My U-Haul truck had a blow out on the freeway and R&R Towing were not only swift in reaching out, but also had us back on the road within 10 mins of arrival. BK was the one to help us out and highly recommend their service.

R&R Towing was awesome on a Friday night, showing up an hour earlier than other tow services were estimating. BK was extremely communicative through calls and texts letting me know how soon he was arriving, so pleasant and expert in getting my car onto the flatbed. The street was a one lane one way situation, and he got the car out of the way and traffic moving very quickly. Thanks so much BK for your expertise and your kindness!

They were quick and great! BK was awesome, he called when he got to the place my car was and made sure my address was correct. He brought the car back to my home to be dropped off and was very friendly and helpful. Great work! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Price was more than fair and less than anywhere in town for my 2001 Mercedes Benz CLK430 motor and transmission mounts replacement. Will definitely be using their services in the future

Went for smog check. Mechanics were thorough and found a computer problem with my car. Explained what i must do to resolve before they check it again. Simple and careful and thorough.

BK from R&R took great care of our Model X when it needed to be towed to the Berkeley Tesla Service Center.He carefully loaded the car onto the flatbed truck in front of me and unloaded at the service center without damaging the wrap or the car.Would use again (but hopefully won't have to).

I had a very nice experience with R & R. It was easy to get an appointment. When I dropped the car off the mechanics were nice and professional. The service was done in a timely manner. And the charge was very reasonable. I will come back to this business for future auto needs.

Had a flat tire at a blind turn on Richmond Parkway. R&R was able to get to me within 10 mins and BK kept me updated of his ETA. He was very professional, courteous, and kind which made a very stressful situation bearable. He also made sure that I was safe after the car is hooked up on his truck. BK then kept updating me on the status of my car and after he dropped if off at the shop. Thank you, BK for the quick and professional service.

BK was great! My motorcycle broke down, he got there fast, very professional. My bike felt safe on the big flat bed because of the meticulous way he strapped and left nothing dangling. Attention to detail is critical! Very personable on the ride home, a pleasant end to an unfortunate day.

BK was meticulous in an otherwise challenging job loading our electric car onto the tow truck after an accident that brok off the front axle. He took care not to further damage the car and improvising ways to protect the components during loading. We ve used BK and his family s repair shop in the past and have always received wonderful service at competitive prices.

Bk is the man!!! We were stuck close to Reno and needed a tow back to Sacramento. Not only did he get there fast we also had great customer service. Highly recommend for towing.

Great service. Arranged for a tow through AAA. They communicated their ETA and called when they were nearby. They quickly loaded our car and towed it to our requested service garage. Their technician (BK) was friendly, helpful, and careful when winching our car onto the tow truck. Highly recommend their services.

They were terrific! They took me on short notice in the middle of an emergency (all the oil had run out of my car). They found the problem quickly, fixed it on the spot, and were friendly and easy going at every step. My battery was drained so I called for roadside assistance from my insurance company. R&R came quickly to assist. B.K was super nice and very professional. He started my car and told me to wait 45 min to charge the battery. After one hour the car failed to start again, so I called BK one more time and he came with no extra charge to help me get my car to R&R workshop, where I replaced the battery in a very good price. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and kind.Service: Battery

I would highly recommend R & R Towing. To begin, I was so happy to learn that my auto insurance had sent a towing service (Mom and Pop business since 1986) that was on time. Furthermore, the gentleman was the son of the owner, family business. Harry was pleasant and had an excellent customer service approach. I had asked if I could make a change in the destination. He was quick to inquire and confirm that I would be covered by the insurance company. While having to be towed is not fun, R & R Towing & Auto Service made it a lot easier with their excellent service.

Harry my tow truck driver was awesome, his family has been in business since 1986 and it shows. He was professional, kind, and very helpful. I have had several towing experiences in the bay area over the years, this was definitely the best one I have had. In fact, if I need them again I won't call roadside assistance. I will just call them and send my insurance company the bill. I highly recommend their services!

I was in a sticky situation where my car just wouldn t start so therefore I had to get a tow truck to tow my car to my house. I called R & R towing and BK, the tow truck operator, answered and had me ready to go in 30 min. He arrived at my location and was very professional with his work. BK was very thorough. Definitely a big help. All other towing company had a waiting window of 2 hours or more. R & R made it to me in 30 min. Definitely a good experience with them. This is such a great towing service! I was in a really tough situation because my car got a flat tire on the Bay Bridge and I wasn't able to get far. After my insurance company failed to find me a tow truck for several hours, BK with R & R Towing was able to give me a tow. I was really relived at this because it was late at night and I was starting to think I was going to have to leave my car in a red zone overnight and risk a big ticket, but I was really grateful that BK was able to tow my car so late at night. BK arrived quickly, was super communicative (which literally no other towing place is from my experience) and he was super professional and nice. If you get a tow, ask for BK if possible, he really made such an awful situation I had, so much better by being available to helping me when no other place would even answer the phone. Thank you BK!
