Great deal!!2ea pairs for Toyota Prius with alignment for $430 which beats Discount Tire in two ways:1. Alignment ( discount don t have this service)2. Paragon (60k miles warranty which discounts tires won t cover)Customer service very friendly and helpful

All these 1-star ratings are goofy. I ve been a customer for over 12 years and I have never been mistreated. I ve seen people get upset, but they re just being miserable and unreasonable. These guys are good! Don t let the Karens fool you.

S. Marquez took care of our 2015 Toyota Sienna for us. He gave us an excellent price for a tune up, oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Our car was ready when promised. He was very friendly and efficient!We have trusted Evans with all of our family's vehicles for many years, and we will continue to do so! Great service!

I needed new tires, and though the ones I wanted weren t initially available, they swiftly arranged a same-day transfer from another location. I returned early the next morning to have them installed, and the process was efficient and hassle-free. The pricing was reasonable, and the manager s excellent service made the experience even better. I genuinely value the services here and look forward to returning for future needs. Thank you!

I've been going to Evans Tires on Jamacha Rd for at least six years because they give the BEST service and deals in town! Everyone is helpful and friendly, over the phone and in person. As a female who knows zero about cars, I'm easy prey, but they never try to up-sale me for things I don't need.They are honest about the work that needs to be done on my car without being pushy. I had the pleasure of being helped by the assistant manager, Simone Marquez the last time I went in. Things weren't going as planned with my visit, so he went above and beyond to make everything right. Thank you, Simone! You guys have a customer for life!

I was looking for a Black Friday deal for an oil change and Evan s seemed to have the best price. The discount was terrific but I never expected the top notch service I received for that price. The staff was friendly, helpful and the job was done quickly. I will be going back to have the service they recommended done with confidence in the outcome. Thanks guys for making a senior citizens day wonderful and affordable!

Come here when you have time to wait. Found a great deal online for an oil change, they checked my alignment, breaks, and something else for free and gave me a report. But this process took upwards of 2 hours which I wasn t expecting. Simon the manager was helpful to all the customers maybe joked around a little too much but nevertheless I got what I needed done.

Andre & Joe Sital ( as well as Dickey, via telephone sales) helped me correllate my desires from another state. Would have put 5 stars if just based on service alone, but my 1st pick were the Pirelli Scorpions and then the Kumho Road Ventures, both of which were not available in my size. They were able to get me into something large enough with just a tad less tread life expectancy so I cant wait til my truck gets delivered today! I am also aware that my third party service person's impatience created a narrow space for Evan's guys to work with.

This review is based on the front counter service, not the work done. After I pick up my vehicle and if there is an issue with the work then I will update this review. Saturday March 2nd 2024 I placed a phone call to Evans Tire and discussed needing brakes. I was politely informed to bring the vehicle in and there would be an inspection after which I would be informed of the work needed. This morning I went in and let the front counter know I needed brakes. At no time was there any word of the process. I assumed I would receive a call after an inspection was complete to go over what would need to be done. A couple of hours go by and no call. I decided to call. Spoke to the same front counter person and informed him that I was calling for a progress report and the inspection findings. The person informed me I would receive a call for the results of inspection. I did not receive a call. Another hour and a half goes by so I called again. Spoke to the same person and was promptly informed since I came in and said I needed brakes there was no inspection needed. (Take that for what you will). I explained my issue with the service. Went over the conversations and the person basically said they do not do inspections unless they are told to. (Again, take that for what you will). I tried to get a better understanding of the process but according to this individual if you go in and say you need service but do not explicitly ask for an inspection they just do work. I tried to reason with the individual about a customer coming in with brakes that were fine and might have just needed to be cleaned or greased that they would just put new brakes regardless? Of course his answer was if a customer comes in then they do what they are told. Essentially if I didn t need brakes, they would not inform me of it. They would simply put new brakes on and not even attempt to let the customer know. How about if only the front brakes needed to be replaced. Again all four would have been done because I said I needed brakes when I arrived. I still need to pick up my vehicle so I will update this review after doing so. Apparently they still have one brake to do and the alignment so we will see how long it takes. So definitely deserves an update. Do not go to this location. Avoid at all cost.

I would have given 5 stars because Ishmael was super friendly but, the guy who checked me in was not! I didn't catch his name...Furst, he didn't even acknowledge me when I came in, because he was helping another customer. But, as soon as he started helping me, another female customer came in an he immediately asked "if they needed help?" She politely pointed out that she could wait until he was done helping me... When, I declined getting an oil change because the cost was out of my budget, he mentioned there was coupons online and that I would have to "upload it myself" for the discount. (I agreed to the oil change after all because it was very reasonable with the discount.) So, I go online to look for it and the other lady offered hers because that's what he asked me to do. He seems irritated and tells me "you can do that next time, I already added it." I thanked him for his help and he didn't acknowledge that either... Overall, I like going to this location & hope this isn't a regular occurrence.

It was a great experience dealing with the new managment berry polite.Service on my truck took only a couple of hour, before for the same service usually was takinf 6 or more hours.Good jobThe only issue was the high prices of the services they whent too hight.

I appreciate the great service from Evans Tires I used to go to Discount because the manager took care of me. However, Richie has been taking care of me for years at Evans and I appreciate him and followed him to the Rancho store, because I totally trust him. Give him a raise

Needed oil change, remembered from last experience that coupons were available online and wanted to be there early in case there was already a line. Got there at 730am and was helped by Andre who was able to get me in and out (w a tire rotation) in less than an hour. I appreciate the friendly service and reasonable prices and will continue to go to Evans for service needs.

I was very disappointed with this shop. I waited for a quote on my car and never received it. Every time I called they would say will send it to you in 20min, or 1hr or tomorrow, but they never did. Richie stated the quote should be easy and fast yet been going back and forth for 2 weeks and still no quote.

We have been going to Evans for 10 years! We get all 3 of our cars, all with over 200,000 miles serviced here. Not only tires but oil changes too. the crew is great!

Changed 4 tires for my daughter s BMW. they were very professional and friendly. Gave me the bottom line price, it was a bit higher than Costco. But, once I factored in driving to Costco, wasted time and gas, it was a no-brainer. We dropped the car and it was ready in less than 2 hours.Evans Tires = Well worth it

Unfortunately, the level of service has declined as soon as JJ got sick & retired from the Rancho San Diego store. I had the timing belt replaced & assorted other parts too. The timing belt started leaking & I had to bring the car back in requesting a headlight to be replaced. They fixed the belt under warranty & did a good job but forgot to fix the headlight. They already had the car for 3 days so I told them to forget it. A general lack of communication & some training would go a long way towards improving the customer service at the Ranch San Diego store.

Saved me from having to call out of work. I found a screw in my tire that proceeded to fall out a couple hours later, causing air to leak out even quicker. I felt terrible calling 30 minutes before they closed, but Andre and his team assured me that it was no problem and stayed a fair bit after closing to patch my tire up. They even offered to rotate them since it was up on the lift. Genuinely hospitable guys. They were all helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. It would be nice if Teslas had spare tires, but having this team ready and willing to go above and beyond was even better. 5 star service, would trust them with my grandma.

The two managers that I dealt with this past Sunday and today were really wonderful, and how they treated me and worked. Help me understand the problem. It s nice to have somewhere to go with my vehicles where I trust people.
