Emerald Cove is a home away from home for me. There are a lot of amenities, including a club house, a general store, miniature golf coarse, multiple pools and and hottubs around a nice bar/ snack bar and a great beach. My only complaint is that lack of coffee available in the morning for unprepared travelers such as myself. The store and the bar don't open till 8:00 and I need coffee earlier than that. Regardless, I recommend Emerald Cove to friends and co-workers all of the time.

Great Member Resort the price for this and 10 other locations is very affordable. Well worth your money if you like to travel and vacation in your RV. The people here are very friendly and the food is good if you don't want to cook for yourself. The hot tub and pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on weekends. The Tiki bar has a lot of fun and they do karaoke every evening at 5:00 p.m.

First time I came here I loved it. My mom bought a time share here and as part of the package she could add us. 2nd time we came we were downgraded, but we still enjoyed it here. This time we brought my grandson who is 2, we knew he would love the burros, accept now they have fenced them out and have security posted at the gate area to keep them out. Very disappointing! Went to the kids zone and they said they had no activities for younger children. While the adult pool was nice and warm, the children's isn't heated, so not child friendly. Now we were told we would have to pay because our membership is expired and there is no weekly rate. We were put into a trailer that was very small and all but 1 window had been paneled over. The Luke warm water wasn't enough to get fully wet before running out. It rained the last 2 days and unfortunately the drainage is in the center of the park so we had to wade through water to get to our door and park in the road because our car sank in the mud. I would be afraid to see where they put us next, so there won't be a next time.

The resort is starting to age and perhaps not as graceful as one might expect. One issue that surfaced was a faulty pedestal 30 amp service. The receptacle burned and melted my 50 amp to 30 amp pigtail. The maintenance individual, (David), was exceptional in his attitude and pride of workmanship and repaired our electricity at 21:00 hours. All personal we dealt with are cheerful and courteous. The reason for 3 stars is that aging facilities need attention!

Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. The campsites where the employees live look like hoarder's nests. You will likely catch a disease from any of the 3 public bathhouses, which are also full of giant spiders. You can tell they haven't been cleaned, because the drains are full of hair and the walls have been written on in chalk, which has not been washed away. The showerheads and faucet valves need to be replaced because water leaks all over the floor at a constant trickle. Bathrooms by the pool are just a total disaster: sink in women's room is not even attached to the wall, water lines are free dangling underneath & attached to nothing, the toilet wobbles, and an uneven door gets lodged shut & is hard to open. No poolside music??? Not even on weekends??? Billiards room has tiny child sized pool sticks and again, no music or speakers! Drastically overpriced for the complete & utter lack of care being given to ANY of the facilities. For this price, the park needs to have music, pizzazz and themed decor, functional and safe bathroom utilities, and high grade CLEANLINESS. Overall extremely dingy, outdated, unkempt, blandly decorated, and falling apart. For being named Emerald Cove, absolutely nothing here is painted green, everything is some awful shade of beige. Staff are friendly enough. Moderately good spot on the river for views and activities. Plenty of space between campsites and not overcrowded. Pet friendly.

good place the trailer driver use to plug in our unit witch helped us camper so much because it take the refrigerator a few hours to get cool but they don't do that anymore. Only answer you ever get is DUE to Corvid bull. The patio chair in the bar some went to metal and there small sits and hard for us seniors it can't be a money things.

Hi my name is Nolin (13 Years Old)me and my family have been going here for years and sometimes we even get river sick (the need to go to the river) sometimes when we get homeWe have been going to Emerald Cove for longer than my mom and I have been alive and I would just like to share after years and years of experience and great spots to go and the pros/cons in this wonderful paradise.Part 1: (Good Spots) if you truly want to get the full river experience you need to have the right spots so here are my suggestions1) if you want to go swimming but it s to cold go to the doggy river in the back right of the resort it s much warmer2) if you would like to go to the jump spot named Keith s cove you should go on the trail next to the doggy park behind the cots (or cabins) BE CAREFUL THERE IS A LOT OF DONKEY CRAP ON THE TRAIL3) The best placed RV s are on the right side of the resort4) instead of going to the sand bar next to the casino go to one of the mini islands there are many and they will have either flat soft sand, big rocks most likely with craw fish underneath, or tons of clam shells. Plus it s a lot more private5) if you want to go fishing I wouldn t there WAS a deadly parasite in the water it s no longer there but just to be safe (April 18, 2024)6) the best snack at the river are the dehydrated skittles at the pool shop7) if you want the most tickets at the arcade play the bowling game8) the best food place on the water is the pirates den9) the best food at the pirates den is their bacon burgers10) if you want a cheaper drink go to the arcade and buy one it s cheaper than the pool store11) during the night the best most relaxing thing to do is sit by the river with a chair, put your toes in the sand, and listen to the specific song called Leave The Night On by Sam HuntPart 2: (Cons)1) They don t have the correct budget to clean very well so CHECK THE MATTRESSES!!!Part 3: (pros)1) mini golf course is fun2) arcade has great staff and games3) amazing staff4) amazing people willing to make friends(the other people at the resorts)5) great heated pool6) doggy park7) cool trails8) ok RV s (making this after the remodel )9) donkeys!10) the rvs in the back have live TVSincerely Nolin.

I tried booking a couple night stay at this resort. I received a call saying you can't just book, but if you sit through a 45 minute presentation you can stay for free and get a free membership for 1 year.We didn't want to do that. We live too far away to utilize a membership like that.Sam, called and wanted to verify that we were coming. I told her we were not interested in sitting through a sales pitch and it just wasn't worth it to us.She got really defensive, mean and insulting. Basically calling me stupid for refusing to come in. I ended up hanging up on her. What a terrible system where they berate and insult you if you don't want to sit through their sales pitch.

Another great visit, food prices went up a few bucks as was expected with today's price of tea in China. Lol! Pool and bar had some evening work going on to maintain it.

This is a membership RV resort. They have trailers to rent for guests of members who visit without an RV for themselves. It's very nice, on the river, boat launch, pools, game rooms, mini golf, pickle ball courts, laundromat, small grocery store, tiki bar. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because our RV spot had big ruts in the gravel eventhough there are groundskeepers driving by all day, and we never got to play mini golf because the course was so littered with leaves and tree bits. We were guests of members and had a wonderful time.

This location in the Colorado River is easy to dock & enjoy lunch. Plenty of burger & fries for all. Service was quite good and with a smile. We shall return.

Just a Lovely Campground next to the Colorado River with Super Helpful and Friendly People and More Activities available than I would have expected!!Additionally, when a wind storm was forecasted that would hamper my travel plans, they were super helpful in extending my stay!!Bonus entertainment provided by the Wild Burros who apparently believe they own the place . I'll definitely be back in the near future!!

Family fun year round. Note, this is a private RV campground and a membership is required. I was invited after purchasing my travel trailer. My wife and I did have to listen to their sales pitch but it was worth the stay. This place is huge so you can ride bicycles or golf carts to get around quicker or get plenty of steps in. 2 swimming pools and 2 spas/hot tubs. The pools are heated for year round use. They have a boat loading ramp for all your water toys. The fun keeps going with 18 holes of mini gulf, an arcade, areas for throwing horse shoes, basketball and pickleball courts. Pet friendly with 2 dog run areas. Now for the RV experience, they have hundreds of spaces. I think they told me 800 spaces. Not all spaces have 50 amp hookups. In fact the majority are 30 amp hookups so make sure to ask. Also, there is a store to buy food, ice, clothes, RV and auto supplies. If you don't feel like cooking a meal, they have a restaurant/bar. The menu is small but they have beer on tap! There are 2 cons in my opinion which is why I only gave 4 stars. First is that there is no cell phone reception here and the free WiFi is not great either. I was able to stream Netflix at night but other streaming apps would buffer. Second, there was a smell of sewage around and seemed to linger around most of the camp ground. All the campers advised us to use a water filter for the RV as the water is not the best and has lots of calcium. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend checking it out.

I m writing this in hopes I get management s attention and they address this to avoid issues in the future. My complaint about Emerald Cove is the inconsistent messaging provided regarding their policy for receiving mail from the USPS for RVers. I called prior to our stay and a woman told me they accept mail from the USPS for RVers at the main office and it would be held just for a day or two. They after we arrived I read in their brochure that they don t accept mail for RVers. So I went to the Sales office and a lady told me the mail would be delivered to the main office or to the store and held for a day or two at most. So after I received a notice from the USPS that the delivery of a piece of mail addressed to me at Emerald Cove park was attempted but refused, I went to member services and the lady said they don t accept mail for RVers! So now I have to drive to the Earp Post office and hope I get track down my mail before it gets sent back to the sender. Please educate all the staff on your policy to avoid unhappy customers in the future!

Don't count on the tiki bar...often is closed! No food. Not serving. At crazy times. Like dinner. So just know ahead of time. No phone to see if open before wasting your time!

The place is old not well kep, the sales man looked like bum and got mad when I said I wanted to think before I bought in, It's a mud hole when it rains the bar has a kid that is great at holding up the counter. The sales man said it is a gated community but there are no gates he must be blind over all the place sucks, I talked to the manager today he said it sounds like all I was doing is making excuses for r not buying in

Love the park, had the unpleasant visit of meeting the Mgr, Tim. He was arrogant and making rude assumptions. If he stays in his hole, the park is otherwise very nice.

No wifi internet, gave it 4 stars because of that. In the rooms you don't get good signal. I have both AT&T and Verizon Phones. I got the rooms mainly for that purpose. But nevertheless it was still a great experience. Professional staff, didn't have high expectations. For what it is, it's good for the price. Stayed there when it was 105 outside. Made my wife's river experience better with A/C and showers.

Great place to stay. A few things could definitely be improved! But overall great!Pros:The kids club and staff are amazing! The arcade and mini golf is a ton of fun.The security staff, super friendly!Cons:It's super dusty. The temperature in all the buildings are kept way too high! The office staff/employees not the nicest. The promo deal that gets you into the park is a bit of a scam.

I have been a member for about 28 years. I agree a lot has changed some good, and some things are not so good, but that comes with being a member of an RV Park, so if you want it quiet, then stay home. I love the atmosphere, love the craziness, and meeting people from everywhere. My children have been coming since they were baby's & toddlers & now they are bringing their baby's and toddlers. We love it here.

Friends have a membership here. Absolutely loved it. They have these amazing bronze statues of burrows and Rams when you come in. Very large place. Apparently they have both 50 amp and 30 amp or whatever hookups for RVs. They have even little tiny cabins for rent. They have a tiki bar and kids corner, a little mini golf area and like a clubhouse or community center for events. Need a place to park your RV right on the river this could definitely be a place to go. Want to park your RV near a river I would do it here. Had a great time poolside all weekend long. Drinks are a little late on the alcohol content side but that just meant I could have more of the tasty drinks without being buzzed. Food was fairly reasonable and plentiful for the cost. Wasn't bad at all. I would go again.
