Got studded tires taken off and swapped for new tires we got on Facebook marketplace. Price was $80. Cheaper than anywhere else I could get. Technician took the time to diagnose a leak he noticed as the power steering pump. I ve used Dunsmuir Tire a few times through the years and always had a good experience.

I called ahead to ask if I could get some air in the tires of my minivan after a frustrating morning of hunting around, only to find other tire stores closed and broken gas station air hoses. The phone went to voicemail but I received a call back within a few minutes. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and it was clear that this business has a high level of customer service.

I was stranded on Interstate 5, luckily the flat tire was discovered at the lookout so I was in a safe place. AAA quickly got me in touch with a terrific Tow Operator who loaded up my vehicle and took it to Dunsmuir Tire. Although they were closed for the night, they had a drop box for keys. Working with them was so smooth! By noon the next day I was safely on my way. They went out of their way to pick me up at the motel I stayed in. Thanks, Mary! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Competitive pricing, and absolutely the best customer service you could ask for.There are several tire shops closer to my home, but I drive past them to have Tony and his crew service our cars.While you are waiting, it's a short walk to the Bee Kind Bakery, across the street from the AmTrak station. Also worth the visit.

Me and my sister were traveling home and had a bad tire. I was greated by Tony with a firm handshake and a smile. He was super helpful, informative and worked with us to solve our problem at a fair price. Thank You Dunsmuir Tire!!!

These guys were great! Picked up a screw at some point on I-5 approaching Dunsmuir. We found them online on the road as the tire was losing air. When we showed up, they took care of the problem right then and there. In 20 minutes they had the tire patched and we were back on the road to our final destination. They were friendly and efficient and I'll never be able to say enough good things about them. THANK YOU!

Had a major tire problem 4 instock he would be ready the next morning called the next day he told he sold them left us in a big jam they never said sorry just kiss my. So we went back found Point S Tile GREAT PEOPLE SAVED $100 and did not ask us for cash only

This tire shop is absolutely wonderful. We were on a long trip home up to North Idaho when my SUV started vibrating badly on the freeway. This shop fit me in on a total last minute notice and assessed the situation immediately. They found my rear wheel to be studs snapped due to the last mechanic (at another shop) not tightening the lug nuts. So scary. So they immediately checked all the rest of the wheels. Steve was super friendly and expressed a lot of knowledge, care, and concern for our safety. I appreciate everyone at the shop for helping keep my family safe on our long journey home. I also appreciated the friendly front desk girl.

Tony went out of his way to help my boss, Karl who was traveling from San Francisco with a heavy load and one of his tires blew out. Tony had the right size tire and wheel and replaced it for me. He also checked all the other tires and replaced another tire that needed it and repaired the that needed attention. Thanks to Tony Karl was safely on his way to Portland OR. Karl appreciates the kindness and care Tony showed him and is safely home.Service: Tires

Excellent service! Tony personally took the time to introduce himself and knowing we were traveling through to Spokane immediately assessed the situation and begin work on my car despite being completely full. Unbelievable service! We need more businesses with this work ethic.

I was traveling and got a flat tire. They were able to get me back o the road quickly, but after thinking about it they never told me how bad the bad tire was. They put a new tire on it, but could the old tire have been patched?

Great service. Had an appointment for alignment. They were pretty busy and told us it would be about an hour, which it was. Fair price. The mechanic who worked on it (didn't catch his name, but he was bald and had a beard) came into the lobby at the end to tell us that our fan clutch needed to be replaced, which was a cool thing to do. Also, Tony was super friendly and answered our questions happily even though it was evident just how busy they were. Really pleased and will go return.

Very smooth and professional. I arrived in Dunsmuir with the left rear losing pressure again and again. I called these guys and they took me in immediately and took care of the problem. There was a nail in the tire and they fixed it in no time.Be sure to contact them if you have tire needs.

Needed chains to get through I5 and the nice lady at Valero didn't have my size, so she sent me down the road. They had my size and got me in and out in 10 minutes, and even took the time to demonstrate how to put them on right. Very grateful for their service.

Saved us after our wiper flew off. Unexpected service for being so busy. Had us on the road with what looked to them such a minor issue. If we hadn't stopped we would not have cleared the snow storm.

Tony took great care of us when we needed it, on the road, with two old tires that started to wear badly on a road trip. SO GLAD we found Tony and his great little tire shop. He took one look, figured out what we needed, and in 45 minutes we were on our way down Interstate 5 with two new tires and one huge problem solved. Great experience -- thanks tons, Tony!

Great Customer service! Even though the shop was super busy this morning, they got me in and out within 15 min. We bought a tire from them and brought in my rim for our M5. Great shop, wish there were more like them. I had just purchased an old classic car and traveling through with a significant road vibration. Tony the Tire Whisperer knelt down in front of a wheel and closed his eyes. The wind stopped. Birds stopped. Silence fell upon the forest.He stood up and showed me flat spots I had - on all four tires. It was hard for me to see them but it explained why the car shook at speed even after having wheels balanced at another shop.Bottom line: these guys were VERY helpful and were calling everyone around to find the obscure tire sizes I needed.
