Rick has always gone out of his way to help out. Most recently, my niece ended up dropping the car off at another auto body near by on accident. Rick personally went over there and negotiated a price and helped me get my car fixed. I haven't seen any other business where the owner goes out of their way to help customers. In addition to the personalized service, the quality is always amazing. Prior to this incident, his work always spoke to itself.Service: Brakes

Excellent professionalism. I had an emergency with the tailgate door on my Prius V work car. I had purchased a door I found in LA and Rick got me in fast and had the job done in one day for a great price. Very happy and will return if needed! Thanks Rick!

I was referred to Jack Williams Auto body after a car accident and while it was a very unpleasant situation, I am so grateful I found this place! I worked with Rick and he made this whole experience as positive as it possibly could be. Not only are they experts at what they do, Rick and the whole staff went above and beyond to help me through the process of dealing with insurance, and they gave really wonderful advice as well. As a woman I am always a little wary about taking my car to the shop, but I know I can trust this place! Very happy I found it and I will only be going here for any body work. If you re thinking to go to this shop, I highly recommend it!

Wow- I never thought I would be blown away by the positive experience I had! My car was involved in a hit and run accident, and Rick and the team went above and beyond my expectations. They set me up with a rental car when the job took an extra day due to weather, they sent an employee to PICK ME UP to get the rental car, and they even did a SURPRISE REPAIR on the other side of the car from a previous issue! My car hasn't looked this great since I bought it!Want someone to go out of their way to make your experience incredible? Call Rick at Jack Williams. Thanks so much, guys!Update 2023:I love working with Rick and his team, and highly recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a professional that has heart. I had another accident with my car, which was a hit and run minor issue. Rick responded right away to order the part, and made special accommodations to help me. They were fast!! It was 2-3 days tops! My car was 100% fixed! Cleaned and shined! They did a flawless job. I was recommended to them and I will always go back and recommend them again!! Thank you guys. I forgot the men s names but very great guys there working in the shop. And people are so helpful even behind the desk! Bravo

These guys know how to put the paint down. Whether you bring your style, or ask them for styled custom designs, there are limitless possibilities and a comfort knowing your paint will be done by pros that love cars and paint. Rick and crew go above and beyond to make every paint customer happy and have a good experience because they love their job and it shows. If you want the cleanest of no overspray lines on seams and glass to flat or satin finish simply request the best and Rick will lead his team of experts to the desired effects. Painted a 2015 Buick SUV for me, looked like straight from the factory again. I was so happy with the quality of the paint job, it helped me to forget all about crashing into my garage several times.

Smoothest auto repair I have ever experienced. Rick and Co. fixed my car as fast as possible at an affordable price and were extremely friendly. Rick puts the customers needs first, even staying open late so I could return my rental. Absolutely floored at the quality of service. If I could give more stars, I would. Comes highly recommended.

I have brought our truck into Jack Williams for auto body work 3 times now. Each time I am greeting by friendly front desk personnel and super friendly owner Rick. Every single time i've brought my truck here Rick has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. He always does an extra bonus service and gives me the truck back clean and pristine. Rick's honesty and incredible work ethic is what keeps us coming back overtime we have an auto body need.

I found Jack Willams Autobody on Yelp and because there were so many great reviews I decided to give it a try. Rick was very polite and helpful when explaining the whole process of fixing the car. During the week Rick had my car I made several calls about the car and someone was always available to speak with me. I had high expectations for the end result because the car was brand new prior to hitting a deer and my expectations were exceeded. The car was done three days sooner than expected and Rick stayed after closing so I could pick it up. The car looks amazing, thanks again!

Jack Williams auto body is the place to go to for all your wants and needs for amazing repair work, painting, troubleshooting, answers to any and all questions that arise, deadlines, quotes, and top notch quality that can compete wit the highest end fabricators and repair shops. I have never heard of anyone ever being dissatisfied after having their experience wit Rick and his crew. Rick is actually my uncle and any time I have an issue wit either my mother's or my vehicle I don't even hesitate or think of any other place than Jack Williams auto body. Just because of the fact that I kno when I take my car to his shop, I can guarantee the quality and efficiency will be at its highest when my vehicle is being handled. They're so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and are happy to be of assistance to fix your every needs wit your vehicle. Rick always gets your wit a big smile when you come into the shop or is duo pleasantly kind and gentle on the phone that it almost makes your worried about your damaged vehicle disappear.I always recommend any and every friend I have to bring their vehicle to Rick at Jack Williams if they're looking for the best work, affordable rates, and quickest most efficient turn around possible done. Don't hesitate to give Rick a call at Jack Williams for whatever damage may be done and repair any issue there is wit your vehicle to fulfill your every worry, deadline, wants and needs that you have on your hands.I can promise you that you will NOT be disappointed wit your phone call after speaking wit Rick. I live in San Diego and was referred here by a trusted friend. It was a bit out of the way for me, but I'm glad I chose to do business with them. This shops does excellent work and I will certainly be sending them referrals in the future. What impressed me the most was how Rick went out of his way to ensure that I received top notch customer service. It was evident in speaking with him that he truly cares about his customers and that he's focused on doing the right thing. He's a true professional, and it certainly helps that he has a trusted crew of employees that he can rely on (I met several of them while picking up my vehicle). I just had my 2015 Mazda CX-5 repaired here, and it came out looking like new. I've dealt with a lot of body shops in my professional career, but this was the first time (and hopefully the last) that I've ever had to have one of my personal vehicles repaired. I can say without hesitation that I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else.

I was extremely impressed by the repair job that was performed on my 2004 Lexus LS 430. Rick, the owner was very professional and super nice. He must have a lot of experience because his rough estimate turned out to be right on the money. I only had a damaged bumper, but he offered to touch up all the little scratches on my car all around for FREE. It looks great now! He even cleaned up my foggy headlights. Oh, and the cost was several hundred dollars less than the other shops I received quotes from. I guess all the other body shops are like doctors, assuming that insurance is gonna cover the bill, so they can charge whatever they want.They also send you a personal video via text message telling you that your car is ready. Nice touch!

Rick and the crew at Jack Williams are aces! I have nothing put praise for their quality workmanship, customer service ethic, expertise and attention to detail. They are the best hands down. I've worked with them twice. The first time I was referred by a British car restoration shop. When I called him he told me, "You must go to Jack Williams!" I was beyond satisfied with the job they did for me. They went the extra mile to find the original formula for the MG British racing green when they could have just showed me a bunch of samples that would probably be so close that almost no one would know the difference. They took the time to get it right. When I had a need a second time, I didn't even bother to try and think of or find someone else. If you want it right, go see Rick.

I love Jack Williams Auto Body. I have a high end custom paint job and Rick and his crew are the only shop I go to. They also take care of my regular cars. Best shop in San Diego, I won't go anywhere else.

I've been coming to Rick for years. Most recently, someone dinged my car pretty badly in a parking lot and did not leave a note. Rick took care of the body work in less than a week. Great people and awesome attention to detail. Customer service is excellent and I'm not an easy critic. Rick and the crew handled the repair to my custom 2007 Cadillac Escalade with genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommended AAA+++.

I took my car there after days of searching for a decent shop that wasn't so expensive.....Jack Williams Auto Body is the place to go...did they miracles on my car for a Great Price....they are honest and don't go for your wallet. Rick is the man =) Customer Service is amazing. And they might need to keep the car for a while but its worth it.

My car was hit while parked and received some damaged that luckily my insurance covered. The whole process with my insurance was horrible. I went to 4 diffrent places and they all didn't want to touch my "old" Jeep. In a last ditch effort I was recommended to go to Jack Williams Auto Body and this was the best advice that I got during the whole process. I call Mr. Henson and he explained what the whole process was going to look like. He explained way more than my insurance company did and was very friendly with my son. He gave me an eta on when they SUV was going to be completed and after explaining to him that we had a camping trip planned for Friday afternoon he assured me that the car would be done by then. Once everything was squared away in the shop I needed to wait for enterprise to come pick me up. He knew how valuable my time was and he offered to have one of his guys drop us off at enterprise so we would have to wait at his shop for over 1hr. I was worried on Thrusday because he hadn't called so I gave him a quick ring. He explained that there was something wrong with my brake lights not working properly and that he was going to try to fix them (which he did) before he gave me the car Friday morning. This was not in the scope of work and he did it because it was the right thing to do. When we went to pick up our Jeep and I was shocked at how much he had done in 5 days. It was as if my Jeep hadn't even been in an accident. After taking the car I home also noticed that he had washed and buffed it. The ONLY positive thing about this accident was finding an honest repair shop who cares about their customers. This is the only repair shop I will use and will recommend to anyone I know.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and went over and above fixing one or two small things they didn't even charge me for! I would highly recommend this body shop and Rick for their professionalism and performance.

They always give 100%. Will always try to make you happy, even if it means little profit for them. I've even seen where they lost money on a repair just to keep a customer happy. Their work is quality. The paint guy does wonders. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get helped, but that's normal for a small operation that's always in demand. Be patient, you'll be happy with the result. We've had 6 or 7 cars repaired/painted there over the years including an RV and a couple Lexus SUV's.

This is the second time In less than a year I've had to have my fixed. Both time's Rick and his crew did a great job. I will continual to Rick's shop for body repair if I should need them in the future.

Highly recommended! Rick the owner is one of the nicest guys around and his guys do awesome work! Rick wouldn't have it any other way!!
