I've been a customer of other Big O stores for over 30 years. This location is new to me, but I received the same exceptional service. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff make things smooth and satisfying.Highly recommended

The staff here helped me get a set of all seasons installed on my miata just before heading uo the mountain back home. From the time I called to being ready for pick up was just under a few hours. Very pleased with the service.Keep it up y'all!!The only shop to carry the tires size I needed out of about 20 that I spoke with.

They were swamped with other customers that came first, but that didn't stop them from checking in with me, making sure that I wasn't about to wait around for an issue that could be resolved under 30 seconds. They fixed my tire safely, faster and for free... Thanks guys!

Today, I dropped my vehicle off to have Big O install a TPMS sensor I purchased from Folsom Lake Hyundai, Jonathan called me around 1 pm. and said the sensor you provided is either bad, but I believe it's not the correct sensor. Sure enough it in fact, was not the correct one. After back and forth with Folsom Lake Hyundai, they decided not to take responsibility for their mistake, so I decided to have Big O replace with one of theirs and guess what! Problem Solved. Thanks to Big O staff for your professionalism and great customer service.

The guy who answered the phone here was beyond rude to me when I was wanting to get my breathalyzer device calibration service. It sounded like it was an inconvenience to him. I will have to take my business elsewhere. Having etiquette on the phone is a basic customer service skill.

*IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!*My son brought his car to Big O Tires in Roseville because his right front brake was squeaking. They gave him a full laundry list of "things" that NEEDED to be done to the tune of $1241.24! I had him bring it to EDH for a second opinion and they quoted him and completed the work that REALLY had to be done for 337.96!!!! WHAAAAT???? That's a $900.00 difference! So, I guess what I'm getting at, is Chris and his staff are honest and won't rip you off!!I can't thank them enough!!!

Excellent service by Jonathan Richards. I came in with a nail in one of my tires. I thought I would have to wait a long while as I was a last minute drop-in, but Jonathan had me all fixed up with a new tire in about 20 minutes. Very courteous, and professional with a great sense of humor. This crew goes above and beyond with kindness. A garage tech even waved and said have a nice day as I was leaving.

Super fast service and very friendly crew. They had the tires I needed in stock and they are not the run of the mill size so I was very happy. There are lots of stores nearby to help kill the time but I barely had enough to go get a coffee before they we're done. Very happy customer!

If you want the best customer service, go to this location, I came in from out out of town too see my daughter, and I got a nail in my tire coming over the mountain, long story short. Chris called 9 different Big O Tire locations, and got me the tire I needed to get back over the mountain! I gave up after the 5th call but he didn't, lol. He saved my biscuits!

This location is incredible! TOP NOTCH customer service, job done correctly, on time, and super helpful in choosing the right tire for the car. They went above and beyond in every step of service, from greeting to check-out.

Horrible exp. Very discourteous and unfriendly folks. I called and informed them that I am running late by 5 mins and they were okay with that. When I reached there exactly 5 mins after my scheduled time, they said they have taken another car. I asked them if they have any meaning to a phone call informing them?? Not possible that they have another customer with no appointment who came to them, they did paperwork and got his vehicle on machine too in 5 mins. Just NOT POSSIBLE. Even if they booked double appointment they could have apologized but they put the blame on me. Never ever will go to that place again.Shame on Big o tyres. El dorado hills

Same great service over the last 20 years. Don t get me wrong there s a little hiccups with vehicles along the way but they always work every problem and every situation out

This business deserves more than five stars. I've been coming to this location of Big O Tires since 2011. They have always provided me with exceptional customer service. Chris is so knowledgable when it comes to answering any questions you may have regarding your car. If you are looking for a place that values your concerns and directs you to the right path with peace of mind, I definitely recommend this place.

Always a great experience! Very personable. Every time I go in they remember who I am and what car I have. Any time I have had an emergency they made sure they could fit me in even if that meant staying late. I ve been taking my cars to this Big O for years and I will continue to do so. Never disappointed. Thank you!

Got a new set of tires for my wife's Audi Q5 at Big O.Chris and his crew are outstanding. Great price, great service, and always there if you need anything after the sale and installation.Highly recommend this business.

Jonathan and Lauren were very friendly and personable. Thought I live far away in Rail Road Flat, I don't mind driving so far for great customer service. They took really good care of me and I was back in my vehicle with new tires and ready for lunch!

Chris and all the staff are amazing!! They get the job done quickly and painlessly. Prices are very fair too. Come get your oil changed, tires rotated, etc. Almost everything you need to keep your vehicle running smoothly, they can do!!

I've been a customer of Big O in EDH for 17 years. Throughout all of those years Chris and his crew have always done an outstanding job for our family in every respect. I've been in several times for car repairs more than tires. They are always very prompt and courteous and were very helpful when trying to help diagnose a problem.They are open early for drop off and everything was done on time and for the amount quoted.I had a very difficult alignment on a car that another shop could not get aligned. They were able to do it and it made such a huge difference. I've been happy with all the service I've had done there.

Chris the owner was very kind and patient dealing with me. He put a 3.5" lift with 22" wheels, 33 12.5" tires on my new truck and turned my truck into my dream truck. I can tell you from experience that the customer is not always right and Chris will always be the bigger man. Thank you Chris.

Big O is across from the post office. Can be fairly busy. Nice waiting room. Eli was professional and great attitude. Thank you for your flexibility and patience with us. Parking was tight as I took the last spot.

Great staff, quick service. If they don't have your tires today, they can have them in a day or two.
