Something hit and broke the windshield of my husband's pickup truck.He drives it to work so for safety, he needed it repaired immediately.He checked the Internet and spoke with Tony at Budget Auto Glass and we had an appointment within three hours, not like another place that took three days.Shortly after, Tony called to say that the replacement glass had already arrived and we could come earlier if we wished.We arrived and they began working immediately.Tony spoke with our insurance adjuster personally and took care of everything.Done, and done Right!It's a no frills shop. They get right down to business. Tony does what he says he will do and then goes above and beyond.We believe in supporting the small local shops who are working hard to earn a living. Budget Auto Glass charges a fair price for fine workmanship and same day repair.We are really glad we found Tony and Budget Auto Glass. Thanks Tony! You made our day! Kali and Joe

I came in to fix my front windshield and passenger side mirror. They replaced my windshield on the same day and my mirror when the parts came in only 3 days later (Honda quoted a 6 week lead time, but Tony was able to find the same part and ordered it right away). The service was great and you can t tell there was ever any damage. The price, in my opinion, was very reasonable for the work that was done and I d come back in the future.

Budget Auto Glass is hands down the best experience I ve had with any auto- care business. They were very responsive, friendly, quick, and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services. My rear passenger door window glass was broken and these guys took take of it in 30 minutes!! What an incredible team and business.

I had a rock or something but my windshield and Tony was able to get me in the next day for an amazing deal!! AND had my truck done in 30 minutes. And he was a very nice guy as well.Hopefully I won t need to be back soon, but if I do this is the only place I will come back to!

Tony is a class guy! Honest hardworking family guy! He did a great job to fix my windshield at a great price. On top of that he went above and beyond to fix a little issue with my car. Highly recommend this business!

We had a window that dropped into the door and would not come back up. It re-slipped and Budget Window repair in El Cajon Ca made an appointment for repair the next day. Well quite a story for another day, but the car we tried to retrieve to get us back home and use until window was repaired ended up having a dead battery! We called the shop and explained our problem and they graciously squeezed us into their already very busy day! It turned out a simple fix (window clip had moved) and they so kindly said no charge allowing us to save money and time. Ironically the car spilled coolant while in their driveway (we had just picked it up 35 minutes earlier) and had to zoom back to that shop for correction. There quick work and kindness DEFINITELY rescued 2 damsel s in distress! 5 STAR Service for sure!

Great experience with Budget Auto Glass. Tony saved me!! Car break in on 3/9. ins sent me to a big national company. I was dumb, didn't think I had options! Then last night I was informed they didn't have the glass and cancelled me after I'd waited 10 days!! What to do? Google lists Budget Auto Glass with 5 stars and 330 likes. Called, went down and it was fixed perfectly in less than an hour. AND at half the cost Safelite was charging. Thanks so much Budget Auto Glass

Amazing experience here. Tony really knows his stuff. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He is quick, efficient and honest. Came to get my window regulator and motor replacement and he finished the job with no issues in less then 30 mnutes!!

I had my car broken into at Plaza Bonita mall, where they smashed my window. I contacted Budget Glass /Tony immediately had a replacement available the same day. The start to finish was quick and Tony and team also took the time to vacuum my car to assure there was no more broken glass laying around. A plus service! Thank you Tony and team!!!! Hopefully it won t happen again but will highly recommend you guys!!!!

The owner, Tony was very nice, friendly, and extremely efficient and quick working on my passenger side window that was stuck in the door. His rates were very affordable and gave me a big discount on what everybody else quoted me for the work. Thank you, Tony for being open on Sundays, which nobody else was, and having me in an out in less than an hour. Service: Auto power window repair

These guys are great, great work, fast, fair price, dont even shop anywhere either. Tom F El CajonPS, i read another review in here about someone who was mad because they did not offer estimates over the phone. i own a business and i totally understand how hard it is to give accurate estimates over the phone.anyway these guys are GREAT!

Got my windshield replaced that day I called. Didn t have to even set up an appointment. Called got a estimate right away and quick speedy service. Very friendly and SUPER affordable!!! I had called a different company and got an estimate it would cost me $624 called these guys and it cost me half the price as other competitors!!!! Paid $300, definitely worth it. Would recommend and use them again if I run into anymore issues down the line. I ll be recommending to family and friends!!!! Try them out!

Came in to fix my window after it wouldn t roll up. Tony was amazing. Super friendly and was able to get me in for an appointment. When I got to the shop Tony greeted me and spoke about the issues. Breaking down the price of parts and labor I was looking at. Super transparent and great customer service. Tony had me out of there within 45 mins ! Called at 12 pm asked if he could do my front driver and back driver windows before my son gets out of school at 2 he was done by 1pm I hope I don t have to come back but if I ever have to get a window fixed this is definitely the spot to go the price was good I recommend

If you re looking to get top quality work done right, this is the place to go.Tony was extremely helpful in getting me a quick price, and got me in the same day. You have to bring your ride here. Back window tint replacement went very well today. Finished early and gave me a great price.Earlier this year he did a good job removing the tint on my driver/passenger windows. Thanks Tony!

Window mechanism was broken and needed to be replaced.Originally got an estimate from one of the places my insurance suggested but after passing by I requested an estimate from Budget Auto Glass: about half the estimated cost from the first!Also, within a few days the part was ordered and installed.I appreciate timely work being done well, at an affordable price and highly recommend this business for auto glass. Tony does excellent work!Services: Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto side window replacement

Best shop Auto Glass in town thanks to Tony we came out of town for vacation and had our glass broken and no one else would repair on a weekend but he did thank you Tony!!! Hands down best service in town.
