Easy set up for the appointment though text! Friendly service providers and good communication at the dealership. It was the first included scheduled maintenance for my lease and it was easy. My only issue is they forgot to top off my wiper fluid (which I mentioned right when I dropped it off) so the light is still on which is pretty annoying. Myself or my husband will top it off and take care of it ourselves. Hopefully the light goes out. Not a big deal except I sat in the dealership all morning and it would be nice if everything was handled as it supposed to be. Otherwise great experience and wonderful dealership!

Rob and the team at Mazda El Cajon are always so proactive and helpful. My check engine light came on randomly this week, and though it was running fine, I wanted to ensure it was nothing serious. Rob got me in sooner than initially scheduled, clearly outlined what he thought may be the issue and updated me regularly while waiting. The fix was fairly simple and under my warranty. He promised I'd be out in time to pick up my kiddo from daycare, and he delivered on that promise. I really appreciate Rob's excellent customer service and help every time I've been there.

Couldn t be happier with our experience at Team Mazda of El Cajon. As soon as my husband and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Tee a charismatic salesperson with a warm, fun, and welcoming demeanor. She was exceptional in giving us all of the specs on the car we had in mind, getting the car ready for a test drive, and ultimately walking us through the entire car-buying process.Now, if you ve never purchased a car before, the process takes hours. With that in mind, having a salesperson you can carry on a meaningful conversation with during this time, while also being able to answer all of your questions about the big purchase you re making, is paramount.Team Mazda was able to get us the loan that suited our needs (monthly payment/loan term) with no issue at all. They prepped and cleaned our new car so it was ready to be driven off of the lot, and helped us with our trade-in vehicle. Tee gave us her contact information in case we had any questions or concerns, hooked up my phone to the car, took some photos of us, and then we were on our way with our brand new car. What a great feeling that is! We are still on Cloud Nine.Speaking of trade-in s, here is where Tee and Team Mazda of El Cajon really went above and beyond. Our previous vehicle had a CD player in it. and while we cleaned out the rest of the car, I forgot to check if there was a CD still in the player. Sure enough, at 2am the night after leaving with our new car, I woke up remembering that we forgot to check the CD player. I sent a message to Tee right when they opened the next day, asking if anything could be done to check the car and she said she d take care of it. A few days later, we got a message that she had recovered my CD! I was so delighted that she remembered and pulled the strings to make that happen before our old car couldn t be accessed anymore. The CD left in the player was 20 years old! We can t explain how much that effort meant to us. Google only goes up to five stars, but we d give ten if we could.Big shout outs to Nick in sales, and Keith, their amazing Finance Manager also. They both were great at locking down a good rate for us, setting up our payment plan, and granting us some leeway to provide Team Mazda with our total down payment in a reasonable timeframe. Tip: Debit and credit cards have daily limits bring a checkbook or cashiers check!With Tee, Nick, and Keith onboard, Team Mazda of El Cajon has you in truly great hands. Thanks again!! We are so happy with our new car!!

Brandon, Tim, and Daniel were top notch with customer service, patience, and going out of their way helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle from there. Everyone on staff was very nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. I got the exact car I wanted and the manager took the time to sit and talk with me about the best deal we could come up with. They let me bring my two Labradors and everyone treated them with kindness and even dog sat while I went for a test drive. I would definitely go back to this dealership in the future. The staff all seem pretty happy being there. I appreciate everyone who assisted me!

Would give no stars if I could. My car was sold to me by Dylan. My experience started out enjoyable, I would no longer describe it that way. I ve been ghosted by these guys after they agreed to fill a window crack from the previous owner, at the time of purchase it was called out and they said it would be filled. I have reached out multiple times and was told they would get back to me and they haven t. I ve since reached out again and still nothing. I wouldn t come here again and would not recommend doing business with them. They will finesse you into buying a car (with much higher payments than you originally agreed you could afford) and then when you need something they disappear. Do better.

Vehicle came in for a rats nest inspection after purchase from Mazda El Cajon, when I received a video of my inspection the technician who recorded the video, never once showed, or addressed the rats nest, or that he inspected the wiring harness, I was not reassured at the rats nest had cause no damage to my brand new vehicle that I purchased two days prior from Mazda El Cajon. When I went to pick up the vehicle after inspection, my service writer, mike was only able to show that they had detail the engine bay, after I looked in the area of where the rats nest was I found bite and chew marks on wiring harness, mike then looked surprised and had to get 2 other managers to try and help with the situation, after talking with now 3 people they determined that I would be allowed to speak to the technician who would be working on my vehicle, so me and him could come up with a solution to my problem. Overall, my vehicle came in for a rats nest inspection. And the rats nest was not inspected until after I came to pick up the vehicle and noticed Mazda El Cajon didn t really do anything and then had to spend an additional two hours waiting for them to fix problem it had originally came in for

I completed a maintenance service for my 2021 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition today. I was working with Rob in the service department. I was delighted to have had him as my Service Advisor.I scheduled the appointment in advance and, with it, was in and out in no time. They even replaced the scratched wheelbase molding (caused by me a few months back) I purchased from them. Rob, his staff, and the service technicians were all extremely friendly, professional, and efficient.The price for all the work done today was lower than at other Mazda Dealers.Waiting for the work to be completed, I was comfortable in their lounge reading the newspaper, which I could not finish because they were so efficient in getting the job done.Overall, as always with this team, they provided an exceptional customer experience. I will be back for the next service/car needs.ALSO, I purchased another Mazda from this dealer last year, in 2023. It is always the same great experience, no matter the department. Back then, I worked with Ryan, a sales staff member. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, not making me feel pressured to purchase a car but him advising me along the buying journey to find the "right fit" vehicle. I highly recommend Ryan's (and also Rob's from the service team ) services to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about the people at this dealership. I have back issues and was looking for a car more comfortable than my Civic. Tee was very patient and professional and did a great job explaining the different features and answering my questions. I feel like the whole team went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the car I chose. Especially as a woman, it was nice to feel heard and respected at a dealership. They were all very friendly and I got the impression that they enjoyed their jobs. 10/10 would buy a car there again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the used car section of Mazda El Cajon, and I must say, my experience was quite positive overall. Samuel, the salesperson who assisted me, was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process. He guided me smoothly through the options and made sure to address all my concerns.When it came to negotiating the final price, I appreciated that they presented me with some good options, but I did notice a slight push to keep me in the dealership. However, after some discussion, I was able to secure the price I wanted without feeling pressured into a decision.Overall, I left the dealership satisfied with my purchase, knowing that I got a fair deal, and it seemed like they also met their sales quota. If you're in the market for a used car at Mazda El Cajon, I definitely recommend asking for Samuel he'll take care of you.

The repairs seem adequate; however, I was disappointed with the pricing as well as feeling that I had to bargain with my service advisor. I called on the phone first and selected this dealership due to their pricing. When I arrived the pricing was higher and I was going to be charged for services I didn t need since they were part of a package. Upon inspection, a host of other issues were noted. Some I approved to be addressed since my car was already there and it was time for the services; however the experience seemed more like what I would receive at an oil change shop. In the end, I had to bargain for a price that was more reasonable and the service rep said he would beat any pricing discounts from AAA or Costco. When I went to pay, he did not beat those discounts, so I had to bargain again just to meet their competitor s discount. Two days later, I took the car for additional service items at another shop and saved 40 percent. On the way to the dealer I was enjoying how my Mazda drove and I actually was looking at new models. On the way home, I drove by a dealership for a different brand. I would not recommend this service department.

Best service ever, Ryan was our car salesman very polite very nice very helpful who has not pushy at all finance. I forgot her name she really worked hard to get us a good deal I could not pass up very kind. There should be more like your salesman and your finance person. We were there very late and they never give up trying to get us a good deal I tried it I tried, and I wanted to give my Toyota up because I was not satisfied with it and she did a fantastic job. I don t know what else to say but those are the two employees I sure would make sure I kept actually everybody was really nice the one that did the contract. Also the one to help me and I m coming back Friday to do all the programming in the car we would ve done it last night, but it just got too late. Very helpful. I am very, very satisfied thank you very much for training your employees well and very respectful.

I have been going to Mazda El Cajon for years. Lulu has been great in helping get my car taken care of in a timely manner and at a cost that works for me. My car recently needed urgent repairs, was not safe to drive, and she was able to get my car serviced in 2 hours. I was really worried I wasn t going to have a car available to drive the next day but she made it happen. They are professional, convenient, quick, and reliable. I feel like I can trust the work that they do. Thanks for working with me!

I had to service my vehicle due to a check engine light for engine malfunction warning. I was able to have my car serviced the same morning without a prior appointment. Mike Auch at the service department gave me an initial diagnostics, I'd like to give two thumbs up for Mikes efficiency, knowledge, professionalism & a great service. I highly recommend El Cajon Mazda.

Mazda of El Cajon is amazing! Brandon helped us find our perfect car. He was patient, kind, listened and answered every question, and was personable. The rest of the team during the purchase process was also amazing. They walked us through every step, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we had a way to contact them if we have any more questions. We came to Mazda because we were in need of a car right away, and our first choice of autos has a month-long wait. After reading side-by-side reviews between the two vehicles, we decided to visit Mazda with the hopes of being persuaded to consider a different manufacturer this time. We started at Mazda of El Cajon because Alyssa was the first to respond to my inquiries. Not quite a week later, this appears to have been an excellent buying decision. Our entire experience was a pleasant one. Alyssa was lovely, answering nearly every question we had during our two visits in the same day, and not hesitating to engage other Mazda professions for anything she wasn't 100% confident about. Nick was wonderful, and we really felt that both Nick and Alyssa were working as our agents. Keith made the painful paperwork process as quick and seamless as possible. And now that we are home, Tim has reached out to schedule a time for us to work together to ensure we are getting the most out of all the features of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend including Mazda of El Cajon in your next auto buying experience.

Regular maintenance always done here. Never feel pushed to do things that aren t actually required, yet more honest about getting by a couple times if possible. Pricing is more than most mechanics but I prefer to have Mazda specific mechanics dealing with my car. If you can get a loaner too it s nice to try out the latest and greatest while being serviced. Rob is a great advisor!

Staff were great. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Rob was the best. He helped me out at the service desk. He clearly communicated to me what was going on with my car. I had an ongoing issue with my keyless entry that another dealership tried to fix but it reoccurred. El Cajon techs are very knowledgeable. They were able to fix my car and let me know the actual issue with my car. It took less than half day for the techs to check and rotate my tire and diagnose and fix my keyless entry. I also appreciate the courtesy car because I was able to drop off my car and go work and then pick up my car. I will definitely coming back here for service quality and convenience.

Will see may be a four . But it s funny the day I got asked to review is the day I notice my car is leaking oil only after having the oil change a few back. This is my wives car so I m glad I caught it now . So hopefully they make it right and fix whatever they didn t do correctly the first time. Otherwise no complaints great customer service.
