5 stars is not enough, great people! Top notch service. Very fast to get to us, no time wasted work was performed very quickly. From the first call to when they drove off, nothing but high quality service at a fair price for this day and age. Thank yall for minimal down time. Its nice to see someone care about my time. Best service ever. Highly recommend we need more quality shops like this.!!! Thank you thank you!

As the owner of England trucking I highly recommend San Diego Pacific Crest truck repair. I took my truck in for a clutch replacement, they delivered as always. I got home and had a small air leak. They sent a guy over within the half hour and took care of the problem. Another satisfied customer

Can t thank Cole, Tristan, Ricardo, and Larry enough. My 2003 International DT466E converted school bus had a small hiccup with the electrical system that stuck the transmission in limp mode (3rd gear). Cole worked with me and was super responsive. They did their best trouble shooting until Larry fumbled with a few wires near the starter and walla she was back on the road and running smooth yet again. After getting ripped off by other big rig mechanics these guys are honest and charge a fair price. They remind me of my grandfather s generation. Highly recommend them.

Cole saved me in an absolute pinch when I was stranded with a broken down truck. He changed my hub on the job site, and replaced both wheels in just under 2 hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a mobile mechanic!!

2/29/24 whole traveling east on i8 I had a Tee fitting break on coolant lines called for roadside and spoke with Tristan he was extremely helpful and upfront with me that they could fix my issue and get me back rolling even explained to me that his technician was out in another call but as soon as he got back he was on the way total time between original call and having me back rolling was about 2.5 hours couldn t be more thankful for there communication and professionalism

I never write reviews, however Pacific Crest Services bailed us out AGAIN over the weekend on short notice and got our truck back on the road to meet our commitment to our customer. Cole and Larry and the crew took care of us while we were broke down on the side of the road in short order and communicated with us the entire process. 5 star service for sure, Thanks again

Pacifc crest has always been reliable and giving us great service. Can't count the number of times they've been able to bail is out of issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend them and great customer service.

We ended up getting our coach started before the tech arrived (actually before he had started our way) but giving a review on their attentiveness and detail. Carolyn was extremely friendly, professional, and detail oriented when assessing our location and what had happened. This gave us confidence we were working with a well run company!

I was Referred to Pacific Crest by Kenworth In El Cajon.. They replaced a couple of Axle gaskets. They were quick to do the work and they are reasonably priced. Cole Dick was a true professional,He made sure They checked fluids after the Job was done. I will definitely take my truck back to them and highly recommend them.

Tool my truck in they said it was gonna be 2 weeks to fix it and for 3 every time i call they say next week they kept lying to me for 3 months then they just said they can t fix it!! Never going back never recommending anybody until they stop lying to people.
