I can vouch that extremely nice people work here. On 9/5/23, our trailer got a flat tire on Woodside Ave. The most kind man by the name lan (I believe) stopped to help us change our tire, and he was a true lifesaver. Please correct me if I'm wrong on his name. Also, we just found the business card, so my apologies for the late review. Thank you so much for your help back in September. We will definitely use Henry's in the future for our trailer needs!

Great service. I had what I thought were defective hydraulic hoses in which they replaced without question when I returned them. However the second time I brought them back they performed a pressure test on the hoses and it turns out they were fine and that it was my installation that was defective. Thanks for the tips and extra service. James

Thank you Henry Trailers for getting our business trailer in and out as soon as possible. Your recommendations for the heavy duty suspension upgrade were very much appreciated. Great customer service, got our company back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend this business and will be back again for future service.

My hubs and bearings were shot on my dual axle 2014 Hideout 26RLS. I took my trailer into Henrys Trailers. I was greeted by a super cute and extremely knowledgeable service advisor named Holly. I was on a thin timeline and tight budget. I could not move my upcoming camping reservations for a lengthy repair. Holly moved mountains to make it happen and at a great price. What an amazing experience!! I did not know that they also did all trailer repairs. I made an appointment for August for them to fix all of my interior / cosmetic issues. I will never go to another service center!!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone who owns utility trailers, enclosed trailers, travel trailers, motorhomes, etc. THEY CAN DO IT ALL!!!!!!! I absolutely loved Holly and the entire crew at Henry's Trailers!

Thank you Holli and Royce at Henry s Trailer Service for hooking me up with 5 new 14-ply, heavy duty trailer tires! I dropped the old ones off and had the new ones mounted and ready to pick up the next day! The horses and I appreciate the great service, quick turn-around and for looking out for our safety!

Really nice folks with a really nice workplace. They saved my bacon when my tire came off my utility trailer and I had no idea where to have it towed. They are not cheap!!! But I have no other estimates to compare to and when you're stuck .. you're stuck. They do good work and I'm glad to have them as an option for any future mishaps.

Great service for any trailer suspension needs! They have a mobile service that is expensive but helpful in an emergency. They also stock all the parts you could need to replace any suspension parts. We had the proprietary TT system installed on our 37 fifth wheel to help protect the axles and suspension parts from excessive wear.

Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give Henry's more than 5 stars.We took our 5 horse trailer to a shop in Georgia (where we drove from) and told them to fix everything. The brakes were all messed up and the lights needed to be fixed as well. They got the lighting fixed but no brakes. Long story short they insisted my truck was the issue and on the road we went from GA to CA with no brakes.We found Henry's and immediately he seemed bright and worked with us on our tight time frame to head back to Georgia. They fixed a problem with the magnets and figured out where a wire had been pinched that connected to the brand new controller that the shop in GA insisted we needed.Henry's saved us and put us back on the road with working brakes!

I borrowed a trailer for my Model T Ford, and it had an electrical problem. Royce came to my house and had it fixed in minutes! I'd heard about Henry's Trailer Repair from other friends. Now I will recommend them to everyone I know who owns a trailer. Thanks for helping me in a pinch!

Our trailer was about to blowout and he not only got us replacements no sweat, but he also upgraded our tire size to a better, more economical tire size. Roy is good people, and without a doubt a life saver. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Henry s trailer repair is top notch! I was in a jam a few hours before my trip to the desert they had every tire, rim, and part to get me up to speed just in time to leave for my trip! Thanks again guys!

Holly sent 2 guys out today to put a shut off valve on trailer solenoid so I can back up when not connected to pickup. Great job! Even helpe me back it up with a hand dolly into a very tight area! Bonus service! 2nd time I ve used them for my triple axel boat trailer. Will use again!!

this company screwed me overthey gave me a price of $3100.00 to fix trialer than charged me $4583.54when they gave me a estimate i told them to just put wheels back on and i was going to go some where else they told me it would be $2000.00 just to put wheels back on. then they refused to give me back my trailer if i didnt let them do work. i lost 7 days worth of work. and they said they over nighted the partsthey unloaded my freight with out my permission to remove itstay away from this company so this doesnt happen to youi have to give them 1 star just so i can post thisstay far away from them

Apparently the shop isn't open on Saturday but the service dude happened to be there and temporarily opened up the shop just to get me what I needed. Epic service. Definitely taking my trailer here if ever in need of repairs!!

Royce was very helpful, not only did they carry in Stock some wheel bearings that no one had in San Diego, he had the whole hub assembly, which for a few bucks more I saved time punching out races to replace them with new ones.

Took six hours to service my brakes and repack bearings. Then by the time I got 200 miles up the road I had one of the brand new brake assemblies lock up and blow a tire. To top that off I pulled off I-5 to get gas and found I was missing a wheel! And all my other lug nuts were loose. Do not go here, they cost me so much lost time and money !!

Can t say nicer things about the service Henry s provided. They were honest, did a great job, clearly know what they are doing, and even did a little extra work to my trailer I didn t ask or pay for! Definitely will return!
