Great service for a reasonable price. I have a classic car, and there are only so many reputable places that you can trust! I've taken my Chevy truck here as well, and their work has held up and made a considerable difference to the way my vehicles drive. Thank you True Line!

Using True Line is so easy. I did not feel pressure of an upsell. I felt confident with the inspection and estimate for my brakes, rotors and an alignment. I had made an appointment and the person suggested I could bring my car earlier in case they could get to it earlier than my appointment, this was convenient and helped me fit the drop off into my schedule. Technician was polite and to the point on what was needed and the cost. I mentioned a coupon I found online and that was noted on my account and applied when I went to pickup and pay. Will use them again.

I have been taking my cars to True Line for many years. I always have a car that drives straight down the road and the tires always last far longer than they are supposed to. When I buy a used car the first thing I do is bring it to True line for an alignment and wheel balance. These guys are the best in the business. They are better than the dealer. The alignment techs at the dealers do the work as fast as they can. If they can get it done in half the book time, they can do two cars. Then they get paid twice as much. Doing it fast is what motivates them. I know, I worked at dealers for 20 years. At True Line the techs are motivated by getting the job done right. I bought a certified used car from the Lexus dealer. It pulled to the right, so they aligned it. It stilled pulled right. They told me it is within spec. They were done but the car stilled right. That won t happen at True Line.

My experience at Truline alignment was unmatched. I had previously went to three other alignment shops, and it was either they Couldn t accommodate my lowered car, or they were very short when it came to my questions and concerns, One shop wanted to charge me $220 for the front alignment, So I stumbled upon Truline alignment, and I was taken back by the positivity and the professional work ethic, They take the time to answer questions or give you information on your vehicle for the best outcome. If you re planning on going anywhere else, I would really suggest otherwise thank you true line alignment!!!!!!

I trust no one else for alignments! From a 56 Ford to a 20 Benz, they can do it all and do it well. Highly recommended for any suspension needs!

Was able to give them instructions on my AccuTune upper control arms for my lifted Tacoma after I installed them. I got the alignment way off but was able to drive it. Every step of the process was delightful from the receptionist to the crew. Everyone was super nice. I would recommend them for anything having to do with suspension and alignment for your off-road and large vehicles. You can even get you custom rides done too.Service: Wheel alignment

Went here for an alignment with an appointment. Took about 90 mins fortunately I had other errands nearby. They did what was needed, no up sales. Would go back again and recommend.

Honest and competent group of people at this shop. They installed some aftermarket UAC's on my Tacoma and not only charged me less than they quoted me but they stayed late to finish it up so i could have my truck back before the long weekend. Thank you TrueLine, El Cajon.

I own a limousine business. True Line is one of only a few places w/ racks capable of doing a wheel alignment on a stretch limo or limo bus. True Line has done a great job on my vehicles, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. There's a few places to get food nearby while you wait (don't go to Cotijas nearby, service is terrible, burritos are small).

I took my truck here because other people I met have told me that they have been treated fairly here even though I have heard bad things about this shop as well figured what the heck! No one else wants to work on my truck so let s see if they will do an alignment. Long story short it drives better but I still think it s off or something is broke or loose and causing the truck to drift. They didn t say anything about anything except here s your truck and thanks that will be $$$$ dollars. So I paid and left on my way like all was good. They can t fix my abs issues so I will have to keep searching. They were very polite, everyone there so that s a huge plus.*update* looked at the front of the truck today just walking by and see this, very frustrating, could be out again.

I took my mk1 scirocco to get an alignment after installing kw v2 coilovers. I ve done just about everything to this car so I am very familiar with it. When the car was done I picked it up and they said my front wheel bearings were bad, but the alignment was done. They provided me an estimate and I kindly told them I d take care of it myself. Fast forward three days and I had the car on jacks to start on the wheel bearings. First thing, literally seconds after getting under the car I noticed the drivers side ball joint bolt was loose, hand threaded with nut on. Now, I just had this thing up on jacks to do the coil overs, and I also do a YouTube channel soooo I had video of the underside, that bolt was not that way last week when I did the job. Also I noticed my passenger side cv boot was torn. So I called up true line, a manger got back to me that day. I told him I want nothing, just wanted to let him know what happened and he pretty much told me no way they loosened that ball joint bolt. So here s the thing, I can accept that they had nothing to do with the cv boot, I have a hard time accepting that they didn t loosen that bolt (I watched back the video, hint hint) but even if they didn t, why didn t they let me know the cv was torn and the bolt was loose? They let me know about the wheel bearings, why not the other issues? Did this happen in 14 miles of driving from true line to spring valley? Why isn t there a ton of cv grease slung all over? End of it is, the manager didn t even want to see the pics so one way or another this place doesn t deserve my business. Sure they have a great reputation, just be aware. I ll be going somewhere else.

Only aliament shop I will go to, I have in the past been screwed by other shops, but Tony and his staff are professionals at there jobs. I've been a customer since 1989. I send all my friends and family here as well. You will receive great work with no bull.

Great shop with fantastic service and very skilled techs. My alignment went very fast even though they were short staffed, it was fairly priced, and the car drives better than new. Whether you need to drop your stance on a drift car or get your commuter driving straight again, this is the place to go!

I love True Line El Cajon. They have been aligning my cars and trucks for years. I have a Hummer H2, a Audi S6 wagon, a Jeep TJ Rubicon rock crawler, and a 350Z time attack race car. They have aligned all of these cars as well as my former cars: BMW e30 M3, Nissan Skyline R32 GTR, Toyota Avalon, and Mazda RX-8. They are very willing to work with me to dial in the fine tuning of my excessively complicated suspension system on my racecar. Recently I had them install a synergy tie rod and drag link system on my Jeep. They got it done on short notice, same day Saturday, over Labor Day weekend. Would highly recommend them to any one with normal to "interesting" suspension alignments.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! Was missing some hardware on the rear lift of my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. True Line was recommended to me by my mechanic and they did not disappoint. Jackie and Ryan, thank you for the excellent customer service. Great communication throughout the entire process which took a VERY short amount of time. I appreciate the high quality service and will return for any future needs.

After mulitple shops turned me down locally, i decided to take my truck to the best shop i knew of. No fancy lasers, no excuses. My truck is a frankenstien of sorts, and, as always they had no issues making it drive better than it ever has, even with a few worn out parts. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. These fellas take their time to make it right. If youre a hot rodder, a mad maxxer, a tuner, someone with a 10 ft tall truck or even a soccer parent, this is the shop to turn to.

Best front end shop in San Diego the staff is very knowledgeable and they get the job done right the first time also the price is always fair. I've been taking my cars here for over 15 years, they also know everything classic cars to modern vehicles and even race cars. Make sure to not have a single thing wrong with your vehicle before doing an alignment... dude ( alex ) will charge you 30 bucks as an inspection fee... i get he's trying to help but if I choose to do some work else were I'm entitled to that without his attitude showing... he needs to learn that who works on your vehicle matters... I'm sure he does a good job but I have my own mechanic that I trust and will get it done without the BS... leaving without alignment... Ryan has great customer service.. I appreciate your help

I was able to get a convenient appointment to have my alignment done, they told me it would be $45 for the diagnostic which would be waived in the cost of the alignment. They determined the issue, realigned my car and the total cost was only $60 which was far less then other estimates I got to do the same job.

Got me sorted out in a tough situation with my 88 e-250. After the work was done my van had a horrible death rattle. I took it back thinking I had been wronged. After being told I needed new tires, I left disappointed and not believing them. I put 4 new tires on the vehicle and she drives mint. I was 100% wrong and called to tell them so. I will be back for the rest of the work I need done and will not be questioning the professional advice they give next time. New life lifetime customer.(Contemplated lowering rating to 4 starts because the young lady at the front desk is a chiefs fan but she's just too helpful for me to hold it against her)

Used this alignment shop today to align my car, cannot express how thankful I am of these guys. Super fast work, and they did an amazing job. Definitely my go to place for an alignment.
