My wife and I just bought a sprinter van through Mercedes Benz of El Cajon and these guys were the best through every department. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. Enrique made it a fun and easy experience, and had so much knowledge about the vans and what would best suite us! Mikey helped also make sure we got the best deal possible. Big thanks to the whole team my family and I are so stoked!

Our experience could not have been any better! Our sales consultant Zaid helped us manage every part of the process. From ensuring our new car met our needs to, getting us a great price for trade in, to personally working on getting us a great price and easy financing process. We never felt pressured and left the dealership with the most awesome G Wagon! Thank you Zaid and the rest of the team for making this so easy and fun!

So incredibly impressed with my entire purchase experience here. Went in just browsing, and they worked out a deal on my dream car. My sales person Daniel P was amazing, and so attentive to everything. They really worked with me very well and not once did I get any shady car dealer vibes from anyone there. I felt everyone was very honest and straight forward and really cared about my family and our purchase. So happy to be in my dream luxury SUV and will refer others here.

My only dealership to take my car for service. Great team, excellent customer service and of course quality work. I never had any issues with my services. All team members are professional and highly experienced. My service advisors are Brandon and Bryan always comfortable with their advices. Also, a big thank you to a great technicians behind scene and a team responsible for loaner cars. Overall, we are lucky to have them in the city.

Took my Mercedes s500 there for service and Joshua made it quick and easy. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and called me right when my vehicle was completed with a full update. Definitely recommend this service department and Josh was great!

Amazing dealership, even better staff. Ask for Jorge on the sales floor if you re looking for a stellar associate who approaches each customer genuinely, open to questions and explaining the many nuances/differences between Mercedes vehicles and options. Jorge assisted us during our lengthy G model search and was always respectful and didn t pressure us whatsoever. The dealership is clean, organized and accessible, awesome service department as well. Check them out!

I had a horrible experience at the dealership, left me feeling frustrated, misled and disrespected. The sales manager, Lisa, sold a car that was promised to me to another customer, for a higher profit. This action not only cost me my dream car but also demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism in their dealings. The process was frustrating and lacked clear communication, leaving me disillusioned with their business practices.Reply: I called 9:00am sharp on the day the car was posted, I wanted to put down deposit and sign a contract but no one reached out to me after I made the request. The car was sold after that. No excuses please.

Special thanks to Lisa Timanus & Jaime San @ Mercedes Benz of El Cajon for making the purchase simple and easy. Also loved their professionalism and superior customer services. There was a minor issue within the Ev charger so I couldn t get my car on the spot, they send me off with a loaner and my car was shipped to me. I was disappointed that the EV charger didn t come with the car. Besides that they ve done everything they can to accommodate me.Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We recently moved to the East County and concerned about changing dealers to service our 7 year old Sprinter RV. Service manager Josh was terrific and process was smooth and done well and best of all...no upcharges. Will definitely return for next servicing.

Today I came in for a brake service. Once you come in to the dealer the greet you promptly and help you right away. If you come early in the morning, they have snacks from a Company call crumbs made in a home kitchen, a great selection of coffees while you wait, they offer service to take you to a place nearby to have any errands or lunch while the car is being serviced from the receptionist to the general manager Dan and they are there to help you and Customer Service is the top priority. So if you want to buy a car or a fleet. Like any other place they are peak times, you can see the employees working as fast as they can. Today Brian from service was helping me and when my sprinter was ready, he was in his lunch break. Anthony help me right away. Also in the gift shop, Luis help me with some questions that I had because I was looking for a particular item.
