Hi everyone usually I do not write long review I just give 5 stars if I like the place and I said it's a good place but not in this case, this place is number 1 And to be number 1 you have to do lots of good things which is they do, once you come here you see the smile in their face They welcome you they do the job professionally you deal with professional workers that know what they do and they give you the Perfect job with the perfect price that no other professional people will give it to you, They treat you like a family and that's enough for me to come back over and over and over and over,thank you Tires Direct for your perfect job

Rohan and his staff are very accommodating at this location. They've helped me install an aftermarket lift kit, Fuel wheels, BF Goodrich tires, and wheel locks. I've checked the prices online for the wheels & tires. They're unbeatable.you cannot find their pricing elsewhere and the quality of work is great. My truck rides very smoothly and i get many compliments. Kudos to Tires Direct in Richmond. The first picture shown is of the truck before the modifications. As you can see, the lift kit and wheels made a huge difference on the aesthetics as well as the handling of my Tacoma.

Got both of my front tires replaced at the shop wash my car a few days before taking it here. No scratches on my rims, as soon as they gave me my car back I noticed two big scrapes on each rim and when I told the guy in the office about it he totally denied it and said basically, it s his word against mine. I told him I just wash my car this week and there were no scrapes on the rim, Let alone both of them and now there are and there was black stuff coming off of the scrapes, I wouldn t take my vehicles here, if you care about the quality of work being done went in two minutes after getting my vehicle back to show him and he said they didn t do it. First and last time coming here.

Outstanding service and pricing!Found this shop on Facebook. Needed some special wheels for my car which they ordered it right away with good generic tires. Within no time they ordered and got them in store.Traveled 80 miles to the store, only because their service and pricing were just outstanding!Strongly recommended!

Great service, fast turnaround, excellent prices. My Prius needed new tires and their out the door price was $300 less than joe s tires. They gave me a quote over the phone, gave me a great price, and did all 4 tires and an alignment in about an hour.

Such a blessed family owned business. I believe Jesus sent me there. It s Just how everything happened and when the man said. We will take care of you, no worries . Yep he he sent me. Just all around happy with the service. Excellent customer service even at the end of their day.

Guy here is really friendly. Their tire prices will beat out any one in the Bay Area. I highly recommend these guys. Honest and good people.

Family owned business with two brothers. I ve been going here for two years. They sell sell new tires at prices better than any other shop I ve been to. They also do many other auto services including engine transmission, oil, changes, brakes, etc. all usually at better prices than others. They re a short walk from Bart and buses so easy to get home and back if needed.

Rohan took care of me and got me exactly what I wanted. I love the way my car rides and looks now. Will recommend this shop to my friends and I will be returning in the future for any tire replacements or suspension related needs.

The guys at Tires Direct in El Cerrito were fantastic!! Everything was so easy to set up and get the kind of tires I wanted. Prices are great. I am definitely going to return there for all of my car needs. They are super professional ! I worked with Rohan, a very efficient and great guy.

Great service from Rohan and the Tires Direct team!Came in for an alignment on my 4R because i was heading some groans while steering. Tires Direct inspected and recommended the replacement of tie-rods and bushings. I knew this needed to be done so great inspection. I let them proceed with the work and after the installation and alignment I drove around locally to break the car in again. Found that I was still experiencing what I had went in for in the first place so I went back and Rohan immediately got my car back in the pit and their mechanics resolved the issue. Car has survived some serious off-roading since then so I can proudly say that Tires Direct did an awesome job and I'll be going back there for my next alignment.

No other place to get tires and service. Been coming here for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. Very competitive pricing on tires. The owners are always friendly and knowledgeable on tires. HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!!

Best front end work ever. I have a 68 cougar. I bought all my own parts spring, upper and lower control arm ect. Ben the technician took his time and hooked it up. They even aligned it perfect.I will return.

Can t believe this place! Came in just for one tire and within minutes of leaving I hear a sound I never heard before. Took it back immediately they looked at it for 30 mins told me they couldn t find an issue. Now my alignment is super messed up. Called and asked for a business # he said you don t know what you re talking about. Said find it yourself. One of THE rudest men I ve ever spoke to. Trying to take advantage of me. Never going back.

I was very surprised when going to visit my old auto shop (Steve's Auto Care) to find that he retired and in his place was Tires Direct - El Cerrito. I needed a new tire and since I used to get my tires at Steve's I thought it was perfect that I ended up at Tires Direct. As it turns out I was right. The location must be magical because the new Tires Direct was great. The service manager, Rohan, was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about everything that I needed. Although we had to order the tire I wanted it only took a day to receive it. I was very pleased with the entire transaction from finding the tire to the cost of the tire to the installation of the tire. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. It was a pleasure from the minute I walked in to the minute that I left with my new tire. I highly recommend Tires Direct- El Cerrito and I am looking forward to trying out their other automotive services when my car needs repair or a tuneup.

I'm so glad to have my tire problem fixed in Tire Direct. They are quick, excellent customer service and very good priceTwo days ago I found the rear tire on the right side of my Ford is almost flat. I have been feeling some mild vibration while driving. After check out the reviews, think it's the right shop for my depressed tire. After a quick check, they told me, there's a leak in the air valve, but the tire is ok. So they replaced the valve in a very low price, Plus, they checked all the other three tires air pressure for me. All this only took about 10 minutes when I said that's really quick, they were smile and happy for customer satisfaction. From I pulled my car in to the end, I left the lot, I can feel they are very humble workers, good job, good attitude and good price. I'm feeling so comfortable driving home and, no worries driving since.I really like the business like Tire Direct.

Tires Direct did my tires at their Richmond location and then my brakes and oil at their new El Cerrito location. Same great service, and by far better rates than anywhere local!! Very pleased

Tires Direct was doing incredible job for fixing my car ( installation of brakes pad and roters, replaced wheel hub, changed oil and etc. And it's safe and cleaned facility. I am forever grateful to you Rohan, Ali and the staff. Thanks a lot!

DON T BUY WHEELS OR TIRES HERE!!!!! If you consider them putting the wrong size lug nuts on your wheels great service, come here! All but one lug nut stayed on the rim after buying a full set of rims and one tire luckily it didn t fall off and cause an accident! Then they want you to drive your own car or have it towed at the customer s expense AFTER they put on the wrong size lug nuts. That s the fault of the company, and the company should take full responsibility and take care of their customer. No professionalism or empathy! They might have reasonable prices, but you pay for what you get .. if you know what I mean.

These guys were great. I'm from out of town and had a problem with my rental car from Hertz (check tire pressure light was on). They discovered a nail in the tire, I wasn't about to buy Hertz a new tire so they said they could patch it for me so I could get by. Which they did quickly and expertly and got me back on the road in no time. Anthony and another gentleman whose name I did not get treated me with the utmost care and professionalism. Would recommend. Thanks again guys!
