I scheduled a complete pre inspection before purchasing my recent used vehicle I found on Facebook Marketplace. Jacob performed such a thorough job and pointed out all of the issues of vehicle, allowing me more confidence with the negotiation of the purchasing price. I absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. I ended up having the repairs done at Caliber Auto, and now I feel confident with my new vehicle for me and my family to enjoy. Caliber Auto Repair is the best! I ve brought my Acura MDX in on several occasions and the team has always taken such good care of our vehicle. Most recently, I had an issue with the starter system. Sabrina kindly listened to my concerns and then talked me through the steps they planned to take to diagnose the issue as well as when they would offer an update and plan. The team always provides a timeline for the expected repairs and costs and updates in real-time with any snags they hit and is always up-front about what s happening. I trust that they re taking care of my vehicle and I have recommended Caliber to friends/family as I feel confident they are a trustworthy business our family plans to support as long as we drive vehicles they support.

Highly recommend. Very professional and great customer service. Trying to find a reputable company in this day is very hard luckily there is still honest mechanic shops out there. Caliber has earned my business for all my auto repair needs.

I am always sure to bring my car here if for a simple oil change as they will inspect your whole car and give recommendations as other past places would only do the bare minimum. I always appreciate the customer service like I said they go above and beyond! I will keep coming here as they will answer all my questions and concerns. You guys are the best

Had brake grinding, had unit towed into shop. They were able to resurface rotors, installed new pads, and while there, they changed all the fluids as maintenance required. SUPER pleased with my experience. Highly recommend!

Caliber has been my go to maintenance and repair shop for approximately 8 years, many different vehicles foreign and domestic. Jacob and Sabrina are very knowledgeable and have always given me honest and thorough diagnosis and options. Glad I was referred to Caliber 8 years ago.

Thank you so much for being an auto repair shop of honesty and integrity! The new Fox Shocks and front suspension lift on the truck, looks and rides great! And now that all the Mishimoto parts are in for the diesel, I can t wait to see lower EGT s and a decrease in the motor oil and transmission temps. I have been taking both of my cars to Caliber Auto for at least fifteen years. I have never been to an automobile shop with better service including Mercedes dealers. Samantha keeps me in the loop and Jacob always has his technicians do a great job. I cannot say enough about this place. I trust them thoroughly. I know I will get great service and get my car back. We've been coming to Caliber Auto Repair for years, I refuse to go anywhere else.They are honest #1, where other places would just have you continue to come back to fix the same issue, they fix it right the first time.No high pressure to get your business or up sell. They go thru and send you all that they find wrong and/or needs attention with your vehicle. If you can't do it at the time they're ok with it "Come back when you're ready!" I like that on a company.Family owned and operated!Need I say more? Replaced the locked up motor for my moon roof expertly! Even lubed up the runners and did my smog check and I was able to pick up my 1998 Lexus ls400 in 4 hours! So grateful to have it operating again, can't thank you enough - I'll surely be back for regular and any irregular work as well.2x oil changes for the past 8 months, great service as ever, thank you!

Once again they always do the highest quality of work. I live in PB and drive here to have all my work done. They are honest, they work fast and accurately, they really work around your time schedule. I find this rare these days. My Lexus will go another 100,000 miles which means no high car payments which I can spend on other things.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This was my first visit. My brakes were in bad shape. I brought my car in early and they transported me home while they worked on my car. They picked me up before the day's end. My brakes are in great shape now. Caliber was professional, efficient, and friendly. I intend to use them again and recommend them to others. A terrific auto shop!Service: Brakes

Caliber Auto took great care of us when we needed a 2nd opinion on a repair quote. They were able to help us avoid unnecessary costs on parts by conducting a thourough diagnostic, and made sure we understood everything they were doing before we started. We were given options and advice and kept updated along the way. We have a small fleet of vehicles we take here to get serviced regularly. Anytime theres an emergency they go to great lengths to try and make a spot for us. We have never had an issue with a repair.The inspection report they provided to me when I brought in my personal vehicle was comprehensive and very appealing to someone trying to do just the things required to keep their vehicle is decent operation. They didnt try to push me to get unecessary service or bloat the inspection with lots of tiny issues.These folks are fast and efficient with a reasonable price tag. Always come here. I have a 1995 for e250 with a camper top. Needless to say it has some problems sometimes. Trust is hard to gain with mechanics, but this place has gained mine and my husband's trust. We've been here 5 times I believe. They are "our mechanic" while in San Diego. I have been noticing that it takes a little longer to start now, but I don't know if that's an issue?Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I chose this garage based on their participation in RepairPals, their ability to service my extra large van, and their Google reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Their inspection was thorough and included evidential photos to support recommendations. Their prices were reasonable and the service was friendly. They went above and beyond with a few tasks that were definitely not in the job description, and they helped me with them just because they're nice people. The paperwork and service review process were also very thorough. I'll be coming back. Highly recommend!
