Friendly customer service from the moment we walked in. Super fast service for a smog check. We were in and out in around 15 minutes. Great location and good price. Highly recommend!

There s a good reason they have all five star reviews. I ve never been in and out so quick. I did two cars in about 20 minutes. Tam at the front is awesome. Super helpful very friendly. They transferred my title for me. I can t say enough good things about this place. I m so glad I found them.

This place is awesome. I wish I would have gotten the names of the 2 people who helped me. I want to say that they were so very friendly. Especially the girl who works the office. Very sweet and so friendly. The guy who smoged my car was friendly, efficient and had my car smoged in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Best car service I've ever received. I'll definitely go back to them .

Found this place and another in El Cajon, read the reviews and decided to take the drive to this place. Absolutely the best service I ve had in years!!! EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Tam was able to waive fees with the dmv and lower my title transfer,registration, and smog! Alan was extremely quick with the smog and even took off all my old stickers and put on my new one and sliced it! FAST service! Was in and out within 30 minutes compared to the hours at the DMV! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Always coming here from now on and referring to all friends and family!! Thank you again!!!!

Super friendly and efficient! They ask for pertinent information prior to your visit so you know ahead of time if they can provide the smog check for your type of vehicle . Very painless experience.

I m very happy with my experience at El Cajon City Smog Check! From start to finish, I was very impressed. They got me in same day for smog inspection, Alan met me at the door when I arrived and quickly got to work on my car, and Tam at the front desk was friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely come back!

Incredible customer service from the time I made the appointment until the time the service was finished. Would highly recommend without hesitation. Definitely the most knowledgeable and honest shop I have used in SoCal.

Let's start with Allen and Tam are total ROCK STARS. I had to get my whole fleet (9 Vehicles) smog and have them do the Title Transfers to new owners with time restraints. When I tell you they went above and beyond doesn't even come close. We had all 9 vehicles done in a 24hr period (with plenty of hiccups from Title's being wrong to certain vehicles needed a different type of smog), which they were able to do. They even did research (without being asked too) to see how we could save money. This was all done with smiles and the utmost professionalism. Thank you Allen and Tam!!!! You made ME look like a Rock Star. You have our business and my personal business from here on out. I can't even express my gratitude.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the rates and service I recently received for my smog. I set up an appointment and arrived on time, which they were ready for me and immediately took my car into the bay. Within 10 minutes or so I was on my way home. The car passed smog and the certificate was submitted to the DMV. All I have to do is wait for my tags. Thank you so much for the professional and quick service! Your team is the best!

Went in for a smog at about 330pm on a Tuesday.I was in and out within 15 minutes for a smog on my 2008 Nissan Altima.The lady at the front desk was super nice and I felt comfortable there.Thanks guys!I ll be returning when the other cars are due for smog!

Went in for a smog check and came away with a fully registered vehicle from out of state. They were fast, efficient and very personable. This is my new mechanic shop for sure. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I went in to get a Smog check because I'm trying to transfer my car from out of state. I ended up getting the Smog check, transfer my title, register my car, and get my California license plates, all in about 20 minutes. Tam took care of the paperwork and Allen did the Smog check, both were absolute angels. 1000x better than going to the DMV!

I love this place! I went there to get a smog but they let me know that my car wasn t going to pass and told me what I needed to do for it to pass, without any charge.Of course, after doing so, I brought my car back here for the smog. But instead of paying them both times, I only had to pay them once. Just saying, a lot of places would have charged me both times I went in there. I will always go here when I need a smog and I recommend them highly.Service: Smog certification

Unbelievable, my wife called in for a service requests for a smog test- took me in right there on the spot.....Scion was done in less than (15 minutes)! Value Great! Check for coupon (46:00)crazy cheap, now that 's if you don't have any problems with your car . Awesome service, nice people to talk to.... Totally recommend&El Cajon City Smog made my day......

Mr. Allen Law did an amazing job. The service for smog check was quick. When he saw that I was Deaf, via the mobile, he used it to text without me asking to write down on paper. He's a patient and nice guy, so I recommend him!

El Cajon City Smog Check was by far the fastest and friendliest of all the Smog places I have ever used. I was in and out within less than 10 minutes. My husband went the following week and also had a very quick and pleasant experience. This was our first time going here, we came for an oil change. Tam and Alan were very upfront, transparent, but also very approachable and friendly. Tam gave very thorough explanations to avoid any confusions, and Alan even offered to show us his work as he was doing it (never had a mechanic show such transparency before). They also honored the Groupon price we had bought even though it had expired (which was still cheap). Will come here for my oil changes from now on!Service: Oil change

I found Allen on Yelp and I m really happy I did because he is hands down the most honest and ethical mechanic I have ever done businesses with . Allen really cares about his customers and gives a fair price for all the work he does . I highly recommend getting your work done here .
