I was recently sideswiped on the freeway by a hit and run driver and what started out as a horrible incident was quickly made better by the folks at Pacific Collision Center.I entrusted them to the work on my 2017 Ram 2500 and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, Javier treated me like family. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in providing top-notch service.The quality of workmanship displayed by Pacific Collision Center is unparalleled. Not only did they address the visible damage to my vehicle with precision and expertise, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of.During the entire process, Javier kept me informed and involved, providing regular updates on the status of my vehicle. Pacific Collisions transparency and communication were greatly appreciated and helped alleviate any concerns I had.Furthermore, the turnaround time for the repairs was quick and they were able to get Mr Bach on the road without compromising the quality of work.Overall, I cannot recommend Pacific Collision Center highly enough. A+ ServiceI appreciated the transparency provided to me from the initial consultation when I was told the part my car required was on back order from the manufacturer. As soon as the part came in, Pacific Collision Center reached out to me to let me know it had arrived. I am grateful for this follow-through.The day of the repair I was planning on dropping off car, taking an Uber home, and returning to get it later. Once I arrived I was told they were expecting me and could have me out in less than an hour. Thirty minutes later the repair was done and I was on my way.The repair came out seamless.Pacific Collision Center s attention to detail, service, and honesty is unparalleled and a rare find in todays marketplace.I would highly recommend them

I m a returning customer and feels great that they still have the great customer service and the work they do is speechless no matter how bad the damage was they leave the car like nothing happened to . David Luquin Communication was great from the beginning giving me a specific finish date. Calling to give me updates on the car. Their turnaround time was great, I got my car a few days earlier from the promised date. If you re looking for a great quality collision shop this is the place. I was t-boned in a car accident and wanted my car to be done right the first time. For me, actions speak louder than words. David reviewed my insurance estimate and quickly identified a used door as a replacement part. Instead, he requested for a new door. My car was promised on time and I was shocked at how well the repair came out. The pictures show no justice of how superb the repair was. I am a perfectionist and I could not find any fault with the repair. I made the right decision having my car repaired at Pacific Collison Center. From the staff, service, and repair, everything was top notch. They even washed my car and detailed the interior. So I was at Home Depot buying materials for a job I was going to start the next day , and went in the store I came out and noticed my truck was damaged. Since I have Allstate there app allowed me to take pictures and give info on the accident , so they can start there estimate right away. I browsed around for autobody shops and came across pacific collision and noticed they have great reviews. So I made the trip from national city to El Cajon and was the best decision I made. I called to set up a day to bring in my truck, German answered my call and told me I can bring it in the next day. Which was great that they accepted my truck in quick. When I drop off my truck it was near the entrance but before leaving after signing paperwork I noticed they moved up my truck which was a good sign in starting the process . I got to meet David and Arturo which they had a smile and made you feel welcomed. They also have Courtesy shuttle to take you back home. Process was great and there timeline they promise is great, I got my truck back few days before my time promised. The bodywork and paint job is a A+ for me as you see in the pictures. They also give a carwash and detail which makes it ready to drive anywhere. I recommend for anyone looking for a good professional body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you need any car repairs, I couldn t recommend Pacific Collision any more. Javier and the entire team was beyond wonderful to work with. Early this year something hit my car on the freeway leaving my hood with a large dent and it rusted within a few days. I took my 2013 Honda Accord in for repairs and the work done exceeded my expectations. Overall service was outstanding and it only took a few days. I highly recommend pacific collisions to anyone. Javier at Pacific Collision is the best. He really knows this industry! He always kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle and the costs. When the damage exceeded the insurance estimate, one of the owners, Art Magdaleno, explained exactly where the additional damage was located prior to having Javier contact the insurance company.I can t say express how wonderful the staff and quality of workmanship is at Pacific Collision!Service: Body & Trim

I had the best experience with Pacific Collision Center! I met with Art and Ed who were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the industry they are in. Not only are they passionate but they are perfectionist and it shows in the work they complete. I brought my 2016 Honda Accord in and the quality of work was better than I could have ever imagined. It looks like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. They immediately started the process for me and contacted my insurance company. They, not only fixed my car but made the entire experience as easy as possible for me. I was very fortunate to find this shop and would highly recommend them to everyone. They came recommended by the local Ford dealer. David worked with us to order the parts that the insurance company had estimated we needed BEFORE they started working. This let us drive the truck for a month while other shops would have had the vehicle sit on their lot while the 'supply chain' did its thing.As expected, we needed a few more parts once they took it apart. David was very communicative and even ordered the parts prior to insurance approval so that they would come a few days earlier.I won't hesitate to recommend Pacific Collision Center to anyone in the future and will return if we need collision repair again.

Took my Lexus F Sport in for repair last week. German was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how long it was going to take. He beat Lexus dealer price and other quotes I had. The finished product was above and beyond what Lexus or others could have done. Extremely happy with work done. I totally recommend this shop for all your needs. Shop was clean and employees were friendly. I ve had to deal with the stress of being the middle man with my insurance company at other body shops. This was not the case here. As soon as the car was in their hands, all the stress was gone. They handled everything from start to finish with almost no involvement needed from me. The fast and friendly service and constant progress updates really made this place stand out.Other than initially getting in a car accident, this was one of the most painless experiences ever. I had the best experience with Pacific Collision Center in El Cajon! They were very professional, timely and friendly. I came in for an accident repair for my bumper and trunk. There was a fair amount of work to be done, but David was awesome! He kept me updated on the work and repairs and completely handled dealing with the insurance company. I was referred to David at Pacific Collison for bumper painting repair by my Ford Dealership. The entire experience from first contact with David to car delivery was exceptional. The bumper repair quality was excellent as they matched the rest of the vehicles paint color and gloss perfectly, difficult given the color code. I went for an estimate for some damage to my Infiniti QX80. Price was great to fix it. Took it in for repairs and got it back in timely manner as promised. The work repair looks amazing. I highly recommend Pacific Collision Center to anyone who needs to repair damage to there car if they want it professionally done. All staff are kind and friendly, top of the line equipment.

Had my tailgate replaced with a new one and it was completely painted with new emblems put one in one day couldn t be happier with the quick work that David and his crew did new tailgate looks great thank you

Excellent customer service. Workmanship was A+. Provided a fast and accurate estimate. The work was completed faster than expected. So, I was having a day where strange things kept happening. The finale was that my cell phone slid into a small opening at the back of the console in my Expedition and fell into the abyss behind the dash. I called Pacific Collision Center in El Cajon late afternoon on a Friday, and with an upbeat response David said "Come on down, we will look at it right away" I got there at 4:15pm and Arthur met me as I parked my car saying "phone behind the dash, let me look at it" I hadn't even walked into the office yet and they were helping me!Then he moved my car into the bay and he and another man started looking at how they could retrieve my phone. We called my phone so they could hear where it was hiding, and then 25 minutes later Arthur walks into the waiting area, smiling and holding my cell phone! These guys are my heroes now, right?In 30 minutes I am back on the road with my cell phone, now being stored in a more secure location. And to top it all off...you ready folks? They wouldn't allow me to pay for their time. Yep NO CHARGE!These folks were only concerned that my day got better than it had been. (Of course they probably chuckled a bit too....I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence that some one loses their cell phone behind the dashboard)I know where I will take any car I have for repairs in the future!! These guys were GREAT!
