Needed alignment work done and called this business. The person I spoke with (John) was very professional and polite. He had availability the same day. I opted for the following day, and was assisted by Frank. He had my appointment information along with a correct price quote.The job started on time, and was completed within an hour, with no additional charge or work needed on my vehicles.I was impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of all the staff.

My alignment needed to be fixed due to a minor incident with my Jeep. I called after 5pm and they answered the phone. I was really worried about my car and how quickly I could get it fixed. They were so nice and helpful. They explained the whole process and had my car fixed in one day! It was the best experience I have had with a mechanic. They use a texting system to text you when they need to get in touch with you. I had a busy day at work and was able to call them at my convenience. Overall great experience. I went to this shop to get my wheel alignment done and I can say that as my first time visiting this shop, I walked in and John at the counter greeted me with a smile. We confirmed my appt and he went straight to work. The job was done in less than an hour. And he also gave me a little insight on what else needs to be fixed/replace. I made a second appt to change out my brakes. Great customer service by far from any shop I ve visited in the past. Thank you John for your knowledge and professionalism.

I have known John almost my entire life as both I and my father have been taken our cars to his shop for the last 30 year's plus. He has always been professional, trustworthy, and kind. I always recommended him to my friends and colleagues because he is straight forward with what needs to be fixed and what can wait for a later date while providing you with options. Went in when when they opened around 8am to get a break leak fixed. Showed John were the leaks where the leaks were coming from from. Left the car with John & as I was leaving I told John I brought my own brake oil and a brake line coupler/union will I fix leak just in case they needed to switch it out. He responded OK have a great day. I didn't receive a call back that day saying my car was fixed; I had called the next day 30 minutes prior to them closing. John then informs me that they fixed all the leaks & pressurize the system but yet that union that I brought to him was not switched out and that is the only leak left in the system. When John initially called me he asked me what I wanted to do and then stated to him that it should only be leaking from a few places. We went back-and-forth & ultimately told him to do what he would do if it was his car. Yet I still had a leak because of the brake line coupler/union they didn't switch out. His response was we didn't agree on that and you didn't pay me to do that after I told him what to do. If that doesn't keep you away from this place he also stated that I had leaks everywhere in my brake system & recommended that I have more work done when I personally know where the leaks where coming from in the first place. His rates are outrageous to begin with. John statet that I couldn't speak with the technician or give me his name that worked on my vehicle either. I really have to say this place is truly honest. No hidden agenda like most places. They will tell you how it is what is needed. I went in for my brakes because I went to several places to have this same issue fixed and it was not fixed. This was my last hope in service providers and let me tell you they brought my faith back in mechanic shops I may not live close by but I will be going back to get service done again. They get A + in mechanic services.

Outstanding service. I have been going here for over ten years, first suggested to me by a friend with the same kind of car I had because she had been using this place for years. Since then, I've changed cars, but still have all my work done here. Several family members and friends now use Pro-A-Line too. I get thanked all the time for referring people here after they get great service. It seems like you can get just about anything your car needs fixed here.
