Had my car serviced here and want to share how exceptional George and the rest of the team were in addressing what needed to get done. They were efficient and got my brakes fixed without any further issues. They will go above and beyond to earn your business.

I went in the other day and got some breaks done to my car and it such a great experience. I always get worried going into auto shops but guys in the front were super helpful and made it such a good experience. I will definitely be back and be a customer for life. George and Joe were so kind and helpful and explained what was wrong with my breaks so I could understand. I was in and out in such a short amount of time. Thank you Broadway auto for your amazing work!

Absolutely horrible owner and experience! My usual mechanic was out of town so I reached out to Broadway Tire & Auto. Joe the owner plays a good game acting like he is a decent, trustworthy person who cares about his customers. But I can promise you that is absolutely not true! And that you will regret going to this shop! Not only did Joe literally LIE to me more than once!! But after spending several hundreds of dollars on a repair. My vehicle came out of his shop with additional issues that were absolutely not present before. I have since had to prepare to take it to my regular mechanic to address the shotty repair job and missing bolts etc. from Joe and his shop. If Joe can send a family out to drive with an unsafe repair. And can look at your family and boldly lie right to your face. Then he is not a decent person and should never be trusted again!! Shame on you Joe!

I entered the service area by mistake, and I didn't like it at all the way they told me to stay back as a customer. I had my first impression. No harm no foul.Then someone approached me and asked if there was anything that I wanted.In short words, I finished my business with the techs, and they called me politely and explained what they did with the car. I was watching them while they were working on the vehicle with caution and a professional attitude. My first impression was wrong. Next time, I will drive to this place if I need anything related to my car.

brought my car in with a check engine light. Within the same day George and the amazing team at Broadway automotive were able to diagnose the issue and get back to me with a follow up call. I was able to pick up my car the following day. Highly recommend Broadway tire and automotive!

I have been bringing my Audi TT to Broadway tire since 2008 ever since I bought it and I still drive it to this day. These guys always keep it professional and the technicians are very knowledgeable. They have reasonable prices but what keeps me from going anywhere else is how much I trust them. I can t trust anyone else with my car because it s not always the easiest type of car to work on and they have maintained it for me all these years without breaking the bank. It s really hard to believe a couple of the bad reviews I read because I can t imagine the guys at Broadway tire would do anything to make their customers upset. As a young women I felt intimidated going to into an auto shop to fix my car. These guys made me feel at ease. Not only were the employees super nice. They also got me in and out in less than an hour. Thank you broadway tire you guys are the best.

I had a great experience here I had no appointment came in for an alignment. Staff was super friendly and got me right in even though they were busy. They did the repair and showed me another issue that I could work on later but wanted me to be aware of it. They were not pushy and did not try to upsell me at all. Very nice and honest people I will definitely use them again and refer my friends.

Amazing mechanics! Joe always calls me if the price needs to be reevaluated before he moves forward, He never gives me a run around, and I will always recommend him and his shop to anyone that needs car help. Re-returning customer and will be as long as I'm in the San Diego area!

It isn't so much about 'who to trust' as I am sure there are many shops that are trustworthy. This place was referred to me though many life long friends, many of whom have been cheated at one time in their life. Here, like other places, your estimate is presented to you, but don't worry because Joe will help you through the tough decisions. And, he is so honest that he warrantied a pricey job that went bad due to a hidden complication. If you are in need and cannot pay for the job, there is financing through a third party.

Be aware of Joe working there! I rarely write reviews but this time I feel it s necessary to share how dishonest that guy is! I brought my van there last week, to get an alignment, and fix the ac. Joe called me to authorized the ac service for $450 parts and labor. I told him to go ahead and do it. At that time, he told me he did the alignment and rotated the tires back to front, he noticed that front brakes were 10%. I told him I will have my husband change the brakes. While replacing the brakes we discovered the lug nuts were seriously over torqued. One of the lug nuts bolt was so damaged that it has to be replaced. A couple days later, my husband decided to pass by their shop to ask if they could help with the lug bolt. Joe said bring the van in the morning, will look it up. I thought great! at the same time, I will let him diagnose what s going on with the warning light on. We came this morning to drop the van off. As soon as JOE saw me walking in, he start yelling at me, saying that he never rotated the tires and he is not going to fix anything! He also said he never inspected my brakes! What he didn t know is, I was dropping it off to give those guys more business. He never let me talked and everything he said was a lye!.I will take my business somewhere else. I have been 30 years in customer service and this is not the way you treat customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I called to see if they would install 8 spark plugs that I had for my 95 Ford f150.They told me that theydon't want to , i ask if they were to supply the plugs if they could do the job ? Was told that they didn't want to work on older vehicles .EXCUSES !!!Called Roy Wheeler's automotive on Greenfield Drive.No problem excellent attitude and work .In this case I give WHEELER 5 STARS.

My sister and I have brought our cars here for years. George and joe always take care of us and make us feel comfortable. Whenever I don t understand what they need to do they walk me in the shop area and show me what is going on. 30 years you been around ? Came in with steering going to the right and they charged me straight forward for an alignment I DIDN T need. All you had to do is an inspection and tell me what really needs to be done for something like 30$ but instead your selling 90$ alignments to those who don t even need it done??Horrible lying mechanics, never coming back 0 stars!!Service: Wheel alignment

What a wonderful experience. Can't believe I'm saying that about an auto mechanic. Took my car in right before they closed for a wheel alignment and balance (for like $80) and he pointed out the inside of my front tires were dangerously worn down. He didn't have time so he recommended another tire shop because he I told him I lived an hour away. He could of said come back tomorrow and I'll sell you some tires but he put my saftey first. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a fair auto service.

WARNING This shop charge me $95 to ?inspect? any issues with my AC. And another $50 to add freeze. 20 min later they call me saying Hey everything is fix, good to go no problems found. Well AC still making noice and if they did an inspection they would ve seen leaking on my floor from clogged condensation hose now my carpet all wet. NEVER AGAIN I TRUST THIS SHOP. The 1 star is for the call back.Service: Air conditioning

I was fortunate enough to find this place with knowledgeable and capable mechanics. They are transparent about what the issues are and the different options available to fix them. I felt completely at ease having them service my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I was worried about my brakes and the horrible noise they were making but George and team were able to identify the issue and explain the fix to me. Wonderful service and very prompt.

I am so very very glad I came across this establishment . I am a single mother and Covid has hit me in all ways and I have a Lot of work to get done on my car..no other option!..I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to save my car or my job! I was quoted at another auto shop and was devastated on prices. I thought I was done. I asked around and this spot was HIGHLY recommended. My mother pointed me towards this spot because she had recently got over $2000 worth of work done on her van and was very satisfied with the Amazing Service Joe and his staff provided. I am also now a very pleased and happy customer, I mean he kind of saved my life. I am truly grateful and will be headed to get more work done ASAP! My alignment was so bad I white-knuckled it all the way to their shop. They immediately went to work on my car and showed me that unfortunately the inner half of the two front tires had no tread depth whatsoever (I waited too long to bring it in). There was also a bolt that was so loose an accident was imminent. So thankful for their friendly and competent service. Joe is the best!

I was fortunate enough to find this place through a smog coupon. They re great! I went back for an oil change, and they saved my brake rotors. I had forgotten that I needed to have my brakes serviced. I liked that they showed me on my car the broken items so I was sure they were telling the truth about needed repairs and not just trying to sell me something.The waiting room is spacious with a ping pong table, and the owner is very friendly and kind. Prices were reasonable for smog, synthetic oil change, brakes, and air filter. There s ample parking and they re dog friendly too! Many of my neighbors also recommend them on Nextdoor. Thank you, you guys rock!

Great service friendly people. Had brakes done on my car then we took the truck in for service. The check engine light came on it was a misfiring from the plug that had fluid in the cylinder. A bit pricey for this work but they fixed the problem I'm happy. Also had a missing wheel cover for the tires on the car and Joe replaced all 4 wheel covers to match. That's awesome service. Thank you Joe for your consideration you have a great team as well. Freddi

All the men that work there were so considerate...even with the covid policy they didn't have me wait outside in the heat. They offered me a seat inside, some water, and took the time to show me what was wrong with my brakes. I would highly recommend this place. They have reasonable prices and have excellant customer service.
