My wife s catalytic converter was stolen last week and Geico sent us to World Auto Body to get things replaced.They not only replaced everything missing and or damaged. They installed a Cat Guard we purchased and personally delivered.Super fast, friendly and affordable.

Would not recommend to come here. Only reason I went to this place was because my insurance chose that place for me. I had went in for a simple fix. To repaint my back bumper and side panel. The first time around they didn t do their paint job evenly because they had to touch it up with paint which was wayy to noticeable. Took it back the next day, which ended up being worse since they only painted half the bumper. Not only doing that makes one half whiter looking but if you run your finger across you can feel the roughness of the paint. They ended up leaving paint residue drip down to my black diffuser, and a thick clear line which you can feel down the middle of the bumper as well. Not only did I waste my own money but my time as well. DONT COME HERE. First two pics are what needed to be fixed. Last two pics are with the touch up paint. Last pic is to show how one half is whiter than the other half.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

World auto body was recommended on a list from mercury insurance. Im so glad we went with them. They handled the entire claims process. They also email you updates with a completion date.They actually finished the $11k repair more than a week in advance of the promised date. That's unreal!The workmanship and communication were absolutely great. I'd go here again in a heartbeat.

I took my GMC Denali to World Auto Body for some major repairs and they did an exceptional job and had amazing customer service. They had my car looking like it was brand new and delivered it on time within the time period provided to me. The manager Ricardo and and everyone on his team were friendly helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The worst place to ever go get your car fixed I took my car in to be fixed a simple paint job and a door repair they had my car for a week the first time and gave it back incomplete took it back . They called me to come get it and the car was still not right they had it for about 3 weeks gave it back again with the paint hazy they said that they would buff it out no big deal had to wait so it could dry when they finely buffed it out they burned threw the paint and clear coat told me I need to leave my car again now I'm done with this place and want a different place to finish it and guess what they say that they are not going to fix it so as of now my car is still not finished !!! World auto sucks big time do not take your car there Jessy has no back bone and will not stand up for you!! Please run the other way!! World auto is a scam and the worst place to go for your car !! It will be worse than it was before!!

Was referred to World Auto after a pretty a pretty good accident. Very happy with the service and the work that that did. Looks like a brand new car. My go to guy was Edgar. He gave us a realistic time frame and it turned out to be spot on. Edgar was always patient with me and explained how things are going. Always friendly and polite. Thanks Edgar and World Auto.

My car was unfortunately in an accident but wow did this shop do a great job. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They finished the repairs a week sooner than estimated and kept me in the loop the entire time. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had cleaned the entire inside of my car. We had to take the car back to times because the work was not done right like part's coming off and paint work not buffet out before giveing the car back to us and trim broken by workers but they told us the car was all done and ready for us to come get it so we had to pay for a rental car to times and then told us it would be done on Friday that didn't happen! So it was a three day weekend so we paid for the rental car for three more days so we will never go back to this shop even.

Super friendly and professional. Rigo was very thorough about my car. He spend time explaining things to my satisfaction. Of course, the job was well done too! They have connections with Enterprise so the rental car company will pick you up if you need a rental car for a couple of days.

I went to World Auto Body to get my car fixed through Geico insurance. The guy that was doing the estimate was so rude to me. He told me that he didn't want to do my repair even though my insurance sent me there. He said he didn't think he could make me happy. And I was blown away. All I asked was that my car was repaired to it's original state before the accident. He told me to have a nice life as he walked away. What a way to treat a female customer or any customer. Total waste of my time. A rental cast was waiting there for me also. Don't waste your time there.

I was referred here by Mossy Nissan across the street. Someone stole my tow cover on my front bumper. When I came to pick up the piece the next business day, it didnt match 100%. We chose between a 1 and 2 on the pearl coat that evening. I picked it up the next day 8am, perfect match!As for the customer service, they were courteous, knowledgeable and upfront. I appreciate a good business and this here was great service and I'm a tough critic! It's been two weeks no chipping or peeling. Has warranty.

They are quick to take your vehicle because insurance will pay them for the repairs but after that any semblance of professionalism is out the door and they do not return your calls and are slow to do the repairs. When my vehicle finally was finished nobody bothered to call me and tell me it was done until four days after it was finished and I called them and they said it has been done. After repairs were finished I noticed there was a trim piece missing and once again they have been slow playing me for more than 6 weeks and not returning calls and not fixing their mistake. I am having to get my insurance involved to force them to correct their mistake. I do not recommend this business unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.UPDATEAfter many more weeks of being given the run around, it was determined that they put the wrong bumper on my truck and are denying it, also it was found that the parts were not securely fastened to my truck. My insurance is sending me to another shop to REDO all the work done by World Auto Body. Consumer BEWARE.

I brought in my Mercedes cls 550 to this shop through Geico & omg did they have poor quality. All the employees play friendly when you go in but towards they end their sharks.My Benz was spray painted and it took them a month and a week to get it he paint off when I was told it would be done in 3 days to a week when I picked it up they have trashed my car and broke my hood latch and they did not take responsibility for it instead they had the nerves to tell me that it was broken before.I would not suggest to bring in my car here even through your insurance. auto body should not represent geico

My outside rear view window on Lexus SUV was broken by vandal. After getting quote and pre-ordering a new mirror. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to install while I waited. Manager Ricardo was very helpful in getting me a great price on the mirror and installation versus Lexus dealership. Very happy with results..

I brought my car in for a Geico auto insurance claim. The folks at World Auto Body are very friendly and courteous. Daniel was the mechanic with whom I worked to get everything resolved (easy name for me to remember); they got my car fixed and back to me by the end of the day. Daniel was honest with the scope of repairs and cost, and their prices were fair. Highly recommend these guys!

They did a super job fixing my poor car after it was nudged by a large panel truck owned by Turner Outdoors Company. Be careful tho when they promise that your car will be done. They let the final worker go home early the day they promised my car would be done.

I had a immobile car that was backed into on camera at my work. Well the guys insurance picks my car up knowing it s not drivable and brings it he s for the look of things. Not only did they not fix my car even though it s on camera but they had left my car there. Two kids missing work single mom it s been a nightmare. And they didn t pay to fix my car because they didn t know what it looked like before. But was on camera. All I can say is world auto especially Nikki has been my saving grace in this nightmare. Good luck to that guys insurance company is all I can say. Thank u Nikki. Your my angel in this

Geico sent me here after one of their insured hit my car. Shady shady. Low ball estimates, try to bully you into having their shop repair it so they can use cheap after market parts. Tried telling us that if we took it anywhere else and it was more than their estimate we would have to come out of pocket for the difference! BS, I know what a supplement is, and I took my 6 month old car to Ford where at least I know any OEM part would not be cheap with work done sub par.

Don't bring your vehicle here. After dropping off my car on Wednesday April 17 I was told it would be ready in less than a week. I call back on Tuesday April 23rd and am told it will be ready on Friday April 26th "At the latest". Friday comes around and I call to ask about my vehicle to which I get a long story about how a computer problem caused my bumper not to get ordered and is still not delivered. Monday April 29th finally rolls around and my bumper is there and installed but due to overcast skies it couldn't be painted. On Tuesday April 30th I finally get my vehicle back but a part of the driver side bumper (trim) is still missing and was never ordered. I pay the $500 and am told the trim would be in by Friday May 3rd. I arrive at the shop on Saturday May 4th to have it installed and am told the shop sent it back because my vehicle was no longer there and they didn't know what was going on. I now sit here on Monday May 6th with another "it was ordered but not delivered yet" response and an incomplete job although payment was made. This place is the worst!

Did wonderful work...until they told me to follow up on a repair with my mechanic to specifically have them install a part that didn't solve the problem. They should not be making mechanical recommendations they don't stand behind! Now, my shop did the work, I'm out the money, and the problem isn't fixed.

The place is very easy to get to, right off the freeway. The day we were there, several office people were out with the flu. They were very professional and personalble. They apologized for the delay, their waiting room was comfortable. Gieco messed up the paperwork,, they made some phone calls and we were able to drop off the vehicle for repairs.

Got in an accident (other persons fault) and their insurance sent me here. Did a great job fixing the damage but unfortunately some kind of chemical overspray is eating away the paint on the roof and causing big gray splotches everywhere. Hopefully I can buff it out before it gets any worse.

It took them 3 weeks for a broken window. It was always one excuse after another and they didn't take good care of my car when i went to get stuff out of it the whole inside was caked in dirt. Upon finally getting it back they didnt clean it very well and also did t do a good job on fixing the damage the broken window caused
