Definitely not quick. I went in there on a Thursday around 11:00 am and they said it would be at least a 3 hour wait. I came back the following morning and 9:00 am and they said at least a 2 hour wait for a simple oil change. That s fine they take forever but don t have the name of your business Quick Lane as it really should be called Slow Lane . Don t waste your time going here unless you have a full battery on your phone so it doesn t die while you are waiting patiently.

I have taken my car here twice for an oil change and they seem to do well. The only thing they did not add was the sticker telling me the next oil change that is due. I also got my tires here and it's nice that I can take the to get rotated if I need to for free.

I had an oil change here just a few days ago and now my car has white smoke come out of the exhaust when I start it. They were supposed to look at it but they haven t called me back. Over the years we have used quite a few different Mechanics in the Valley.Quick Lane at the mall has stood out BY FAR.During our last visit we had quite a few repairs that needed to be done, some parts got delayed and they went above and beyond to care of us to make sure we had transportation AND adjusted the price for the inconvenience.Their quotes have always been more than fair (4 or 5 visits so far) and they are both Polite and Professional.If you are looking for an honest shop I would definitely recommend these guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Would leave zero stars if I could , DON T COME HERE. They are scammers and charged my boyfriend $100 for an alignment and didn t even do anything. Had to get a refund. Unprofessional and they take advantage of valley customers knowing there s not many other places to go.

We had a missing lug nut on our rental vehicle and needed to drive to Phoenix to catch a flight back home. Ryan and Adam were awesome! They got us I immediately and on back on the road in less than 5 miuntes. Thank you to both of them! FYI, they were both very professional and friendly.

This shop saved us. We walked in at 1:00 pm and our truck wasn t even drivable, they worked so hard and got us out there the same day at 6:00 pm. They re technician Nick stayed late to make sure the job was done, he even drove us in his personal vehicle to our broken down truck, We can t say enough good things about the service. Thank you Quick Lane !

Came in for an alignment for my truck. Everything went well, the waiting area was very clean. I can't say much about the customer service, the person who attended me was a bit dry but not on a rude way. Overall it was good.

I had a great experience . Saul Garcia was very patient and pleasant. Saul helped me locate my Ford Pass account and I was ae to use my points for the Oil change service. He was very helpful, explaining the inspection and offering feature sevices. Congratulations Quick Lanes for having such a great asset like Saul Garcia.

I travel through that area once a year, unfortunately one of my tires went flat and I went to repair my tire, (patch) the cost was $20 dlls The attention of the staff was very good.

Very good service from the moment you arrive until they finish, they told me they would last approximately 1:30 but they lasted much less, fast and efficient. Super friendly!! Thank you!!
