Staff is helpful, but a lot of the better staff has moved to the location on Imperial ave. The staff currently at this location is helpful, but understaffed or hiding in the back.Expect longer lines and wait times at peak hours. I stay away from the Zone because wait times are ridiculous. On a few occasions, I had the Zone flashbacks.Super long line and wait times. Definitely not what it used to be, but the other location isn t close to me. Better than the Zone? Sure.Could they be more organized and at the register to move the line? Yes. Definitely reed to up the game because online ordering through other vendors is way more efficient and convenient.

I was ask if I would spend 100.99 $$ for a part that I later found on line for as low as 34.00. He said that he had the part. I recived a part , I did not open the box . I got home took the door apart and I went to install the part , I found the box was already opened it contained a faulty used part. I went back to the store, he said no problem, he couldn't find one except at another store the other store said they had one , he said they opened it and said it was OK. When I got to the other store they at first could not find one. When they did find it it was unopened. But they had one. They warranted it and gave it to me. They over inflated the part to double the cost. To cover the cost of the one they had on the shelf that was worth less. They got me to cover there mistake.

Try Autozone on Adams Ave. I went in looking for a car part after the dealer confirmed I needed the part replaced. Efrain looked it up in their system but there were no results. He then wanted me to explain what the part does. I told him what the dealer told me and he said that was impossible and made me feel ignorant. Do not go in here if you aren't a mechanic you will not receive the help you are looking for. I told him I would try Autozone and he agreed.

Its been a few years. Had battery problems. Drove to this branch. The manager tested my battery it was weak. So I bought a new one and cleaning kit. Now I am having battery problems again. Will see them again soon!

I have zero knowledge about vehicles but Moises made the experience much easier and helped me get what I need. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience shopping here and I was able to make it home safely! Thank you for all your help!

Went in to buy some coolent for my car, while i was looking for the right coolent. Some of the staff were talking to each other not properly. One of them were explaining to the other staff how he was going to violet his behind if he doesn't get to work. Obviously it sounded that's the way they talk to each other. But i don't appreciate that i have to explain my kid why they want to do that to each other. Very unprofessional around customers.

So kind and considerate. They analyzed my engine light, and didn't try to sell me a battery, that I asked for. I made it to San Felipe. AND got an alternator installed.

Called on a part said they had it but when I got there it was for a different car and they couldn't order it all in all still a great price store for your car needs I will definitely return

I have gotten parts for my truck and I had never had to take what I paid for because it was the wrong part vary Professional service, I will always go back when I need parts for my truck.Thanks to the Crew of Professional

This comment goes out to the gentleman who works at O'Reilly's auto Parts in El Centro, CA on 4th Street. I didn't get his name but if he reads this comment he'll know it's about him. I had just drove into El Centro from Bakersfield, CA on July 6, 2018 and I was totally lost. I walked into this store in hopes that I could get someone to help me find an address there in El Centro. This kind and very helpful salesman did indeed help me in my time of need by searching on his computer for the address I was looking for. I could of searched the address on my phone, however, on this particular day it just so happened all cell phone lines were down due to some fire in the area, therefore I was unable to get service on my phone. Thankfully, this gentleman took his time to help me find my way. I'm so glad there are still kind people in this harsh world. THANK YOU SO MUCH! TWO THUMBS UP FOR O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS STORE!!!
