Excellent service at Toyota of El Cajon! From initial communication with Darnell a month before delivery, to leaving the lot with my new GR Supra was a breeze. Truman in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my next car!

Thank you for such awesome service. We were treated very well while we waited for our purchase. Enzo kept us updated regularly and answered all of our questions. First time using the service department and I am very impressed and pleased with the quality of service. Brought my Lexus SUV in for various issues. Was immediately met by smiling Veronica. We chatted while she took my information and then referred me to Shawn Kelley who helped explain some of the problems with my car. He was very professional and informative. He notified me of the timeline and expected completion time. I waited for my ride in the clean TV lounge area and well stocked and hot coffee bar. Two short hours later I received a text with a video link explaining what was done-very cool. Thoroughly impressed with the standard of service I received from Shawn and his team. Please pass this message on to them. I will be bringing all of my vehicles in to Toyota of El Cajon from now on.

I was so pleased with Leo as my sales person. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and let me marinate on my decision. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.I was also checked on by Laura. She was so friendly and lovely.Though I live in the Bay Area, I would fly down to buy a car from Toyota of El Cajon in a heartbeat.

Thank you Toyota of El Cajon for your amazing customer service today! Huge thank you to Robert, Frank, James, and David. Your customer service was beyond excellent and we greatly appreciate it. Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the lube tech that worked on the car but huge thank you to him as well. We needed to have a tired repaired asap due to Dr appointments and having a baby any day now. Called Toyota of Santee but was told they were too busy for a tire repair and could schedule an appointment for tomorrow to drop off and pick up. Totally understand being busy and understaffed. You can't control that. As I needed the tire repaired asap we ended up taking it to Toyota of El Cajon and they immediately came out got all the information needed and repaired the tire. I told them that I needed the car back today but if it was going to take a few hours that was no problem. They finished in about an hour. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We can't thank you enough!

Overall great team at Toyota El Cajon. Justin, the salesman helping me, was informative, communicative and very nice. Jerry in the Finance department was also great. Super easy, no hard sales pushes. Just a good experience overall. TY!

We absolutely enjoyed working with Victor Aceves at Toyota of El Cajon for my recent rav4 hybrid in beautiful cavalry blue. Victor came highly recommended by my brother and family who have purchased their last 5 cars from him. We love how reliable and trustworthy Victor and the team are in delivering quality service and a truly supportive sales experience. I was also pleased to meet with the manager Marwan and the finance manager Parviz. Overall the team was great and I highly recommend this group as you evaluate your next vehicle.

Kevin was our sales person, and he was great. He helped us find the right car at the right price and helped guide us through the entire process and made it simple. Whenever we have concerns, we were able to get answers to all questions throughout the process. Once we are ready for another toyota, we will make sure to come ask for Kevin.

I met with Christian Medina to check out a 21 tundra. He was super helpful and polite during the full transaction. Adam joined in while we were discussing price and was able to beat my bank s APR! Overall the toyota el cajon team was great in helping me get my first truck!

After several calls and visits to other dealerships, that let us walk out of the store, we decided to call Toyota of El Cajon!! BEST DECISION EVER!!! Ross took our call and sold us a car over the phone. We went there within the hour and he had the exact vehicle, in the exact color scheme, that we wanted! (We got lucky actually, but still). He was awesome from the 1st answered call, to the minute we drove out if the lot. He made us feel welcomed, like family right when he shook our hands. Professional, honest and kind. We were in and out so quick, the only thing we waited for was to talk to the finance team. I still can't believe how easy and painless this purchase was. We went back a few days later because we were deciding which bank we wanted to finance from, and in comes Mr. Danny Trickey! He is an aboslute blessing. He saw us without an appointment, unaware we were even coming in, and let us in with no hesitation. He worked with us on our finance plan and I couldn't be more thankful to have met him. Thank you so much for The Greatest car buying experience we have ever had! In the very near future we are getting another car and we are only going to come and see them for out car buying needs. Thank you again Toyota of El Cajon team!!

WE LOVE MICHAEL FARHAT! My wife and I came in to test drive some of vehicles we were thinking about purchasing with a trade in. Michael welcomed us in and immediately put us in the cars we wanted to see for a test drive. He was so kind and so generous. He got us top dollar for our trade and he also found us a brand new rav4 model that we didn t even know existed which fit perfect to our needs, wants, and our budget. Our time at El Cajon Toyota really was incredible. They are very lucky to have someone like Michael, a real genuine family man. May god bless him and his team. Thank you for taking care of us like we are family. I would give more than 5 stars if could!I recommend Michael for a promotion or bonus he has represented Toyota with outstanding customer service

About two to three years ago I was really upset because I had sat in the lounge area for over 3 hours with no word on my car. I complained to the manager (something I never do) and he apologized profusely. I don't know if this was the reason for the change in policy but now they keep you informed all the time. I love it. The service worker who helped me yesterday 04/05/24 was awesome. He was very pleasant and informative. Great customer service. Thank you.

They really helped me with my transactions very smoothly. Vincent always update me via texts and calls. Whenever I have concern, he always responds. Until a better truck came that day he updated me right away. That is why I got the best

Great experience all around! Just bought a new 2023 sienna here. They had the best local inventory and our salesman Cameron was very friendly, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. If buying a new Toyota in San Diego area this is the only place to go!

I am very glad I made the decision to buy a new car at Toyota of El Cajon. I was planning on going to another dealership but I changed my mind at the last minute. Shervin & Jerry were so attentive and answered all my questions. Adam worked hard to get me the best financing rate possible and kept me in the loop at every step. My son bought a car at the same time and Enzo took wonderful care of him! This is my first brand new Toyota and I absolutely love my Venza.

I'm reminded everyday I drive my car. I took my car there for a warranty issue with the transmission. After showing the shop Foreman the issue he declined there was an issue. (That's what it says on my paper work) they then had an FTS come out that witnessed the issue and they lied about what causes the issue and they voided my warranty. Never coming here again to purchase or for repairs. Very dishonest people, between Mr. Anderson and Carlos the shop Forman. This took from July to Sept of games to get my car taken care of. The stuff the tech said before I rode with the shop foreman should have been a hint as to how it goes. An older gentleman that clearly had no idea how to drive a standard. BTW double clutching when down shifting to slow down is what they are blaming.

Great Shopping experience thanks to Mo. I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw for sale online. Mo took my call and helped me get some questions answered over the phone. We set up a test drive appoint within 30 minutes time and he drove to one of their other lots where the vehicle was located and met me there. Long story short, everything worked out and I purchased the vehicle. It was a no nonsense process. We agreed on the price and there were no hidden costs. I financed through their finance department with no issues and was in and out of there from test drive to driving home in my new car in a couple of hours. Mo even went above and beyond and did a couple of extra things for me and my new truck. Thanks Mo.

My girlfriend went in for an oil change. They did an unnecessary tire rotation, cleared the maintenance light on the dash, and put a new oil change sticker on the windshield. However, they never changed the oil. The engine oil was dirty and it had the same oil filter. Now I have to rotate the tires myself and service the vehicle myself as well. They definitely lost our trust.

Thank you so much to Michael for making this the best dealership experience I ve ever had. Kind, thoughtful and respectful are the words that come to mind. We went to look at the used cars and he helped us very patiently, he wasn t pushy or over confident to sell us a car he knew we were eager but that didn t matter to them here, what mattered was that I was happy and felt confident I could make my car payments within my desired budget and we got the deal done happy with Eli s help from Toyota of Santee. Eli understood my concerns with a high car payment and didn t make me feel like he was being pushy at all, they were really good men that made me happy that I went there and happy to give them my business.

The staff at Toyota of El Cajon is pretty amazing. I've been there a few times and every person that I interact with has been incredibly friendly and kind. I've only had regularly scheduled maintenance work done, but it's always finished on time or early and they clearly take good care of the car.
