule they took a couple minutes to do it then which allowed me to get the replacement ordered sooner (there was clear damage inside). Once the new tire showed up I was able to get in and have it mounted and the alignment checked in no time.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Our appointment was at 5pm we arrived at the store at the exact time and got everything ready for the oil and filter change. After waiting for almost an hour they havent even started the process of the oil change!!!. Its really a dissapointing experience.

These guys will put their all into your car regardless of the hassle your car may bring to them, they will still have great customer service to you and tell you nothing but the truth that you need to hear in order for your car to function properly and safely. Awesome customer service with a great group that know exactly what they're doing.

I have allowed Firestone to care for my vehicles since 2009. Sadly though, I recently had to switch to another company all because of this location.I began coming to this location about four years ago. It used to be great until the new manager took over a couple of years back. It seems that Firestone no longer once my business. Every time I call or try to get an estimate I'm always offered every pair date ridiculously in the future.Recently, I called for a brake estimate. mind you I have a getting my brakes and rotors at Firestone for at least six years. The managers are answered the phone and said that he does not give quotes over the phone and I had to come in. Keep in mind that future appointments will way out.I called a different Firestone in citrus heights to see if they would give me a quote over the phone and of course they did. Ultimately, I verbally told the manager I would never come back there again and I wanted to post a review sharing this decision. I switched to Big O Tires and got my brakes done the next day for $100 less than the quote from the citrus heights location.

Love watching the manager lean against the lift vaping while 2 other are also doing nothing smoking while my car is just in the air I m typing this while sitting in the lobby after being in for over and hour and a half for just alignment and it took them over an hour to even lift with only one other bay occupied. Way better than the one on white probably the best one in the area. Knowledge on cars in the issues they have are superb I m mad I just found out about them and was going to another location where nobody knew what they were doing they should be the highest paid fire stone in the area. Took my car in for oil change and AC recharge. Even with making appointment in advance, after my car being in the shop for 3 hours, they didn't even start with my car. I had to leave without getting anything done to my car. I am just going to take my business elsewhere. You should do the same if you value your time.

Elderly abused , unprofessional, play a game with costumers beside fixing the problem that they created they try to smart you out, manager is always on a meeting or lunch and, to talk to him there is waiting list . Did a oil change few month ago on my mom s car, from that pint on car started to leak oil , she took the car back to them they charged my mom 530 dollar but problem still existing. Keep in mind my mom is old disabled and she is on a fixed income and retired .she Went back to complain, to fix her car properly or to return the money the manager response after charging 530 dollars is that who ever worked on this car is fired !!!!!! We don t know what s going on we can t return your money, I am sure if I take the car to an inspector they will tell me the engine is damaged also because of that very reason . We are promised that they will schedule with their investigator to come and check the issue 23 days. ( they said worst case scenario is 2 weeks wait for the investigator to show up ) Her car still is parked there and nothing has been done ! Seems like the manager Travis likes to play a game . I will take this to another level . ( do not take your car there ) ever!!!

I have been so happily surprised by the service and honesty of Firestone in El Dorado Hills. My husband was a mechanic who always took care of our cars. Right after he passed away I was taken advantage of by another auto repair (Cameron Park). I then switched to Firestone and I have been completely satisfied. They are honest and trustworthy. I trust them enough to send my daughter to them. Erin is awesome, go see him.

The customer service I had here was outstanding! They were quick, efficient, and very very helpful at attending to what I needed in a timely manner. I was there for about 15-20 minutes which was enough time to get a bite to eat across the street. Great guys in here. Best tire replacing experience I've had. Thank you.

I had major repairs done on my vehicle less than a year ago and when I called in to get warranty work done from my prior repairs I was told that "we can't do that here". Called to 4 other Firestones and was told the same thing. Now no one can do the warranty work on my vehicle and they will not honor their warranty. Disappointed that they are not holding true to their word for their work. Will not recommend to anyone for any service.

I have a specific complaint regarding the El Dorado Hills, CA Firestone location. The manager of this location (Chris) is a problem. I give 4-5 stars to other local Firestone stores in Citrus Heights and Roseville. Doing business here is pleasant. But dealing with this location is not. I find that he recommends services that other local Firestone say are not needed. Also, when I call for a service they offer for free, he charges. I found that he becomes combative with customers when you ask too many questions. Other local Firestone locations are not like this. They are very friendly. Firestone Inc should really check this guy out. I do not recommend this business at this location.

I paid to have 4 new tires put on. When I went in the TPMS(tire pressure management system) was working fine. When I left it was not. I thought it probably just had to reset because of the tire changing but after driving it a considerable distance it was still on. I had to take it back the next day where they told me one of the sensors wasn't responding. I HIGHLY doubt the excuse I was given that the battery was too low to reset since it was literally working 3 hours earlier when I handed them the keys. After bring that up they offered to do the work for free if they opened it up and found the sensor had been damaged during installation and only charge me for the part if it was just a the battery dying. Today I called back to make an appointment and get a price. TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS for ONE sensor. This is a part I can buy brand new, OEM online all day long for $15 each or even less as a set of 4. There is no way a markup like that can be justified. And of course they will not use a customer supplied sensor.Also, I bought the tires on eBay and paid for the installation through a company called CarAdvise that partners with this Firestone. That was a fiasco as well. CarAdvise and Firestone don't seem to communicate very well which lead to a very sketchy, time consuming experience altogether.

Had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 2:45 and planned to wait in the waiting room. It took 2 hours and they wouldn't do the rotation due to uneven wear. No big deal on the lack of a rotation but 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable,
