Booking this hotel was sort of our last ditch effort to just find a decent place to stay. In all my years of travel, I must say this place by the worst. The bed sheets had red stains on them. Not sure what It was. So we just slept on top of the comforter. The lamp was missing the bulb. Both night stands on either side of our bed had 2 outlets each. They didn't work. Turns out the night stand it's self wasn't plugged in.The outlet for our room's HVAC unit was hanging out of the wall. The door to enter the room had a gap so large that you could fit your fingers through. There were holes in the wall from what looked to be anchor points from a previous hanging structure like a mirror or something. The bathroom was decent and looked to be recently renovated. However there were a few tiles in the tub/Shower combo that were sticking out leaving some sharp edges. This could be a hazard. Although it's easy to avoid them. I could not sleep well as the gap under the door was alloying a lot of noise to intrude into the room. And for some odd reason there was a person and/or or a group of people talking loudly either to each other or on the phone. Right outside the door of the room untill 2 am. It was strange. The smoke alarm had a dead battery so somebody just simply opened the battery cover which is the only way to keep the smoke alarm from beeping. Which also turns off the smoke alarm.I don't recommend this place. I should have done far more research of not only this hotel but the area as well.

This is about the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years of traveling for work. I stay in about 100 rooms a year. The sheets were dirty with hair and stains. The floors were covered in dirt and my shoes stuck to them with each step. It sounded like someone was in my room and then I heard what sounded like a camera shutter. Not sure what that was. Searched the room and behind pictures and such expecting to find a camera or peep hole.I read many reviews and this seems to be the norm for this place. The funny part is the responses from someone stating they were sorry for the poor experience and that they would look into improving but apparently nothing changes. Don't stay at this place. Your safety is in danger.Rooms: Dirty and run down.Health hazards to say the least.

We are here for work. Our company booked These rooms because the other ones were booked . it seems like a lot of construction workers come to this place . the rooms are very dirty the walls are stained . My bed had a big stain circle on it. i called the front desk to tell him that my sheets were dirty they said that they were going to go and exchange them they never did. We stayed for a week here every day they change the sheets but the just use the same ones the same stain she was the one kept on getting every week. They don't change the new sheets they just redo your bad that's all. The bathrooms were dirty cracks here and there are stains on the sync and the bathtub. The location is convenient since year around walmart costco and other stores. The rooms are small since our company booked two people four one room with two beds. The parking lot its mall when there are construction workers their vehicles take more of the spots support with there big trucks. We will tell our company not to book here again or try somewhere else honestly you're better off at motel 6 they're rooms are a lot cleaner. Also there is a 7-11 next door and homeless people are there and they do tend to wander into the parking lot looking in people's cars. Also A coworker in another room found dead cockroaches on the floor. Also the towels that you use to shower our stained may need to replace the ones that the can't get rid of the dark stains and get fresh new white towels because honestly that is nasty taking a shower with white towels that are stained. The washing machine is next to the ice machine I will not use that ice machine it looks very dirty like the ice would be contaminated maybe it's good to you to keep your stuff cool but other than that it looks dirty not edible at all

Yvette at the front desk is not paid enough. She is always pleasant and on top of everything. The service here is better than at 5 star hotels.Highly recommend if you find yourself in El Centro.

Not great, even for a Days Inn. Floor was very sticky, room smelled of bleech and the walls looked to be in some kind of transition. Did look like it be under some construction, but if you have a choice, I would avoid until that's complete.

This Days is pretty much what I expected, an aging building and small rooms. It was quiet and clean.I had the handicapped room. The website showed a bench in the walkin shower. It wasn't there, just holes in the wall where it had been. Therefore I couldn't wash my feet and lower legs AND there was no place to put my soap and shampoo, no shelves. The breakfast was lame. 9 sweet rolls, coffee and OJ, that's it.My 6am wake up call never came.

After reading the most recent reviews, i had to do one of my own. It's a Days Inn, not a Hilton. For today's pricing my room was surprisingly better than I expected. Room smelled clean, bathroom updated, towels not the brightest, but no stains, 1 bed had spotless sheets, the other did not. So i wont be sleeping on that one lol. Carpeting was stained but I always wear my shoes anyway. I wish I could post pictures.

The carpet is stained and dirty, the towels are stained, the bed spread was torn, there wasn t cable for the tv. The bathroom floor was dirty and wasn t finished around the bathtub. The house keeper knocked at the door at 9:30 and we were staying another night. We left for the day and she never came back to tidy our room. They charged our CC the first day and the normal procedure is to wait until checkout. The furniture needed a good polishing as had water marks and dust.

Yvette, the front office Manager was superb! I was on an assignment and had just driven for over 2 hours and was a bit worn out but as soon as I walked into the lobby her welcoming smile and positive demeanor picked me right up. Additionally she was extremely helpful and efficient. Absolutely an asset to this Hotel/motel chain. I would recommend her as a regional trainer if she worked for my organization. The rooms were immaculate, good size, and well-appointed. If I could suggest anything to the management, it would be to upgrade the flatscreens and if you're planning a visit and prefer baths bring a tub stopper with you.

I was here for work and stayed in several rooms over two weeks. The motel itself is average, the beds are small and uncomfortable, the air conditioners are *incredibly* loud (unfortunate in the desert), and you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Not a very good night's sleep. The rooms are clean and a decent size. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by and the paring lot is roomy and very well lit.The staff is great and is the only reason I gave more than two stars! They work really hard and and will do what they can to make you as comfortable as possible, all things considered.

Given the going rate for the area at other hotels, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, the AC was cold and the bed comfortable. I was on a business trip but don't want to go to the effort of justifying a 250-300/night room in El Centro at my usual brands. Two restaurants w/i walking distance to check out are Burgers&Beer and also Los Cabos Seafood.

The room was neat and clean and they have comfy beds. We were traveling from Louisiana to San Diego CA and had to stop in El Centro, so I booked a hotel same day. I got a room here with a fair price and had a great night rest.I highly recommend this!!

A middle of the road kind of place, for the price compared to others in this town it was good. Clean, hot showers and a comfortable bed, a little more experience that the local dumps and a lot less expensive that the $300 inea across the highway.

Located in a pretty busy area and lots of grocery and shopping opportunities. That s one of the stars. The second star is for the friendliness of the staff. They were kind and speedy and efficient.I deducted 3 stars because the first room we got smelled horrible (like maybe someone died and they tried to cover it up with lots of fabuloso) and the floor was very dirty. So we were switched to another room. It smelled normal but the floor was very dirty (we didn t take off our shoes) and there were random dirty spots on the walls and shower curtain. I have not checked a room for bugs in a long time but this one made me want to make sure. The beds were clean and it kind of looked like they were slowly trying to renovate because the tile did look new in the bathroom.

The staff really helped us. Our first room had a issue with the sink. So we were moved to a different room that wouldn't open with the key card. It was fixed the next day. A little inconvenience. But the staff was very helpful and professional.

Room seems clean at first glance and in the photos, but they are not maintained very well. You can tell the rooms were remodeled somewhat recently, but they are not taken care of properly and the workmanship wasn't too great. Consider the free breakfast non existent... nearly no options and everything was cold / not very fresh. Gentleman who was running the office was very nice, but they seem to be very short staffed and we were left waiting at the desk for 15min. Before we were attended to.

Days in by Wyndham was right on budget and the staff was both friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and ready for my stay. King size bed with fresh sheets and lots of pillows. The room came with a TV, fridge and more. Couldn't have been happier with my stay. Some minor deferred maintenance issues in my room that should be considered by the ownership and I would have been a 5.

Perfectly reasonable. Kind of loud with the street noise and all, but keeping the fan on helped with that. The stores, restaurants, and gas station are all very convenient. The nice, deep tub in Room 201 was lovely, but bring your own bath plug.

They have great rooms, nice employees and manager was very polite and upfront.. There is only one thing that would be nice if they could get is like a recliner or 2 chairs or a small couch, cause if there is a couple or family they don't always be in the bed. Can't wait to go back. And the manager Louis was very nice and professional. Love the rates.

Dirty..room hot upon arrivalI can understand the ac not being ran before arriving, but that being the case the ac should cool the room within an hour or two at tops.I didn't leave pictures of the red stains in the middle of the room seeing as the carpet probably needs to be replaced nor the urine stains visible on the floor base of the toilet. My vehicle broke down on the way to my vacation and we had to book the last room available to sleep four.(2adults/2children)

I've been coming to this hotel every year since 2018. I'm a dove hunter from San Diego and I really like this place. I would come here with my Father often during dove season, and I visit when I am on the road or to simply take a quick vacation from from San Diego. My Dad recently passed away and this hotel reminds me of the special times I got to spend with him in El Centro and I will always be greatful for that. The hotel makes me feel close to him. Looking forward to my next visit soon.

We stayed one night and I have to say we were very happy with our room. Very neat & clean. Ac worked great it was over 100 degrees when we went. Room is a good size. Bed was very comfortable. We had a refrigerator and microwave plus you have a coffee maker in your room with complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar. Vons is right down the street with a Starbucks inside of it. (Just fyi) Alot of places to eat at and shop around the hotel as well. Definitely a place we would stay at again. Staff was very nice they even opened up the door for me to use the ice machine and let me get as much ice as I needed. I appreciated that especially for a very hot day. Thank you.
