WOW!!!! Bob and his team did an amazing job. His entire team are professional and amazing at their job, our Coach looks brand new again!However Bob did so much more than repair out Coach. We are full timers, Bob allowed us to stay on his property and even provided electricity, water and offered Wifi(which we didn t need). He provided us with great recommendations for meals and great conversation.We hope we never have to see Bob and his team again, but if we do we will be at peace.We will recommend Bob to Family, friends and anyone looking for a recommendation.

FRAUD!!! Terrible terrible experience. EXTREME buyer beware!!! After months of nothing being done with our rig, we finally threw in the towel and picked it up unfinished. Only thing they had done was remove the rear bumper. Completely disappointed and a waste of time. Bob collected the insurance money then wouldn t give it back. After reporting him to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (btw they found him guilty of numerous violations) and taking him to small claims court, we finally got our insurance money and were able to get the bodywork finished. The District Attorney of SD is prosecuting Bob (he called me three times) for fraud - they told me his license is being revoked!

COACHWERX is by far one .. If not the best in RV services in San Diego. They do it all.The staff is professional, courtious and extremely friendly . Bob, the owner seems to treat each coach as if it's his. Like him and his family will be in it. It's amazing. I'd recommend to anyone needing something done to their RV without hesitation.Good companyService: Body & Trim

I was reluctant to take my 2017 coach ANYWHERE but I had some damage that I wanted repaired and I had my old coach in about 5 yrs ago. I couldn t be happier with the results. The color match was perfect, Bob completed the work in the promised time and for the estimated amount, even after providing the estimate from just a photo I sent him. Before I brought it in, Bob explained the whole process, which made me comfortable with having him do the work. Great job. I hope I don t need bodywork again, but if I do I know where to go!

We brought our older 5th wheel here and got a very truthful answer about a repair. In our case, it wasn't practical or worth it to do a full repair of a stess crack on the side. We were given very special attention and recommendations. We got to see some major work they we doing on other rigs, and it was very impressive.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!Seriously, if you're in need of any work on your RV, Travel Trailer, Camper... This is the place to go.I personally have an amazing review to give everyone.Very professional and courteous staff, they will take care of whatever the problem is and treat it as if their own personal vehicle.

Coachwerx did repair work on one of my cars and the end product was horrible. lots of unfinished work, poor craftsmanship and The paint began to peel off within a few months. This was the good part of the project. He still owns me $1,000 dollars for aspects of the work I was forced to cover that was his responsibility. I filed a claim against him with the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. They found in my favor and Coachwerx claimed they had no money but would pay ASAP. That was a year ago and no response. Consumer beware!!!!!

They did a great repair on the back of our motorhome after back-up accident. Timely repairs, worked well with AAA, our insurance agent.

While the staff at Coachwerx appeared to be nice, I can't speak about their quality of work as they never finished the work they were paid to complete. Bob, (the owner) continually put my project on hold at the beginning of each week until nearly six months had passed. At that point I could tell things were going nowhere fast. We agree to end the work and he would reimburse me for the work not done but paid for. Well, like so many other promises in the past he failed to comply with this one as well. No big surprise. Looks like the courts will have to settle this since he failed to show up for mediation. Just goes to show even most likable people will lie and cheat if given a chance. Update: I m totally amazed to see this guy is still in business given his poor ethics and total lack of professionalism.

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life in terms of customer service. The guy took 5 months to complete repairs that should have taken a week, and was an aggressive, rude, confused, and angry old man who very clearly has no idea how to run a business. I would recommend YouTubing how to repair your car yourself before letting this guy within 100 yards of it.

Bob did an amazing job on my 2019 Mercedez Benz CLA 250. I could not be more happy with the way the work looks, and how the car drives.. Bob was amazing throughout the whole process. Thank you so much again Bob!

I would run as far away and as fast as you can from Bob Peacock/ Coachwerx. My experience with Coachwerx seems to resemble many that are on here. Paint was bubbled up when I came to pick it up. Work behind a fixed panel was not done and what was done was not done correctly. I had put one bite rat traps on the hitch to keep rats from doing damage while parked. Although there was no damage to that area, he painted the hitch and instead of removing the rat trap first he painted around it :-/ He called me on the way to pick my coach up and told me he wanted cash. Hmmmm. Luckily that wasn't possible because of the late hour because after finding much of the work he charged me for, either wasn't done at all or has to be redone. Thank goodness I was able to win the dispute and got my payment back thru my bank and from his credit card merchant.

I would not recommend. I was in a hurry, but they did my repair wrong, then they put things together wrong. They attempted to fix it but that was shoddy as well. Find another repair place!!
