I had my class C RV towed with these guys through AAA and for a 15 minute transit it was under the 500 dollar limit that AAA covers and the driver was super nice backed my rv into the mechanic shop like a true pro. Made sure my transmission was safe by removing what was necessary I m happy.

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLY GREAT SERVICE. I experienced them through AAA twice, sort of 3 times in a week after my car wouldn t start while at the Clairemont Town Center by Vons.Shant was my tow driver both times and he was absolutely incredible - from - speed of arrival friendliness and enthusiasm that was so, so encouraging in a stressful moment speed of service - I was so impressed with the practically under one minute it took to get my car hooked up. Truly a skilled professional w 9 years of experience he said went above and beyond to call me to update about my car after leaving handsome guy even!On the second time I called AAA they sent someone to test the battery first and no joke it was under an hour to get someone out via the online service, test, have them call a tow, tow arrival, and my beautiful car heading off to the shop. Under an hour for all of it!Couldn t recommend these guys more through AAA.

My go to from now on. They came super quick and were able to unlock my truck with in seconds. Nice group of guys that seemed to enjoy what they do. Honestly 10/10

All-star service! Sam came to the rescue after my brand new car got hit! USA towing got the lickity split and had me on my way in no time! The tow guy, Sam, was super careful and made sure I was aware of what he was doing so I had zero worries! Very professional and everything you would expect of a tow company! Thanks!!

I was referred, I had to call for a tow! They were fast to assist me and the driver was super nice, professional and helped explain to me what I needed to do, when I could go and what he was doing! Thank you for your professionalism. I would definitely use again and again!

Duraod was our driver and he was so helpful and caring in a stressful situation. Ensured our son s safety. He even arrived extremely fast and got our vehicle up on the truck and to the dealership. Photos were sent of the vehicle at the shop and of him turning the paperwork in. We ve never had such amazing tow service. We will definitely be using them in the future!

This Company is amazing, the response from the dispatch was immediate and the driver was safe, fast and very professional and courteous, I recommend USA towing 100%! Used them through AAA so the actual arrival time was longer than the app stated. But once Toni showed up, he went straight to work. He tested whether it was actually a bad battery or the alternator. Replaced the battery and terminals (due to car being 20+years old) and explained everything as we progressed. He was much more friendly and helpful than the previous service guy a few days prior.

My car would not start. I thought it may be a dead battery . He tested it but battery was good. Guy asked for my keys and it wouldn't start but he kept trying and it did start. Thank you so much. I got to work. He said it's the starter. It's been worked on now.

I called AAA to get a tow and USA Towing & Recovery was the tow company. They arrived quickly and allowed me to get to the car repair facility before they closed. The driver was great and provided great conversation during our drive.

10/10 experience working with USA Towing Recovery. I was stranded in the Walmart parking lot with an electrical fault that prevented the vehicle from starting. We contacted USA Towing and Recovery through AAA after troubleshooting on our own in the parking lot. The first driver (name?) showed up within 15 minutes of reaching out and tried to get us going with a jump pack. Once it was clear that a jump pack wouldn't solve the problem he reached out to dispatch to call a truck with a platform big enough to haul our oversized camper van.The next driver, Jay, showed up right away with a truck large enough for my van. Before towing the van, Jay went out of his way to make sure the electrical issue wasn't just a fuse or other simple electrical issue. Once we determined that the vehicle needed to be towed, Jay loaded the van onto his truck safely and professionally. The shop where we dropped the van was a very difficult spot to drop a 23ft van, but Jay skillfully dropped the van into a tight spot without any issues.A huge shout-out to Jay for making the best out of an unfortunate situation and going above and beyond in customer service.

Long story short; wiring damage led to shorting and damaging the fuel pump.I was out of my normal mechanics range for a AAA tow so I had them take it to USA towing, I ended up paying way less then I was expecting, I even offered a little more money but Jeremy turned it down.I'm indebted to Jeremy, Frank and the crew that came to help me they have earned my future business and my recommendation.

Our driver was very helpful and apologetic that we had been waiting for 2 hrs. They had sent a pu truck to try to jump us instead of a tow truck first so it took that long.

Drivers just pull up but customers tried to get out from BurgerKing and he doesn t wanna move. He wants to bring the car down first been a lot place where to park hit the horn ones nothing twice and these guys come out and start yelling at me go around there s another way to get out of the parking lot. I don t think that s the way you should be talking to Customer your just employee making the company look bad.

I put my dog in his crate in the back of my mini cooper after our agility class...I closed the hatch then realized I left my key by his crate...I called AAA...and told her I had locked my dog in the car with the windows up and she said she moved us up to priority as it was hot.. 15 minutes later a very nice gentleman from the towing business came...I was panicked....he got the car open in less than 2 minutes and crawled to the back to retrieve the keys...he was so kind and considerate and very professional

I was picked up by a very professional tow truck driver his name is Romel Shores I had a flat tire on my new car and the car is very low I thought it would be impossible to tow but for Romel it was very easy for him and he did a perfect job I wish I can give this company 10 stars thanks again USA Towing

I brought my car here to get repairs bc I have service lights on. The manager explained the issues and I gave the OK to repair. When I came to pick up my car, the service lights were still on. I told the manager and he said to drive it for a few days to see if it would eventually turn off. They never did. I brought the car back and the manager stated I need different repairs which would come out to roughly $1100 more dollars (at this point I already spent around $2400). I declined and took my vehicle home. Spent about $2400 just for my car to not be fixed. Maybe idk how car stuff works but I know if I drop it off with problems, I should be able to pick the car up with the problems solved.

I do not recommend this company to anyone requiring towing or battery service. We were set up with service from USA Towing through our AAA membership to replace a battery on one of our cars. When the USA Towing technician arrived to our home to replace the battery, he instructed us to move our vehicle onto our driveway to perform the work. He then proceeded to pour hot water on our car battery, allowing battery corrosion/acid to run all over our driveway, causing very significant damage to our driveway that could not be hosed off. (Pic 1). The technician shrugged it off, suggested we hose it down, and left. Without realizing the significance of the damage he'd just caused, we attempted to clean the stain ourselves by hosing down the driveway with water for several hours after the technician left our home - to no avail.Following the damage that was done to our driveway, AAA put us in touch with the general manager of USA Towing. After several days of attempted email and phone contact with the general manager, he finally returned my call and said that he'd "ordered some chemicals on Amazon to clean it" and would let us know when the chemicals arrived. A few days later, more technicians with USA Towing (not professional power washers), showed up to our home with chemicals they ordered on Amazon, and a pressure washer. While the chemicals they used did get rid of the acid stain, they also somehow caused even more damage to our driveway! (Pic 2). The technicians told us the damage would "blend in" within two weeks and left. We followed up about 10 days later to report the existing damage - the general manager never acknowledged our email or responded to us. After waiting for a month for a response from the general manager, we followed up with AAA to let them know about the lack of response from USA Towing, as well as the the further damage to our driveway, once again caused by USA Towing's technicians' lousy work. To this day, USA Towing's general manager has not reached out to us.Ultimately, we had to file an investigation through AAA, which required us to hire a company ourselves who could attempt to repair the damages. We ended up hiring someone to do repairs and AAA reimbursed us for the cost (thank you AAA!).Unfortunately, AAA is still contracted with USA towing and though our experience does not seem to be isolated based on USA Towing's terrible BBB status, AAA will continue doing business with them. I am writing this review in hopes that other people in our situation will NOT use USA Towing, as we do not trust their company, especially their general manager, and would not recommend their services to anyone.Service: Battery service

Nobody likes to need a tow,But i will tell you thisThese guy are by far the best in the business !On a scale of 1thur 5 there a10 !The drivers name was DuraidAsk for him if you need a tow.He responded immediately,faster than estimated time, clean cut,professional, helpful did the tow smooth But then he had the knowledge of knowing the problem was a simple and minor fix, which he repaired himself & even showed me & taught how to fixAnd saved me well over $100Ive worked in the service industry all my life so i recognize& appreciate good serviceI was so grateful& so impressed i just have to spread the wordThis is a good companyKeep it up guys , and find more like Duraid what a great guy !

Walid was the most helpful and informative mechanic while installing my battery! He graciously assisted with other problems throughout my car, explaining in detail how to fix them.
