The best mechanic in San DiegoThese guys are a God Send!!! My vehicle was in storage for over 4 years in the military storage facility when I pulled it out it has several codes of check engine. One mechanic high balled me at over 4k for repairs, but these honest group of gentlemen took my vehicle to diagnose called me an hour later and fixed my vehicle for only 300 dollars. Don t lose an opportunity give these guys a chance.

Honest Review!I love this auto shop because not only I do know the mechanics, I worked with them before and they re some I can trust in taking care of my car.Ammar and his team takes care of their customers, know this products and does an amazing job of serving client s cars and their needs. I high recommend that you take your service car needs to J.B Auto Repair. They offer services like oil changes, repairs on your engine and transmission, and other minor damages to your car.

This is the place I recommend to everyone. I was driving to California from a different state and I had run into a vehicle issue and stopped by this location. As soon as I got there I was greeted and taken care of. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and caring for every customer that walked in the door. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Their passion and enthusiasm for the business are beyond words. Their pricings were fair and cheaper than most places. I am glad that my car is repaired in the hands of trustworthy professionals. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you, JB Auto Repair!

1-They open at 8:30am, that's what it's says on the door and the Google listing. I was there waiting for more than 45min for them to open, (they opened late)2- I purchased a Groupon oil change deal, when I got there she said they don't take Group on anymore because they get paid low from Groupon( wich is understandable if they took their business out of Groupon list), the lady offered me a price match for what I paid if I pay cash (that was nice of her, tax payers you figure this out!). I give her the cash and she said they'd be working on my car.3- I was waiting outside and they called me and said they're busy and they would take up to 4 hours to change the car oil, asked me to leave the car keys and come back later! I asked for my money back and left.Maybe if they opened on time they wouldn't be that busy, keep in mind I was the first and only customer there.Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time now I went to change my oil somewhere else.

So I took my car which wouldn t turn on, to 2 mechanics and they both saw I had after market pares and denied services to me. They both charged me $100 each for diagnostics they didn t do. I took my car here because my friend recommended it, and I am very pleased with the turnout. Ammar and his team were the only mechanics that found the problem in my car, and fixed it to perfection, all while charging me with the fairest price! He even revealed that the other mechanics had played around with almost every component in the engine bay. They fixed my car, gave an oil change, fixed my power steering issue (common in acura s lol), and were really friendly! Definitely would recommend this place anytime I need anything JB Auto Repair is where I m going:)! Happy customer!

So the only way to describe my experience with J.B. auto is amazing. I'm talking friendly service, great pricing and professional work. I have been burnt by other auto repair shops in El Cajon never the case here. I highly recommend J.B. They don't work on German cars, however i had a small problem with my air circulation sensor behind the engine (really hard to diagnose) and they did a phenomenal job. They will go out of their comfort zone to help you out.If you want german work done, i recommend getting an indepth inspection done at the dealer, and have them get the parts and work on it.

I had some car trouble well the check engine light just said misfire so I called his business five minutes before they opened they answer the phone they gave me a quote over the phone I brought the car very nice people they took care of me my car was ready in less than 2 hoursOh this is the best service I ve had out of any mechanic out there not only will I be referring my friend to them but I will be back for my next oil change for sure thank you for being there thank you for your service I really appreciate you guys hard workServices: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Auto interior vacuuming

I took my explorer there for a tune up and they did a great job. I didnt realize i was getting ripped off by other mechanics untill these guys took care of me . These guys have the right tools to get the job done

They never even returned my call.. When Jim was there he treated me like family he worked on every one of my cars and all my friends and family I referred to him.. Now I'm Lucky to even get a return phone call About a repair on my vehicle.. Very sad
