I gave them my transmission on November 29th 2023 I picked it up on Jan 6th 2024. They had done absolutely nothing. It s a constant excuse with this guy he ll always say it ll be done next week soon enough those weeks become more than a month. He told me he was doing me a favor by working on my transmission he needs to realize when you re charging money nothing is a favor. Ultimately I took it to another shop. Also he gets mad when you call him for an update. If you re willing to ask people if you can borrow their car for a month by all means get your car fixed by this guy. But if you re not willing to wait a month take your business to Mexicali or literally someone else in the valley. I forgot to mention the whole time he had the transmission I was not even provided even a price quote.

Took my truck in cause the check engine light came on and Tioo's diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out I had a broken solenoid in my transmission. He figured it out and solved the problem quickly and affordably and he had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Tioo's transmissions. You don't always need to rebuild the transmission, sometimes, you get lucky like I did, and you just have to replace the solenoid. Tioo's expertise and years of experience got the job done and my truck runs great now. Thanks Tioo:)He also recharged my AC with freon and it blows cold now. And he fixed my oil sensor, so the gauge gives a good reading now. What I'm saying is: Tioo's can do it all. They're all around good mechanics and provide good service, better yet, excellent service. Hector is the best!!! I was headed to Imperial Valley when My Tahoe broke down around the Salton sea area. Not only did Hector repair my transmission he also added new hoses and freon. Already drove my Tahoe to Ventura CA and back to the Valley TWICE!!! Great Job!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Hector at Tioos is amazing! Called the shop to get a 2nd/3rd opinion with our truck. The dealer said we needed a new drive shaft, the tire place thought it was the rear differential but wouldn t be able to do any extensive work on it, so we wanted a specialty shop to look at it. Hector called back and said he was busy over the next couple of days, but to bring it by the next morning to diagnose the problem and make a plan. Never had heard of a place doing that- how awesome! He took the truck around the block, and had me sit with him to narrow down the noise. He said he wanted to change the rear diff fluid with additive, and that we ll start with that and go from there. We set up a time to come back, and the rear diff fluid change did the trick! Instantly no more noise. Thank you Hector for your hard work and flexibility to solve this problem for us. Would happily come back for any future needs. Do your business with Hector!

Have known the owner of this auto repair shop for 30 plus years! Honest and always great work! A hole in the wall for sure, but never a disappointment when all is said and done!

I'm not from around the area and I needed my transmission fixed due to transmission slipping on the freeway. I asked around town for a trust worthy transmission shop and they pointed to that area. Honestly I'm very thankful I went there. They didn't try to scam me and they pointed out the problem. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that isn't around this area and or in the area.
