My second time here, even better experience than the first. They serviced the transmission in my F-150, in and out quickly. Zero issues. When I asked about having axle bearings replaced, they recommended a shop instead of trying to attempt the repair themselves. Will absolutely go here again.

I had issues with my car stalling and decided to take it here. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that they presented options and did not try to push me to spend an exuberant amount of money. I strongly recommend this place. The professionalism and customer service is outstanding.

Ron is awesome. I'm happy with speed, honesty, and quality work. I even sent my dad there to get a work truck tuned up.

AAA recommended! Everyone I've encountered is very and I feel very comfortable about taking my car here. I've took my Lexus here a few times and my car runs better than when I brought it in. I'm very happy!

Busy shop, even with an appointment, it took an hour for front end alignment. Good, honest auto repair.

Not impressed with the appointment system that they apparently have or perhaps don t have. For having an appointment and showing up on time I still had 3 people ahead of me. Your better off doing your smog at a other location. Service had typically been ok in the past though. Will not be taking any of my vehicles back to this place.Service: Smog certification

Service advisor Ron was rude and indifferent when I went in to get my car smogged. He is disgruntled for working on Saturday s. I asked him if they are open every Saturday and his response was, unfortunately . Anyways my vehicle was not ready for smog since I had the battery disconnected and the readiness test were not complete. They still charged me full price for that. Asked if re-test was free or discount. Was told no. I called around to other smog shops. They all said they would check the readiness before doing the smog and not charging the customer. Others would at least give a discount on re-test visit. I do not recommend this shop as long as Ron is still working there.

Very happy with the smog experience. Quick, Personable service writer, clean open shop, mechanics look all business. I get a good feeling about this place.

Top notch shop. I just put new rims and tires on my car and rebuilt the front end on it so it needed an alignment badly. I arrived Saturday morning expecting a wait as I didn't make an appointment. Saturday seems to be the busiest day since most of us patrons are off of work. They initialized the alignment and found my right rear was way out of specifications. They ordered a shim kit for it and got it spot on! Steve and the technician did an excellent job in taking care of my cars' needs. I was wondering if I should've taken it elsewhere, but I think if I did, another shop wouldn't have taken the time to get the shim kit it needed and just get me out the door. My car now drives perfectly down the road with a smile on my fat face! If you need car work, this shop is honest and very professional. Make an appointment so you won't have to wait for hours. I've seen many customers come in for oil changes even though there's a quickie lube place located right in front of this shop....must be telling us something. Thank you Rancho Auto Service for the excellent experience!

I came here for the very first time and let me tell you that I was very impressed with the people, the process and the excellent service. They work very fast and for the first time I enjoyed the wait. They are very conveniently located in the small plaza at Jamacha Road next to the College and they have great prices. I recommend this place to Everyone!

I take my car here every oil change, they are fair, fast, friendly, and they follow up call you to make sure that you are satisfied with the service you got! They also top up all your fluids anytime, Everytime. Great waiting room, with huge t.v. Plus refreshments offered, it's a/c. And the people are all so friendly! I will always come to these guys. Just all around top notch service! Thanks

Our battery kept dying on us so we drove into Rancho Auto Service for a check-up. We did not have an appointment but they took us right away. They did a diagnostic of the battery and alternator, determined that the battery was dead but the alternator was fine. Within 45 minutes we had a new battery. Service was friendly, quick and excellent!

I've been to Rancho Auto Service two times now and I'm so impressed with the service. The Manager went out of his way to explain what I needed. Both times I waited while they changed my oil and did a smog check and they were fast I didn't have to spend my afternoon waiting. Thank you for your great service!

I went in to have a Star Smog check after upgrading the car's ECU (computer). It failed due to some sensors not yet resetting. Jeremy told me how to drive it for about 10 miles to allow them to cycle to normal. It worked, and he did not charge for the retest. I am so glad I tried them. My first time there, and I am very happy with honest, helpful service.

I dropped in here one day to have them help me with my check engine light. I'll tell you what, Bryan was the best of the best. He was happy to run over to my truck, pull the code, and told me how I could go about fixing it myself on the cheap. He was super cool the entire time; not a Mr know it all or anything. Just a super nice dude. Next time I need to actually get something done, I'm going to rancho auto because of this experience. Says alot about how these guys operate.

Went to another shop that couldn t identify a rumbling sound in my wife s Nissan rouge. Brought it to rancho Auto service. They identified the issue the same day, and had us back on the road with new bearings and no rumble the next day. I ll be coming back here for future car problems.

Jeremy and Rancho Auto Service is the best and honest repair shop in East County. They don t try to up sell and they are very reasonable in their labor rates. Just got my vehicle smog checked...20minutes in and out and $38.00 for check and certificate.

I brought my car in for a smog ck.Jeremy was friendly, and professional.I had an appt and was taken immediately.The ck was done quickly.RAS honored the online coupon I forgot to bring with me. 100% satisfied.

These guys are always great and honest. They kept me in the loop of what was wrong with my car. They even gave me the options of what to spend. And if your a AAA member I got a discount as well. My go to guys here in east county.

I go to Rancho Auto Service to have my car smogged and I won't ever go anywhere else. Jeremy is a very friendly, helpful guy. I recommend this place to anyone I ever come across that needs maintenance or any other sort of auto service.

Falsely advertised as a Napa Auto Care. They are not AAA approved. Had that in the window as well. I'm contacting the BBB to verify any other information I can. Guy quoted me all kinds of stuff wrong with my car that's not wrong with it. When I asked for him to quote out the parts that I wanted replaced he wouldn't do it because he wasn't making all that money. Try telling me that it was a safety issue. However there were things that were safety issues that were overlooked right in front of his face. Did not know down that my abs was not working properly or even that the ABS light was out not indicating the failure.Find a real Napa Auto Care or quality person.

Great customer service, fast service. It would've been nice had they shared there was a coupon available on their website for a smog, but I wont hold it against them. I should've checked myself. I would recommend them!

Yesterday on a bad rainy day with 2 children home sick my battery dies at the school drop off I came in and they replaced it so quick for me.A good deed on a bad day goes along way with someone Thank you so much!!Will always bring my car here & recommend to everyone.You guys are great.

My first visit to this shop was years ago, and the owner (not Bryan) was not ethical, and tried to rip us off. We have NEVER been back. Flash forward to yesterday, when my mom went in to get a warranty repair on her brakes. She ended up paying $300 dollars for rotors, because they claimed the warranty wasn't valid and wouldn't be honored. I wish she would have talked to me first, I would have told her NOT to go there. Again, not ethical. No stars (had to put one star or I couldn't post), and I am contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair. :(

Super friendly relaxing place to get your oil changed. Staff is friendly and customer seating area is roomy and comfortable. Wifi+Usually don't trust car repair but feel I'm getting an honest service at adequate prices. If you're in the El Cajon area your a few miles away from quality service. Also there's a Starbucks next door which couldn't be more convenient if you need a quick bite.P.s. Just noticed cell phone charging station and computer w/ internet. Both open to customers.

The man at the service & appointment desk was very knowledgeable. We were on time for our appointment and the technician completed the test within 20 minutes. We appreciate the great service and excellent customer care!
