I have to say that be on your toes with this place. I've heard about it happening but never experienced it myself. Came here last year for an oil change. I was there maybe a total of ten minutes. While I was waiting there was verbal inventory going on discussing what they were out of. While I was paying I made a comment about how did they do it that fast and jokingly asked if they replaced the oil in my car.... The joke was on me. I got home and told my husband that it seemed a little too fast.There were no other customers. They weren't being rushed. No reason for them to rush. But I asked my husband to check the oil and it was empty. They drained my oil and added nothing back in. Just saying beware and check your oil folks after you are serviced. Criminal! I did send an email to complain but never heard back. I got busy and chalked it up to trust my instincts once again. Live and learn.

I brought my 1997 Ford Expedition into Jiffy Lube for a routine high mileage oil change. The technician indicated that the previous technician from another service company over tightened the oil filter canister and overtightened the main oil plug. Luckily, Jiffy Lube s technicians were able to rectify the issue and complete the full oil change service. The Manager, Bill, informed me of the situation and assured me that they would try their best to provide me with superior service. One of the technicians, Caleb, explained the service that was completed and gave me some recommendations for the upkeep of vehicles with higher mileage. I appreciated the tips and recommendations and with a smile, I told the guys that I would see them soon with when wife s car is in need of vehicle service's.

I have been getting my oil changes from JL for 2 years now, the service is always good and the team at the Magnolia Shop in El Cajon CA are great.I would like to be asked if I want a lights inspection vs. they are going to perform one. I understand that most people don't have a clue about their vehicles and you are looking for additional sales, I get that.I think asking the customer (would you like us to look at---) is the better choice.

The service is fast but the price will give you a heart attack. They wanted to charge me $210.00 for a synthetic oil change and to top off transmission fluid. Jiffy lube you are tripping.

I will say that the manager maybe owner (I m assuming ).Bill was helpful and didn t hesitate to share knowledge. He answered all of my questions and took his time even though I came in right before closing. When driving out of the bay I ran over something and it ended up being a huge bolt. When I went back the next day to show him, and ask about a solution he didn t try and deny or tell me it was my fault. (that would be the typical customer service now days. ) instead he referred me to a shop that is a personal favorite of his own he uses. I was given a great deal on 2 front tires since I needed to replace them anyways. I just wasn t in the position at the time. So it worked out great for me perfectly and I m great full for the referral.Shout out to Bill for being super

Bill and Dominic were so kind. They went the extra mile to make my car safe to drive for my son and I. I'm a single mom and their help was needed. The deals and duscounts helped so much, especially with inflation. They still stretched out their knowledge to keep my pocket book full , plus drive the town safely. Thanks Again Bill and Dominic

On Wednesday, I visited Jiffy Lube Service Center #3004 on Magnolia Avenue for a routine oil change. Over the years, we have brought 4 of our 6 current vehicles to be serviced in this location. I arrived at 4:42 and waited for the attendant (Uriah, general manager) to stop sweeping and acknowledge my vehicle. He looked up, went back to sweeping, shouted something over his shoulder and then looked again. Another attendant ascended the stairs and exchanged words with Uriah before Uriah put down the broom to approach my car. He proceeded to explain that "the 'service' center accepted [their] last car today at 3pm because [they were] doing cleaning." I countered that everything looked open. The banners show all three bays open with banners reading: "15-MINUTE OIL CHANGES", "NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY", and "QUALITY SERVICE DONE RIGHT" (Can't help but wonder if the ASE Certified people would be pleased to have their logo on that one). Uriah assured me that he was the general manager, and therefore the authority for this decision rested with him. When I complained that there was no sign indicating the center s temporary closure, he said that he would be happy to provide me with his district manager's contact information - making a point of letting me know that this practice was condoned at a higher level. Following 3 minutes of being ignored and subsequent discussion, I left. Good for Jiffy Lube to have so much business that they can afford to lose some, and that their GM's (a different one every time we visit a Jiffy Lube) have the autonomy to make those judgment calls. We won't be back to a Jiffy Lube with any of our vehicles, and except for anyone else that was turned away between 3pm and 6pm on cleaning days, it probably won't make much difference for now...

I recently took my car in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Johnny and the team. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing in a clear and concise way, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an oil change or other automotive services especially Johnny and his team! He s doing a great job as a manager leading, directing, and providing exceptional service.

I had a great experience at this location this week. Jacob and the team exceeded my customer service standards. You just don t get service like this anymore! He was friendly, listened, answered my questions, recommended the right type of oil for my high mileage car and did it all with a smile! While is was a little pricey, you get what you pay for here: prompt, friendly, and professional service! I will be back.

I asked them to fill up air in my tire which they did but they did not put the cap back on the tire. I called the next day to report it and come by to get it back but they told me they do not have any caps and I need to go to a car parts store to replace it. I can t thank the service advisor enough at this location she showed me all my recommendations that was needed for my car. She went above and beyond to clean my windows and vacuum my car. Today I visited this location and had a great experience. I didn t feel like I was talked into getting extra stuff that I didn t need. Johnny was helping me & showed me my dirty air filter and ask if I wanted to replace it. Obviously I said yes because it was so awful but, I appreciated him showing me.I stepped away while my car was getting serviced. My car was already finished when I came back. It was fairly quick. Lastly, when I came back the team was friendly and asked me if I needed assistance. I will definitely come back and visit again. Extremely courteous, always have someone giving basic instructions, fast and professional.. I am coming back next weekend for a tire rotation. Welcoming and pleasant. Fantastic at offering other options like the (tire rotation) but not pushy .

Update: every time I have been to this jiffy lube I have had outstanding service. Today jacob not only did an amazing job but had me laughing as well. It s always nice being able to enjoy an oil change. Thanks guys.Amanda was outstanding. She did a great job making sure that everything on my work truck from the oil change to the air in my tires were properly adjusted before I hit the road.
