Clifton Mercedes seems a good place to repair my car. I brought my SLK on January 12th due to an oil leaking problem and so far I'm happy with the results. the advisor was competent and kind, he explained what was done to my car well, following my explanation of problems I was experiencing with my car, price was reasonable, I appreciate the honesty, the facility is nice, clean organized and makes you feel comfortable for good results in vehicle care. It was my first time at Clifton s, I am impressed with the quality of their services, if all goes well after the repair of my car, time will strengthen our business relationship!Thumbs up for Ryan, Adam, the mechanics and all Clifton team.

Clifton services both of our Mercedes. They are extremely friendly and professional. Work is done quickly and cleanly. They are happy to answer any questions and explain the work being done.I don't think there is a better place to take our cars and I will continue to use them as long as we own our cars.I would recommend this place to f&f. Thanks for the awesome service and peace of mind!

Just got my car back, spoke with Ryan through the whole process. Dropped off last night and they had it ready by lunch time the next day. Great work and very efficient. Pricing was very fair. Didn't push extra work that was not necessary. Very thorough explanations of everything that was done. Can't be more pleased with their business. Highly reccomend if you need repairs on your Mercedes! Thank you guys for a job WELL DONE!

First time and not the last one for me. These guys are fantastic compared to the MB dealerships out there, the MB dealers not only have horrible service but the charge you a lot of money. Clifton is different they were honest much cheaper and very professional. i sincerely recommend Clifton to service your Mercedes Benz vehicles.

My 2022 GLS450 wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance for a tow, but also called Clifton Mercedes because they are always helpful. The roadside operator didn't have a clue. There was a warranty covered problem, that the dealership fixed, but for advice and routine maintenance, Clifton Mercedes is the best place to go. The service is efficient and the guys are always friendly.

Took my 2005 Mercedes to Clifton for routine oil & maintenance, as I've done since 2012. Always leave my car with them knowing it'll be back there again for the next service. I always appreciate how they focus on what the car actually needs to perform the way it should... and they do a fantastic job at that, with fair prices. Thanks Clifton!

Could not be happier with their service! We had a decent bit of work done on our 2013 GL450 a couple months ago before moving to the east coast: CV boot replacement, transfer case fluid service, rear differential fluid service, serpentine belt and idler pulley replaced, camshaft position sensors replaced, spark plugs replaced, brake fluid and reservoir replaced, HVAC blower motor + resistor replaced, cabin charcoal filter replaced, right air intake tube replaced. Adam and the team know their stuff and are Mercedes experts - definitely give them a call!

I was extremely satisfied with this shop! There quote came in almost 50% cheaper than the other quote I received. They also saved me money by having more knowledge on what to replace rather than just tearing it out and replacing like another shop was trying to do. I would highly recommend this place.

We were impressed with the quality of their service. It was our first time in the shop, but it felt like we have been going there for a while. Ryan was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. He even made arrangements with Enterprise for our pick-up and car return. Ryan was also very thorough in explaining to us what the problem was with our car and what their recommendations were. Also, both the office and shop were consistently spick- and-span.

Clifton Mercedes is always a great experience. I don t want to drive any other make of car simply because I want them to service my vehicle. They all are always very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Most services are done the same day, and they keep everything honest and affordable. Welcoming gesture by staff was a really nice thing to start with. Professional diagnostic test to our car was done.Price, not sure about it as I don t know how much other service providers would charge.Ryan was helpful in explaining the issue. He was also generous enough to provide advices and recommendations and addressed all questions.Communication through msgs and emails was another good thing to mention.I would definitely recommend these guys for Mercedes services.

OUTSTANDING work and customer service as usual!!!Service at Clifton is always top notch. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, awesome work, and attention to detail is what you want from a shop. Also, independent/family owned and run. What else can you ask for right!!! Ryan and Adam are always very informative upfront. Even if there is additional work to be done. They will provide you the why and the reasoning. I ve recommended Clifton to a few friends who are also fellow Benz owners. And will continue to recommend Clifton to any other Benz owners looking for that go-to shop. Our cars are not cheap to maintain especially as they get older. Clifton Mercedes is a wonderful place to take your Mercedes! Mark and Ryan are exceptionally friendly. They are very fast, too! Every time I've taken my car in, I'm always surprised how quickly they get it back to me. Also, they don't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary repairs. They'll tell you what absolutely must be fixed and what can wait. It's rare to find an honest mechanic. I have a 2002 model, and they never treat me like I have an old car. The crew here are fantastic. The crew in the office provide excellent customer service. The mechanics are technically proficient and experienced with Mercedes. Last but not least, price. Much less than the dealership. It is a small family owned business which I am more than happy to support. So glad there is a good independent Mercedes shop close by that I can go to. I took my Mercedes to Clifton primarily based on the reviews I read online. They did not disappoint. Amazing service!My engine light had come on and my A/C wasn't blowing cold air consistently along with jerking while driving. When I called they were so friendly. When I took it in I spoke with Ryan and he was nice and knowledgeable. He provided a quote and I left my car. He called me later and also emailed my an update and quote for the work.I approved the work. When it was ready I went to pick it up but when I got in the car the was still blowing hot air. He sat in the car with me and could see something was still wrong. I left there over the weekend for further evaluation. Ryan kept me informed all along the way. He even drove my car to his home to see if it would replicate. Bottom line they said it was now working and even delivered it to my home for no extra charge. An amazing place to have your car serviced and maintained. We had an issue over a year ago that they helped with. Took it in recently for regular service and they notified us that the previous work was covered under an extended factory warranty for that one particular issue. We just received all of our money back from MB! Thank you Clifton Mercedes! I am beyond satisfied with my service from Clifton Mercedes. Ryan has been a professional from my first interaction for a quote, all the way to making appropriate recommendations for preventative care without making it feel like a sales pitch. I love that this shop is very well-kept and not run down. Even though this is an independent Mercedes mechanic, you don t feel like you re going to a low-quality mechanic. I highly recommend Clifton Mercedes for your Mercedes service needs. Ryan and team are awesome. They truly care about you and your car. Customer service is top notch. They have top qualified mechanics that can troubleshoot anything. They take the time to listen to issues you may be having with your car and address them. They don't up sell services or parts you don't need. I've been taking my car to them for several years and highly recommend you give them a try. You won't want to go anywhere else.

Trust me, Ryan is like having you own concierge, making your car care needs as convenient as possible.I have found value in this family owned business and do not second guess recommended service or repairs.
