The only important thing in a truckstop for me is clean shower- this place is clean enough for me. Also, there s food options 24/7 including maybe Wendy s (not sure if 24/7).

Told to move at 1am and as soon as I moved, someone else parked in same spot anyway.. ended up driving 4mph so I wouldn't violate DOT HOS until 2am looking for a spot to park off property.. get there before 6pm if you want to find parking.

I was not here 5 minutes. I got out of the truck that gave me a ride, went around front to drop my bag and go in for a beverage and Rueben the Manager tells me I need to leave. I told him he is treating me with the same discriminate attitude he probably uses on drunk disrespectful travelers and I am not that way and he said he wasn't being discriminate and asked me to leave the property. Couldn't even buy a beverage without being wrongfully judged cause I have a backpack, and a piece of cardboard in my hand, doesn't matter that nothing is written on the cardboard, and it's intent is for posting my destination for drivers on the onramp to see; not to ask for money. United States is becoming quite a sad state of states

The parking lot in this pilot is tight. They have an rv island for rv fueling but it was closed (see picture). If you are longer than 25 feet and towing anything beware of getting stuck with no turn around. They offer a 5 cent discount for good sam travelers and some pilot perks. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.

The good...Pilot are great for getting gas and fast food. The restrooms are clean and many truck drivers stop here for showed.the cashier keep things moving so you are not gathering close to others.The bad...Things like everywhere are over priced. The trash cans are overflowing.

Parking is tight but Ive always been able to fit. I would've given 5 stars but they dont enforce the parking. You got people parking next to the red curb in the reserve section. Also people making thier own spots at the end of the middle spots. Also fuel islands are clogged up with drovers that just really dont care about the person behind them. They will sit at an idel pump forever. Hey pilot thats cutting into your bottom line. I have left hear and drove up to Loves on many occasions to get fuel. Just something to think about. Down in socal they are having trucks towed off those lots if its sitting in the red or blocking up the fuel islands. 1 or 2 trucks and word will get out.

Their Shower room is freezing cold, they don't turn on their heater during cold weather! Strong blowing cold air is coming out of the vent! And the water coming out of the shower head is not as strong as the other Pilot Flying J truck stop.

In a word? Wow, go out of your way to stop here. Almost more staff than customers. Clean, neat and courteous employees. Wendy's has friendly staff and clean tables. Quick turn on orders too.

Just dirty and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were the grossest I've seen at any pilot or love's. Also, ordered a double cheeseburger at the Wendy's and got a chicken sandwich.

Location is about the only thing this place has going for it. It is an OK place for our first bathroom stop northbound when we don't need gas. My wife likes the Cinnabon and I'm ok with the roller dogs...although they give me indigestion about 100 miles later.But southbound as our last stop at which we get gas, it is a frustrating nightmare. As others have mentioned, the parking lot is small and tight, and the gas islands are only one pump each side. On most occasions, the card readers don't work, or the printers are out of paper or OOC.� This last time, three of the eight main pumps were broken, as well as the entire stand-alone trailer pull-thru island. Then, once I finally got up to a "working" pump, the card reader was broken.Going to look for a different place to stop southbound before getting onto I-505.

Stopped for gas for the bike on the way back from the Road Trip restaurant. Was clean and easy in and out.

Cheep gas and good place to take a break from traveling on I5. It does have a Wendy's inside to grab a bite to eat. Also, it serves pizza by the slice for a good price. It does have showers here that are clean for 18 bucks. If you ask one of the truckers that fill up here if they have a free shower on their card, they might just let you have it as they get a free one every 60 gallons they fill up. So don't be afraid to ask if you are in need of one!

Appreciate the fruit & sandwiches by the cashier. Friendly service and quick too. There is a variety of fresh cup options, such as pepperoni & cheese, boiled eggs, & a couple fruit options. This one has Wendy's right in the store.

It's clean enough. Less truck bays. Always too busy to get food.Washrooms usually have almost no tp. Premium wifi has not worked / connected in the parking lot the last 2months I've come thru. Shame.

Stayed the night came in the morning to grab something to eat the lady at the counter didn't greet me asked for biscuits and gravy the biscuits seem hard I asked her are they hard nobody wants to pay for hard biscuits she said I don't know and drops it back in the container in which it sounded hard so I asked for eggs and tater tots with a side of gravy and she had a lot of attitude because of what I asked for you guys should work on your customer service when it comes to drivers who spend their hard earned money to keep you employed

Good place to fuel. Has a Wendy's restaruant. Young lady working there named Carolina was wonderful. Lots of parking, showers, and all kinds of snacks.

I shouldn't even waste your time cause you know what I'm going to say...The 12/$12 chicken wings really means " how about some pizza or deep fried burritos or Wendy's lol.I already knew that but wanted to have fun.There's an excellent Mexican joint around the corner who sometimes run out of tacos but always has chicken wings

Frequent this stop a lot. Use it as a pit stop on our way to and from Redding, CA. Gas is some of the cheapest around, but the islands are usually busy. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of stalls. Many food options to choose from, a Cinabon, Wendy's, Pilot's own hot items. There is a Denny's that just opened next door too. Plenty of drink options too, fountain drinks, Icees, or from the fridge. Plus if you have your own cup you can fill it with ice for free, I love the small pellet ice they have. Enjoy stopping here and recommend to others.

As with most truck stops / fuel centers, they were busy. Plenty of guests. Restrooms were plentiful and clean. Lots of merch. They have it all. You can shower there as well, for a fee. Got my snacks, gassed up, another successfully refuel trip.

Horrible place to buy pizza, ordered the whole vegetarian Pizza as they never sell vege slices , it turned out half cooked. Green peppers and mushrooms been poured on top of the cheese and out of the can or been left in the water for a long time. Horrible wet taste with no crunch. Could not even finish one slice and have been vomitting. Rest is gone in the bin Don't know who to complain to.

They advertise "The best coffee on the Interstate" and I must agree! Especially if you try the single brew machine. It grinds the coffee fresh and brews it one cup at a time! No plastic pods and they have Organic options.

Wow is all I can say. Haily is such a rude person. I bought some air freshener for my truck. She rings me up doesn't say anything to me. She's to busy talking to the other girl about Mexican milk and how sweet it is and it can't be good for you. Then she hands me my stuff and says bye. What a rude little snot! Where did she learn customer service skills? She needs to go back and try it again or find someone to teach her some.

I come through here all the time as a pit stop on I5. Tonight around 8pm was quite disappointing though. Bathroom that are usually pretty clean, were unkept. And took quite a while just to be rang up for my items at the register. There were 4 employees up there when I got in line. 1 person helping another customer with hot food. But the other 3 having idle conversation while I watched and slowly 1 by 1 they walked away from the counter and passed me holding my items waiting to pay. Only after all 3 of them were gone , did the other cashier ,who had already been busy when I walked up, handle my transaction. Seems the other 3 cared more about their conversation than doing their job. This one bad experience won't stop me from coming back. Also to note this happened in about 5mns time. Not an absurd amount of time, but when traveling up and down the interstate, keeping stops as short as possible helps get where you are going in a timely manner. Hope that this is addressed.

This place should lose its pilots license. Dirty showers, filthy men's room. Will violate my daily clock rather than be stuck here again. Plenty of parking!

While the customer service was very good, the store and facilities were not up to standard. The toilet seat in the shower was broken, and the seal at the base of the toilet was leaking. Pilot has an automatic announcement about clean and hot showers, key word here is hotThis location has a temperature control on the faucet that only let's you get to just above tepid. It seems this location is trying to xut costs at every corner. Oh yes and then there is the huge rat problem in the truckers parking. That was not a fun experience.

service was good not to long of a wait.restrooms clean food was better than expected. will visit again. oh yes almost forgot had best price on gas also.
