So Inland Kenworth in Fontana left me with the opinion that I'd never do business with any Inland again because of a sales incident in 2020. And until I was left with no choice in April of 2024, I had not given any Inland Kenworth one red cent. But when you are under a load, have a Paccar engine, and the only other shop around is telling you it will take a week to even be seen, and the Inland location in El Cajon is saying the can at least plug into your truck and see why you have both check engine lights, you tend to reevaluate your situation. Turns out, I made a wise choice going there. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would, they repaired my issue THE NEXT DAY! Less than 24 hours after initially showing up, I was back on the road. That's what I like to call doing me a solid. I will not hesitate to go back to them again. I might even be willing to try other Inland locations now...all because the service department at the El Cajon location is on top of their game, at least a far as I'm concerned.

Very Professional! Excellent service. Matt and Lewis at the service desk were super nice. Was able to get back my truck in three days while I was expecting to wait for a while, and to a surprise I paid less than what I was told at first day. I wish other dealers learn something from El Cajon inland KW. I definitely recommend 100%.

This is not the first time we use the services of this service, we really like working with it! Repairs are carried out efficiently, quickly, for adequate money. Separately, I want to point out the service manager Luis Vieyra, a very good professional, we really liked the experience of working with him, thanks to him and his colleagues, we only stayed with this service! Inland KW is on top of their game.. I can t say enough about how professional they are.. I live in Murrieta and this is the only place I ll take my truck.. Matt Morris in service is full of knowledge and they ll get your Rig in and out.. No games played here.. I highly recommend them..

I brought my tractor in for service, I was expecting to be waiting for awhile but to my surprised my tractor was done in just two days. Unlike other dealerships including other shops. I usually had to wait one to two weeks for the technician to work on my tractor. I will definitely refer other drivers to come to El Cajon Kenworth. The staff at counter were very helpful every time I m there. Thank you so much for that.

Service depart is one of the worst. They doubled the labor rate once I questioned any of the work they wanted to perform. They will charge FULL estimated even if they dont performed it. THAT MEANS for any driver, if they estimate 10 hours and it takes 2 they will charge you full 10 hours. $217 per hour of work NOT PERFORMED! When you ask before the work is started how you think it won't take 10 hours they say "its only a estimate" yet they will still over charge you. STAY AWAY! Ask about it after they say "you agreed to estimate". See how they scam drivers!

Just wanted to leave a review on my experience with this shop, first off, BIG UPS to Nate and the beautiful young lady at the servicedesk, They were super nice!! I've been to many shops and I must say these guys actually cared about my situation, the shop techs were very knowledgeable, guys I thought I was having after treatment issues and anyone in Trucking knows that any shop could have agreed with me and charged me, but they were very honest and knowledgeable, after troubleshooting,the issue was nothing serious at all, they had me back on the road in no time!!! Great shop for repairs, FYI, can't bring your trailer no room for that. Bobtail only. Thnx for every thing GUYS!!!

Talk about outstanding! Before our truck even got there in the tow truck we felt better. The service dept. is open and honest. They got our truck in the next morning had it diagnosed, had Dana contacted and had the warranty warranty work authorized the next day. Communication for me is key and they kept us up to date all through the repair process. I give them 10 starts.

The KW team is great! Parts, Sales, and Service have their act together! They provide clear communication, straight up information, and daily updates on trucks down for repairs. Parts is quick to get you information on pricing and availability. These guys are my go to, I manage over 150 trucks for a fleet and I don't hesitate to call if an issue arises.

I had trust issues after being to many other dealerships. These guys are the most honest and fair of anywhere I've been. They get to the issues and get it done. They don't find trumped up issues just to rack up the bill. The staff is awesome. I will gladly recommend them, and I will always use them for future repairs.

Great customer service ALL departments! There mechanic techs. are very knowledgeable specially with DPF issues and are always right with there diagnostics. I m a very satisfied customer and strongly recommend Inland Kenworth at El Cajon, CA. All (3) department managers the A TEAm (Adam, Adam, Adam) are professional, understanding and have great customer service skills. Stopped by on Saturday to service my check engine light, parts dept told me that the service dept will be open on Monday. They were polite and nice. I'm looking forward to take my truck on Monday to get the EGR service done. So far so good and looking forward on Monday to get my truck fixed. Even though my truck is a Pet, but I still want to take it Inland, because their reviews are much better then Rush Truck.Eugen was awesome. He took my truck right in and had it fixed right away. Great customer service.

This place Rocks!The service manager, Adam Stratton does everything he can to keep my truck on the road. He knows how important the bottom line is to me and always treats me fairly when it comes time to settle the bill.The shop foreman, Adam Frost is like a walking encyclopedia. I can't count the hours of time or cost he has saved me with his experience.The technicians know what they're doing and they get it done. They are all top notch.I've been a customer for years now. I can say without any reservations that this is the best dealership shop in San Diego County and decided it was time to give them their due with a review.Stop in and check them out. They'll take care of your truck and treat you fairly.

I was there To get a leaky Axle fixed. I was helped by Mike legacy In parts and another gentleman who's name I didn't catch, They were both super helpful. I got there on a Saturday so the service department was closed and they wouldn't be able to do warranty work till Monday anyway. They both went through all the different options I had to get me on the road quicker. Mike legacy actually got on the phone and found a shop That could do the work that same day. He made sure I didn't pay for anything I didn't need as well. The guys there are true professionals and treated me with honesty and respect.. Highly recommend this shop and would actually go out of my way to get work done there.

Great customer service! However, if you plan to visit this location it would be advisable to find a place to drop your trailer first then bobtail over there. The parking lot is really small and at the time I visited there were several trucks filling up the lot. I had no choice but to back my truck and trailer out of the lot and into the street to leave. The traffic light at this intersection is very short for traffic coming out of Kenworth.

Service manager Adam is 5 star. Brought in a Pete with 2500hs for trans light diagnosis, even though they were slammed he still got me taken care of. This shop is clean, the techs are great, the prices are competitive, and it's very obvious these guys take pride in what they do. Don't hesitate to use them.

Great & helpful staff in service dept who keep you informed on what's happening with your truck. If possible, bobtail!! This lot is not designed for trailers, they only have room for maybe 2 trailers, and thats in a pinch!

Single truck owner operator. Had an under dash air leak, I replaced the parking valve. While I was changing it, I gave a cursory look at the hoses. No holes or chafing. Reassembled the dash panels, aired up the system. Released the tractor brakes, and the leak was still there. Called IK the next morning, asked the service dept what they thought the issue was. They didn't hesitate, told me I had a brake chamber that was bad. I checked, I did. Thanks for the help IK. If I ever run into a problem I can't fix myself, and I'm in the area, I will be in to see you. Thanks!!
