I bought a package of 10 resorts for 6 years for about $7,500. If you use it, you will love it. Because you have so many choices. You can stay in many of the resorts for months which will get you out of the winters if you live up north like I do.Playground: The whole place is a playground, especially if you're an adult.Restrooms: Restrooms are clean and well kept.Dog-friendliness: Lots of dogs. Everybody has them on leashes.

Beautiful park right on the Colorado River. Wild burros come through daily, and the scenery is lovely. A couple of reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: It is fairly noisy, and they definitely have a drainage issue, where rainfall just sits in the streets for days, causing a muddy mess.

Had a great 5 days celebrating a friend's 56th Birthday w/family and friends on the Colorado River Of course, the stay at Emerald Cove RV Resort wouldn't be complete without seeing these beautiful wild burros (donkeys) at our campsite.Playground: This park is family/kid friendly and has resources for kids.Restrooms: Restrooms available for guests, includes showers.Dog-friendliness: This park is dog friendly.

Hi guys , so we went to spend the weekend in Julien at K.Q. RANCH because we purchased an RV and they let us go there for2 nights for free.We had a meeting with the team from there and they explain us how good and awesome is to have a membership with them .They told us that if we have the membership we can go to any of their locations without waiting for months to book , we can go right away because we re members and we have so many benefits and they have even a place in Yosemite (base lake )which I thought is cool and is a nice place .So we did a membership and went back home .After few weeks we called and we wanted to go at this location ( base lake ) in Yosemite and they told us we have TO WAIT 3 MONTHS SO WE CAN GO THERE ..So we said ok let s wait three months AFTER 1.5 MONTHS WE HAD A CALL FROM THEM SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT IN PARTENERSHIP WITH COLORADO RIVER ADVENTURES ANYMORE .So we had to CANCEL our trip .SO YOU PAY FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP AND YOU DONT HAVE ANYWHERE TO GO IF YOU DONT DO AHEAD of TIME LIKE REGULAR BOOKING .SO I TRIED TO TALK TO THEM , because is not like they promised and we pay money for nothing .They didn t want to talk to me , they were rude and they never pick up the phone if you need help .I tried to call for payments to pay by phone or other resons and nothing for months .Costumer service is bad and they don t care about you !!My recomandtion is to have nothing to do with them , we regret that we signed up !

Well finally have decent Wifi in campground. We were assigned a spot someone else was in. Had to drive with RV up to the front because the maintenance guy did not want to help. Then the spot we went into the electrical post had to be repaired. Bar prices have increased a lot. Happy hour beer domestic $10.75. Well they do pay California min wage. Increase to $20.hr April. Sure glad I do not own here. Rpi member.Restrooms: Old but they workDog-friendliness: Dog park. You can walk thru park as long as pup is on leash.

We were misled and lied to about our private membership. We were also charged money for services we never used on top of our monthly payment. When we contacted customer service we were told several times we would be contacted on these matters and never were. We stopped paying and refused to pay the extra they were charging us and now it's on our credit. This company had done this to several people I know. We are disputing and have still as of last week tried to contact them and left messages with no response. Beware people

Well here it is 3 years and finally got hold of the account felt. Here is what they said if we pay for the two years we were trying to get rid of this membership in the amount of 722. And we send a letter that has been notarized before thec15th of January or there will be more charges. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS GROUP.I have call the last 2 years to cancel this membership. We get no call back except to upgrade. REALLY. We have health problems we are have no trailer now. We tried to write got no where sent e mail got no where.. My first husband and I were members since the 1980's. The last time I was there they put me by the toilet and washers and dryers. They made you fell like since you only had a 20 foot brand new trailer and not a 40 foot you were not worth the time. Nothing has been upgraded years but still they sell. They promise you the moon and don't deliver sad......

Colorado River Adventures has been a great experience! The resort is gorgeous with many ammentities right next to the Colorado River. The views are beautiful. They have a great spot to cool off at with 2 pools, one kiddie pool and one spa. We also experienced a wonderful presentation with Sierra Beaver. She was very personable, friendly, and informative. If anyone reading this review is interested in this resort definitely reach out to Sierra. We would definitely come back again.

Seems like no matter how early I try to make a reservation, it's already booked. Customer service is non existent. I have left messages, sent emails and made endless phone calls. Response. I regret falling for the trap! I wish I could give them negative stars.

We purchased almost 2 years ago to this day all office staff have been unfriendly and unprofessional. They have hung up on me and my husband. I wish I would have known before purchasing. Looking to cancel.

We tried this place having no idea what it was. It is a private, members only camp ground on the Colorado River, California side. Possibly it's new it's pretty desolate very few trees lots of gravel. Employees in the bar are very nice. There is a swimming pool jacuzzi, basketball court, putt putt golf, and you are right on the river. There is even an arcade and playground for kids. There are lots of things to do. The bathrooms however leave a lot to be desired. We went in for the sales pitch and it is a buy Right now situation. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. appointment was at 9:00 a.m. we had not even had the opportunity to look at the park. The salesperson said that he would give us the day and I could contact him the next morning. I texted him twice to ask a few more questions. We were seriously considering buying a membership because they have several parks and they're part of Coast to Coast. I never heard back from him so I guess that answers it for us. Not necessarily pleased with that part of our experience.

Love the locations that we have been to, but it is so difficult to reach anyone to make a reservation or even make my payment. Even calling during their business hours and they close early so you can t reach them. Really wish I would have known before joining.

My friend and I stayed a couple nutes in a newly remodeled Salem trailer. Being on the water was great , much appreciated Then we took off each day for BLM trails, 80 miles worth in 2 days Great place, food at the bar was great. They have pool and a spa. Park was clean. Not too many burros

My review is for pre sales, like most we got a call from these folks after buying an rv. Sounds too good to be true, maybe. I didn t get that far. Scheduled my trip and then after reading reviews on Yelp for this company and the resort we were going to stay at I called and canceled with chuck. Now chuck was nice and informative, but when I canceled and explained that I didn t feel comfortable going after the reviews he said there will be leaders and there will be followers and then hung up on me.That alone has told me I made the right choice I m not wasting my time.

Great in October!Mostly retired folks like us. We went because the Grandkids had their Fall Break. So the Brother in law and I went up ahead of time to get set up, and do some fishing/scouting.Fishing was pretty bad, but caught a bass, and hooked into a big carp that broke the leader. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going in Oct next year, too.

This company really cuts corners. For 2 hours of your time they give you nothing they promised. You have to literally keep track of your gas receipts for MONTHS, for just $200, it may take upto 8 months before you see the rebate! . The Yeti they offer has to mailed in as a rebate. WASTE OF TIME!
