A few months ago, Brandon and his team helped me get my e90 back on the road after it needed a ton of repairs. They handled the work in a timely manner and gave me fair (all things considered) pricing on everything. I had to bring it back recently as a different issue came up with my car, but again, Brandon and everyone else did a great job, and in a timely fashion. Even when they had to do additional troubleshooting, they were thorough and located the issue quickly. I ll be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future, but hopefully it will just be for maintenance .Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Wiper blade installation, Auto body & trim replacement, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Amazing shop, Brandon is the man. He takes care of all your bmw needs and makes sure he does exactly what s needed and doesn t do work that s not need helping you save some money on your fixes. I recommend this shop to all.

Recently bought a BMW and went for a pre-purchase inspection. The shop informed me everything was good except for some scrapes. 1 month later, I go to change my break pads and I was informed tha the rotors were bad.Remembering my inspection, I saw the different coloring of the rotors but the techanican never mentioned anything with the rotors being bad. I'm disappointed in the service that was given as something as obvious as rotor damage was not noted.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

After only finding two repair shops that specialize in Mini Cooper and being very disappointed with their professionalism I finally found Dose BMW. Brandon was very professional and answered any question I had without making me feel like I was bothering him. He explained in depth my issue and why my car was still running well even with the check engine light on. They made the repairs that were needed for a fraction of the cost the dealership wanted. Before you take your car to a dealership if it is out of warranty I would highly suggest taking it to Dose. They are highly skilled in BMW and Mini Coopers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stay far away from these guys. Service advisor tried playing me for a fool. No ethics, integrity or common sense from what I experienced.Poor integrity and snobby customer service.Can t imagine if it were some old lady who didn t know better.

I brought my car in after another shop couldn't figure out what was wrong with it even after months of time and thousands of dollars sunk into the car. When they wanted to do yet another expensive experiment I took it to Dose. In a week or so they had the issue figured out and I got my car back. I would definitely recommend this shop to other BMW owners.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently had a rebuilt transmission installed on my BMW X5. I'm very impressed with the service, value and punctuality. In the past transmission would take weeks to install. Dropped off my car on Friday and the following Tuesday my car was ready. And it was not ready until they were sure it was ready. Had I taken my car to the BMW dealer it would have been at least 3 times the cost and wait. Thank you so much!

This family owned business provides above and beyond service, and repair. I've been taking my vehicles here for 20 years once my dealer service warranty's expired. Their attention to detail, and efficiency is unmatched. If your BMW is out of it's factory warranty give them a call. I have my cars service and maintenance done by Dose, and recently had extensive repairs completed on my 535i for chewed electrical wiring. The power steering wires, right front shock, back up camera, battery, and new brakes. They are extremely knowledgeable about BMW's.

Stopped by with an OBD CAT not ready issue on my E46 M3. Steve was very generous with his expertise and provided guidance for the drive cycle to reset my sensor. It is clear that he's been doing this a long time and his stellar reputation preceded him. Dose gets my highest possible recommendation!

Very good customer service! They made me feel at home. But my car has a rock to it in park that it didn t have before. Will be taking it back as soon as I can after spending 1500 dollars you would think my car would be running perfect! But after all they are good guys I m pretty sure we can work something out.

Dose has been working on our cars for years. My 2011 328i was under warranty but we would take it to Dose to get the true story. Brandon & Steve have spent a lot of time explaining issues with our cars. They practically rebuilt our 2003 325i. You can trust what they tell you. That's hard to do at the dealership!!

Wanted to thank Dose BMW for a great job on my 3 series ZF transmission.Steve gave me a straight answer over the phone about the issues the transmission was having. Within a week he had a remanufactured transmission built and we scheduled it in for installation.The vehicle was ready within six hours and shifts like a new trans, which it is.Also thanks to Brandon for getting back to me quickly, on the weekend, when I first contacted them initially via email.

Great service. Scheduled an appointment and they had fast availability. The install was extremely fast and when there was an issue their integrity was bar to none. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that value their customer and do what is right. Thank youEvan Swan

If you own a BMW. This family run business will take care of your pride and joy! Good quality rates and services and are honest about your car and what needs to be fixed will work with you . I take my car here and won t take it anywhere else.

Great service! A month ago I've been on a road trip and heard a loud noise from the central console every time I accelerated. Went to a BMW dealership, where service department said there's no issue with the car at all. Back in San Diego I took the car for oil change to Dose BMW where they noticed the issue even without me mentioning it. Now my car is fixed! :)

Had a great experience. I had an appointment at 9am and got my car back the same day at 3pm. I highly recommend this mechanic shop

I took my car, informed them the diagnosis and the specific MIL codes with determination I have. I asked Steve the owner specifically to check if there is a programming update available for my car and if an update can fix my issue. Instead they give me the same MIL codes and determination and charged me $120.00. I believe there is a deception system is built in their practice. Just make sure you do not fall in to that system.

I ve made several appointments and was told to bring it anytime after 9AM I went there 3 times around 11 and I got oh we didn t think you were coming so I sent my guys home . Snobby entitled and unhelpful customer service

Let me tell you about these guys. They won't work on something unnecessarily just to get your money. They tell you like it is straight up. They are not the most expensive but they are also not the cheapest. Well worth doing business with.

Talk to Brandon. He won't lead you astray! This family owned business keeps the locals coming back for experienced, thoughtful service all year round. No service on the weekends though.
