Glen is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Talked to me straight, not like a lot of mechanics who can be a bit condescending sometimes. Responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Brought in two older 2-stroke jet-skis and they run like new at a fair price.

Brought my Banshee in for some Carb work, A- Arms, and an axel. Glen and Tony were extremely knowledgeable and honest. The mechanics work is spot on. Great place!! Highly recommend!

I've used this place twice, and both times they failed to have my bike done on time. This last time I dropped my bike off for an oil change and brake work on a thursday so they could work on it over a non-holiday weekend. I told them I needed it first thing monday morning, it's my only vehicle, I even offered to pay extra. I walked 10 blocks this morning and missed an hour of work to pick my bike up and they hadn't even touched it. No phone call, nothing, just wasted time. The poor kid who opens up shop didn't even know what to tell me except sorry as he handed me back my keys. Meanwhile, RP Racing over a block told me that if I put it in today, they could have it tomorrow.

I saw the store staff literally assault a customer and beat him up after he came to replace a bad tire they sold to him a day before. If that wasn't enough, the store owner showed up and threatened the customer for calling 911 to report the incident! Terrible business.
