I bought 2 used tires, I've been going there for years. In less than 2 weeks I'm going back to get 4 new tires. These guys are busy but really helpful. Great prices.The used tires I bought I will give them back and the money I paid will be taken off the price of the new tires. Great deal.

Horrible service!!!! Placed an order for one rim and tire and was told that it would arrive in 3 to 4 days. They never reached back out to me. After riding for 2 weeks on a donut, I decided to give them a call back to see why it was taking so long. Tony, the manager, said he would give me a call back once he got to the office to look into the matter for me. He never called me back. After calling him again multiple times, he finally picked up and said unfortunately they can t get the tire for me. He had no excuse and pretty much just said it is what it is . He then tried to upsale me to buy a complete set of four new tires smh. Horrible business practices and horrible service. Don t give this place any of your money.

Great service have some issues with the TPMS sensors hooked me up and reconfigure the sensors, Tony is a humble after a battle of wits we came to the conclusion to humble ourselves and be better MEN, speaks highly of him, will return as a customer, he even gave me no cost to the sensors and additional work (sensors paid by the dealer) LOL, regardless Tony is a good man and patience and professional, Thank you

DO NOT GO HERE. I called at 7pm to see if they would patch my tire. They said they will do it as long as I am there before they close at 8pm. I got there at 7:10pm and every single one of the workers were outside drinking and having a sex party. They would not fix my tire. I told them we called and spoke with the manager who told us they would do it before closing. They lied, said we never called, and that they closed at 7pm. We had to leave with a flat tire.

My husband and I LOVE JTW. The staff is so knowledgeable! Great prices. We got wheels and tires for my Compass. And wheels, tires and a lift for our Liberty. We will ONLY go to JTW for all our wheel and suspension needs. We're going in for our brakes for the Compass. No thought about it!!! Thanks JTW!!!

Came here like 5 min before closing and they helped me replace my tire SO FAST! I don t think I was there no more than 5 minutes. Thank you! Thank you! Don t listen to any of those bad reviewers. Them people just had an off day. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

Going here feels like I stole something because their prices on new tires. I have a 2015 Toyota Tundra with 35x12.50r20lt tires and the final price for my needs was 950 out the door. Isn't that AMAZING!

This DISHONEST tire shop charged me $80 for tire pressure sensors, which my 1997 vehicle does not have. Even if it did, there is no reason why they would have to replace them or even program them. One could assume they add this charge to everyone's bill in order to steal from their own customers. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to support thieves and liars.

I have bought six sets of rims off of these hardworking gentleman they were all very high-quality day they were just awesome I can't say enough about these people I would recommend them to everybody on the planet

When I called for a quote, a rep answered and asked for my vehicle s tire size. When I gave him the size, he responded hold on sir, call me back. I wasn t sure why, so I proceeded to call back and call, and call ,and call. At least 8 times with no answer. AND I am a returning customer.1 star because they did an OKAY job the first time they replaced My tires. Even though the alignment was way off!Very weird customer service, to say the least.

Do not go to this place. They jacked up my car in the wrong spot and caused damage to it. Visible damage. Also put a set of rims on my car that were drilled out for spacers and some sort of offset. Had some other mechanics working on my car afterwards. Like the next day. They were like these rims were drilled out on your car. So I went back. He looked at them, replaced them all, however said there was not an issue with them. If there was not an issue with them they would not have had to be replaced. Wasted so much of my time, back and forth. Not transparent, straight liars. They will put used stuff on your car and hope you never find out.

Poor customer service. Asks me to pull my car up and the guy just walks off leaving me standing there for nearly 10 mins. Tells me my tires are dry rotted and that I'm going to kill myself, and tries to sell me 4 new tires. I then hear him say the exact same thing to the customer behind me. Never going here again. This place is shady.

I have purchased Atleast 5 sets of Rims and tires from this place and every time is better than the previous time. Customer service may not be the best as everyone reports but the overall service is excellent. You re in and out in no time. And the prices are reasonable. Rims and tires are all new and legit. Absolutely ZERO complaints.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly and fast. They had 4 new trailer tires mounted and ready to go for me in less than 15 minutes. Their prices are super good too.

Thankful for this shop that took my car in last minute and swapped out my tires. They even came in on their Sunday off to give me my car. So grateful!

Great place for tires and wheels! Wholesale prices to the public, they will beat anybody's price hands-down. Great service, even when they're busy they are working fast and efficiently. It was raining almost the whole time today when they installed my tires and they didn't even skip a beat. They have definitely earned my business and my recommendation!

Worst experience!!!!!! I went here 12/08/17. I needed 2 new tires. I called around & the prices were around what I expected $120-130 ea. I have 24" tires, so they are pricey. I called this place & they were a $100 a piece I'm thinking... Yes found a cool deal.Strike 1: said they were in stock but they weren't. My car was sitting on Jack's kz they took my tires off already without telling me they didn't have the tires.Strike 2: I waited for over an hour then seen a truck pull up with my tiresStrike 3: he takes me inside to write me a receipt and says my total is $260 with taxes and labor included.I've bought tires for my car several times before. If it's taxes... You say $100 + tax. If it's labor as well you say $100 ea + tax & labor. I feel this was BAD customer service. I was robbed without them holding a gun in my face is how I felt. I was livid!!!!

Wasn t too happy with this place. They were very friendly in the beginning but wasn t constant. Horrible communication, and claimed to fixed by fair but had issues again a day after it back and now says no refunds. Don t recommend it here

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They have the worst service ever. I tried to buy some rims and tires and they said to be back in a hour, so I came back in a hour and then he said 5 more min. And it turns out they didn't even have my tires/ or rims in stock AFTER I PAID FOR IT. Then they said they will be here Tuesday. And they didn't even order anything. The manager Tony stated "he doesn't need my money" after I said to refund my order. They are low life's and will swindle you out of your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. No idea how it's still open. It's a very trashy environment too.

Yea, they ll likely not reinstall your valve stem caps or get you out in 20 minutes or less but I challenge you to find new tires at a lower price. I put four new tires on my 2011 VW CC for $240, including tax and installation. The last set I bought here last 50k miles and I m sure these will too.

Great customer service! I went in today for new tires and rims for my Jeep. The lady that helped me with pricing was pleasant. The guys in the shop were nice and worked quickly. I will definitely return to JTW tires in El Cajon for future tire needs.

Bad service. I get much better deal at Walmart and Discount tires. and for sure good customer service. For a fact if I ever have an issue with my tires I don't hesitate taking it back. But JTW. YOU GET attitude, and if you are lucky hopefully the maneger won't hang up on you.

I ended up trading some rims and tires 4 tires for my 1995 Silverado pickup. I traded chrome rims that were 22s and I was only discounted a couple hundred dollars before it even though the original price for the rims and tires were over a thousand but there are quite old. I felt a little Bamboozled but all in all it wasn't that bad bring your negotiating skills if you ever go up there because they are hustlers

I gave 1 star because the customer service was horrible and unprofessional . I called to see how much it would cost$ to get my tires done and when I arrived at joes tires El Cajon location the guy gave me a different price With a cocky attitude. They should have prices posted for the services that they offer Otherwise they can just charge whatever they want. Ps The guy that was helping me was short ,dark and had a grungy beard , older maybe in his late 40's
