Took my Sequoia in for repair after I was hit. They estimated 2 week repair which ended up extended to 3 due to a door needing to be replaced not repaired and some parts delays not their fault. They worked well with USAA insurance and it was a seamless repair. My Sequoia looks new again. I would recommend the Post St. Caliber Collision if you need body work.

I ve taken my car to Caliber a few time now, and really appreciate how friendly the staff is. Everyone treats me with respect, and communicates what they ll be doing to my car every step of the way. Needing repairs done on your car is really stressful, so it s nice to have kind people helping you through it.

Caliber helped me with getting a side panel painted on my Mustang Mach E with a quick delivery time and smooth overall process. Paint was an exact match and I ll be back again. Thank you Melissa,Chuck + the whole team at this location.

I took my car into the shop to have them replace a seatbelt. The work that was performed was good. However, I had to reschedule my appointment because the day that I brought my car in to have the work done, they told me that the parts were not in. They waited until I arrived at the shop to tell me. I never received a courtesy call. Someone at the shop dropped the ball. The parts were supposed to have been ordered two weeks prior to my appointment. They do good work but their organizational skills are poor.

I had my Mercedes repaired by Caliber Collision in El Dorado Hills and they did a superb job. The receptionist Amanda was kind and efficient. My Service Advisor Melissa an absolute ten!

I can t say enough amazing thing about Melissa Stevens! She was very knowledgeable about to the repairs to my Mercedes. Was an amazing experience to not feel inferior in a male dominated business. I will definitely recommend this location and Melissa to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle!

the people working at caliber EDH are all awesome! the girls at the front are swift to answer the phone and help with any questions, jeff was the one in charge of my car replacement the front bumper after a small accident. communication from jeff was amazing and even though there was a few days delay with product sourcing, he was quick to let me know and i felt comfortable leaving my car in his care. thanks everyone at caliber EDH for helping me!

This location is amazing! The customer service and the vibes received from every employee are so welcoming! Highly recommend this shop! Even though it may be far it s worth the far drive !

Caliber Collision and Zack the service Advisor and the whole crew are top notch. From the professional and friendly atmosphere to the perfect completion of my truck. I don't plan on getting into another accident but if I do, I will definitely bring my vehicles back to Caliber Collision.

Took my truck in to get my right quarter panel fixed along with my bumper from an accident that happened and I could not be more stoked! The customer service by Evan was great from the start he was very communicative and fast to give me updates while my truck was being fixed. I ended up asking to get something done to my hood that I have been wanting to get done for awhile and instead of having to reschedule for another date Evan was able to give me a fast quote and get my truck completed all at the same time and it looks like a brand new truck!! Definitely recommend taking your vehicle in to get anything you need there you will not be disappointed Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our Lexus had a large amount of front end damage from a hit and run driver. We were fortunate enough to have this shop do the repairs and we are so happy .the car looks and runs perfectly and the staff was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us informed re the progress on this job. HIGHLY recommend this business

Great service! When I received my vehicle back after repair, I had no complaints. They did an amazing job getting my car back to new! The communication was perfect and available when I needed it. Very friendly and attentive staff. They were also able to get me an appointment at their earliest convenience, which was a big help for me.

Your car will come back looking worse. Scratches on my car that weren't there before and they'll just try to convince you that they were there and you don't know your own car. 0/10 do nkt recommend

Although the staff was really friendly, helpful, and kept me updated frequently, unfortunately there was new damage to the paint during the repair process and the paint used for the repair does not match the original paint job. I wasn t notified it was there or had happened and I thought it should have been fixed before it was returned to me. Very disappointed with that being said. The repairs themselves are satisfactory but not at all thrilled with the new scratches on the opposite side of the damage. Wouldn t really recommend to another person honestly.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to the El Dorado Hills - Post St. Caliber Collision to have my vehicle repaired after an accident. Erin was extremely friendly, personable and helpful, and she kept me informed of what was happening throughout the repair process. She answered any questions I had about the quote and repairs. My car was ready when promised, and the repairs were done very well. We always take our cars to Caliber Collision. We have moved so this is our first time to use the El Dorado Hills store. They were amazing. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Frank, the service advisor, is awesome. He keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. My car looks brand new. The body shop staff did a fabulous job. Definitely a 5 star job.

Igor and team did a great job on my Toyota. Their customer service and body work truly earned 5 stars. On top of all that they got the car back to me a week early and touched up a scratch on the opposite side with some leftover paint.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Collision did a fantastic job on my car. I was rear ended and luckily the damage was taken care of by insurance. The intake process and pickup process went very smoothly, and throughout the time they had my car I was given updates so as to know when they would be finished. I went in to get a quote for work and was informed my insurance was not accepted there and was referred to another location in Folsom who was unable or unwilling to give me an estimate until mid April. I was informed that they are unable to provide quotes because insurance companies have different hourly rates for labor. When contacting the Folsom facility the technician in a threatening manner said he can t wait to work on my vehicle. I m extremely disappointed with the nonexistent customer service and failure for any staff to care.
