I saw several positive recommendations for Mark's Auto Glass and they did not disappoint. I made a quick call in the morning and they came to my house that afternoon to replace my windshield. They were competitively priced, less than my insurance deductible would have been. They were personable and efficient and didn't mind my inquisitive 3-year-old asking questions while they worked. It took them about 45 minutes from start to finish. Would recommend them every time.

We had two seperate shattered windshields in the same week. Mark came out immediately and did a wonderful job. So thankful for his quick response on the phone and the quick scheduling and the beautiful job! Don't look anywhere else!!!

This is my second time using Mark's Auto Glass and again, they did not disappoint. I was referred to them by a friend and in turn have given out their info for anyone who needs service. They came to my work and did a perfect job on my 23' Tacoma TRD Pro which had a chip in the drivers side that spread rapidly overnight due to the cold temps. Professional, super courteous and friendly, and busted out the job in less than an hour to perfection. Nicely done and will recommend / use again!

My Ford Transit van has a sizeable windshield and seems to be a magnet for every piece of hard debris thrown up from the road. My GF's PT Cruiser has some windshield issues also. I called Mark's Auto Glass, spoke with April, got a competitive quote right there on the phone, and set an appointment for them to come out and do both windshields. Long story short, skipping some chronology, the PT developed serious engine trouble so it's getting scrapped instead of getting a new windshield. However, when Josh and April showed up and did the Transit van they were very professional and friendly (and they have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau). Josh knew his job and did it well. My aftermarket stereo had a microphone for the phone function mounted on the front edge of the headliner, less than an inch from the windshield, and he never even touched it. That speaks of precision. And with all the heavy rains recently, not a trace of a leak. If I ever need another windshield replaced, Mark's Auto Glass is in my contacts.

Quality of service was excellent. The repair was done quickly and with no issues. It was especially easy working with April to make an appointment despite both having scheduling constraints. Price for service and materials were also very competitive. Highly recommend.

I needed a new windshield for my Toyota pick andMark and his entire crew were really friendly and professional. They're also very efficient and very experienced in their field. Alex is a great guy and his attention to detail is very noticeable! I had a crack on my windshield that just happened on the I-8 freeway and these guys fixed it up really quick before it could spread. They saved me time and money and they did a really good job. Two thumbs up!!!

We replaced our 2017 Tacoma windshield. The glass quality and job were perfect and the cost was very reasonable. Always like to support small local family business! Recommended to me by BumperDoc in Santee. Happy to support this local business! Danielle was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. She checked on a quote quickly for me and promptly returned with a call to me. She was able to order my windshield and make me an appointment for the next day. I was the first appointment of the day and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with a new windshield. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. A nice waiting area with a comfortable couch and coffee made for a nice bonus too. Highly recommend!

This place was exceptional and very accommodating! My friend and I were visiting San Diego for the weekend of comic con. We unfortunately had somebody break into our rental car and had a broken window. Our car rental place directed us here to get it fixed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted very warmly by April. She made sure we were comfortable. We had a wheelchair accessible van, so they told us that they were having difficulties getting around the ramp. However, they did not give up and kept working on it and were able to fix our window! They went above and beyond to make sure our window was repaired before our flight back home! They were experienced with accessibility and wheelchairs! I wish we could give it more than 5 stars. Best customer service! Highly recommend!

Had my windshield replaced, it took just about an hour. Great service, April was friendly and professional! They will replace at your location if you need that. Price was good, much better than some high-visibility competitors. I recommend Mark's if you need replacement glass.

I was going to surprise my father-in-law for Father's Day by fixing his windshield, as he was adamant it could last like that for another couple years. I didn't want him driving around like that. I called and explained my situation to April and she was happy to help. She quoted me a great price and I called back a few weeks later. She remembered me. While on the phone with April she realized she may have misquoted me by not adding in some fee. After apologizing she let me know they would be absorbing the cost of the fee since it wasn't part of the original quote. I greatly appreciated that gesture. The team was out at the house the next day, about 30 mins late but gave a phone call to let me know they were running late. No big deal on my end. I had put aside 2 hours for the whole thing. Once the gentlemen arrived, the new windshield only took 45 mins to install. Wonderful experience and will be using them again for my glass repair needs.

Very quick and affordable. They use quality replacement glass and with the new seal, there are no leaks. I would have givin a 5 star but someone went snooping through my center console and that is just unacceptable. Nothing was taken but still noteworthy.

Mark and the staff are great. They replaced a defective door glass in my new F150. I was in and out in less than an hour. They treated the truck with care which I really was grateful for. Thanks, now I know where to go for all my auto glass needs.

Awesome place they went above and beyond to help me with my truck they installed a rear window the heating coil went bad and they replaced the window and they did all kinds of research with an electrician to find out what was wrong I will send all my friends there they are off of magnolia in El cajon the people that work there are very nice and very helpful I'll keep sending my friends there
