The owner was really nice and helped me out very fast and efficiently with a smile on his face. very knowledgeable about cars and overcame all the complications that came with my car. if you ever have a problem, this is the guy yoi want to see.

This place is awesome, plain and simple. First time I showed up in a panic on a Saturday evening, just before closing time, because my "drive" was not working on my transmission and I was driving around in second gear trying to find some place open that would look at my car on a holiday weekend. These guys checked it, found the problem, but because it was a holiday weekend they could not fix it until Tuesday. So Tuesday, early afternoon, they called and said it was ready, had to replace some sensor. Picked my car up, cost was very reasonable and transmission works fine ever since. Then last night, while leaving work, my car started and shortly after the check engine light came on. Showed up at this shop at 9 am , without an appointment, told them the issue I was having, they checked it, identified the problem and they drove me home,,,called me about 10:45 am , said it was done, and were on their way to pick me up. Cost was very reasonable. I will never take my car any where else again. I cannot say enough great things about this place. All these guys were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They take the fear and stress out of auto repairs. I totally trust and love these guys. Thank you guys for the great work you have done on my car.

Amazing service as always, never had a problem with them, the two brothers will have you in and out in no time, they never overcharge like many places out there. They genuinely want your car in the best possible shape. If you want a great mechanic this is the place to go.

The best mechanic in East County! Very friendly and competent folks. I've been taking my cars to them for years. I recommend them ! You will not be disappointed.

Arctic Automotive is awesome. I had them do a head gasket on my 85 4runner as well as the drive axles on my wifes toyota corolla. They did excellent work on both and the cost was much better than I could of done anywhere else. I will not use anybody else

Rude customer service on the phone. I called and asked them if they could so service on my car and they hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor shop!! Will not fix your car!! Will have to return to the shop for problems that they didn't fix right the first time!! A waste of time and money!!
