Hrere's the proof that you wanna see Mr owner your employee baloney of the year those people pretend that check your under your hood because of the camera tells you signals, brake light,reverse lights even ill check my light regularly they said you brake light not working so when I went to check it out everything ok because they want you change light bulb even its working how would you know if your inside your car right they just want rip people very careless instead of taking care of you the more you come the more they ruin you car if you are new they take ok you maybe? so you come back but on top on that they do crazy thing on you car... attention to all consumer or customer just be alert and check your car if you wanna go to this kind of services. first is my skid plate that they fold it like a paper second under the hood they broke my windshield washer cover they pull it very hard instead of opening carefully..attention to all customer not to mention don't even go on this other places 2700 El Portal Dr. San Pablo, CA those Mexican rookies are the worse employees they work very aggressively on your car I've been there just heads up to you guys its all up to you if you want to go but if I where you don't go any branch of this company.

Remember to take off the plastic off the wipers!! It scratched my wind shield. I had to remove 2 of these plastic things on the end myself. But the damage was already done. I got an scratches all over the back window from it already.Plus tipping culture has gone out of hand. Pay your workers a fair wage. When did we start begging for tips. Oil change is already expensive here.

Sitting in your car during an oil change is a new experience for me, first time doing it and I'd highly recommend it.The guys work quickly.Including waiting time, I was done in 15 minutes.Happy they don't try to upsell you on things you don't want.You drive in, they present their menu, you choose which package you want and they get to it.After your oil is changed, you give them your credit card, swing around to the side of the building (look for the two small stop signs), and the cashier comes out with your paperwork.

I do not recommend this company anymore used to come here for long time for all different cars lately they do not do their job properly don't know if is a rookie or newly employed the one who change my oil every time screw clips are missing that's why I found out when something scratching under my for few times that I went there so I said not a big deal ill just do it my own then went back last month but this time its more louder even when I am on the freeway so check it out what they did is they fold the aluminum and bang at the middle of my skid plate instead of take out the screw this guys are very which include on service and once you fold any aluminum is not gonna be same and when found they always charge me to take out the skid plate just bought new one spent $100.00 and went to the service to complain but the guy not there so spoke to the assistant manager because no manager on duty show the pictures told them you have to do disciplinary action...

They were good, but they also asked for a tip Is this new? I was a little flustered, and only left five dollars, and then they were talking about the tip, and I felt like I was being made fun of it felt a little strange. I won t go to that location again.

Guys here are friendly and great - but after I took my car here my mpg dropped from 30.9 mpg to 28.8 mpg. They did a lot of checks around the car and showed the dipstick to look good too so I don't know what actually happened. Hopefully they see this and can help give me some clarity because overall it was a good experience but can't get over the loss of fuel efficiency.

Chai was really helpful . I accidentally opened my fuse box case when I was popping the hood and he helped me put the cover back on it . He also showed me a trick to help clean my headlights which were clouded with dirt and dust. I always get great service at oil changers. Thanks for putting in the hard work and for being friendly !

Shocked that this place has good reviews. Dismissed us because we were in a camper van claiming we were too heavy for their floor despite us getting oil changes all over the country and despite the fact that a pickup truck with the same GVWR was receiving an oil change in front of us. When asked what the specific load rating of their garage was, they had no answer. Utility trucks, vans, etc.. beware

Worker walked straight out and told me it s going to be $102 he didn t say hello he didn t say how are you doing? He didn t ask what year was my car? He didn t even ask what type of oil change would I like. Over $100 for a 2006 Toyota Corolla oil change is insane. I told him All I wanted was basic oil change he said okay and started walking back to the computer and I was like you know what never mind and I left.

Horrible!!!! I ve been coming to this location for years. Nobody talked to me. I waited 40 minutes. They re charging double what the old owners used to charge!!! Waste your time or money WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The guys there were super super helpful and efficient! They were able to answer questions for me about a sound my car was making even though it had nothing to do with the service I was getting . I waited in line and they had a white lady cut me in line when I had been waiting for my turn since the beginning. This was very discriminatory against me and my family. Never again coming back to this place. I asked why I was cut in line and the guy responded with some non sense.

It is now an Oil Changers store. Service was good. A little more expensive 10 Minute Speed Oil. Oil Changers just took over the location, so time will tell how well they do.

I ve been coming here for years and will continue coming back. Honest nice group of employees who won t pressure you to spend more money than what s necessary . I needed something simple done and they said it d be cheaper to just do it myself- they could have taken my money but instead took the time to explain how to do it.
