Scott in Dublin CA store is beyond outstanding! I had wonderful experience. He fixed a complicated puncture and gave great service! To top it all it was free. Wow!

Needed a new tire place after moving out to Dublin a few years ago. Saw the good reviews on here so I checked out Tire Choice for the leak in my tire. The reviews are spot on. Scott is super friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to fit me in to patch it up. I ll be going Tire Choice again for sure.

The owner (Scott) is always very transparent and helpful with whatever service is needed - and - takes care of his returning clients. He will not nickel and dime you for frivolous services (like many other auto shops notoriously do). Service and quality of work are both top notch and I strongly recommend Tire Choice, Dublin to anyone for these reasons! Thank you, Scott!

This tire place is awesome. I hesitate to tell how great they are because I get such incredible service. The captain running the ship (Scott) is amazing. Friendly, efficient, best deals, and has the coordination of customers and mechanics running in perfect synchronicity. In addition, all of the mechanics are incredibly friendly and personable. I actually look forward to going in to have work done on my car.

Had a flat tire Saturday night (my 1st time). Couldn't find anywhere to fix it on a Sunday except Tire Choice. I have to drive two kids 50 miles to work and school every day. I was extremely worried and concerned. Scott was very patient and friendly and explained the repair process for me. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable! Thank you so much Scott! I am SO THANKFUL! I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

Tire Choice Auto Service Dublin provided awesome car service. Scott explained the issue and took care to provide updates from time to time and also went ahead to report a puncture. He investigated the issue thoroughly and provided excellent service.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP. I've brought my car in 2x for a flat tire here and Scott gave some genuinely exceptional service. The first time was around shop closing time but Scott took me in anyway and quickly repaired the flat. The second time was today, very early in the morning. Their shop was full of cars and I was desperate for the repair and short on time so Scott squeezed me in and got the job done in an hour! Their customer service is something to praise. Scott was very empathetic and kind throughout the whole process. 5/5 stars, don't think 2x!

On a Sunday morning, we were driving from San Ramon to Sunnyvale. Right at the start coolant level low indicator went off. Concerned we called the nearest open auto service shop. Scott, was super cordial and offered to take a look if we stopped by. 2 min later we were at his shop and he did exactly that. Checked it for us and gave all clear to go. No charges, no wait, instead just a very pleasant conversation with an expert. Really appreciate him doing it while he had other appointments and customers lined up. Such a refreshingly customer focused attitude! Thank you so much, Scott!

As a single woman I always get nervous about going to get work on my car because I don t want to get screwed over but I first went to tire choice this last December and I was really pleased with the price and the service. Then I just went today because I have a pretty messed up car and the manager Isabela was so helpful, giving me advice about what to do about my car and I felt like she really cared. The techs are really knowledgeable and their hours are very convenient especially for people who work Monday through Friday because they re open on the weekend.

The lady mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sure knew what the problem was right away. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and on top of getting the right part for the car. Both really were fast, efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service!

Excellent service and trustworthy. When a number of other auto centers declined to repair my punctured tired, TireChoice did mine free in twice!! And under different occasions. It s a clear no brainer for me to get my tires replaced and rotated by TireChoice when the time comes. Will be recommending them to fam and friends

I've been to this location a handful of times and, although I moved to the neighboring Contra Costa County, I still choose to have my services here because the service & quality cannot be beaten.I called on a Friday to make an appointment for new tires because I was in need - but there was urgency since I had just found a nail in one of the tires - Greg helped me schedule my appointment for that Sunday and gave me a quote that worked with my budget. He was friendly, patient, informative, and charismatic over the phone. When I showed on Sunday, Scott & his staff had me & my nieces in and out within an hour and a half (just enough time for breakfast across the street). Scott has helped me several times and truly knows how to deliver exceptional communication, attention to detail, and honest explanations for the non-car people out there like me.Overall, excellent customer service and fast / reliable quality every single time - what more could you ask for? I will note that while I was there this past weekend, someone did attempt to walk in and maybe expected quick turnaround time... advice: make an appointment or call ahead for the best experience.

Had a flat tire in the morning, replaced it with the spare and brought the flat to this location in the afternoon to see if it can be repaired. There was a large visible nail stuck in the flat so I was not hopeful. This is the third time I've ever had to deal with a flat, and this was by far the best experience. Owner was extremely helpful and understanding, keep me informed, never got any sales pressure, or concern about being ripped off. Just patched and installed the flat without issue.

Wow, just wow! Scott is seriously the best in the business. After being turned away by so many other tire shops who claimed they were swamped with work, it was a breath of fresh air when I called him up. All I need it was a patch in my tire since I drove over a nail. He listened attentively to my predicament and without hesitation booked me for the day in the morning! They didn't have to do this but, I wasn't charged a dime for the service. I feel like I owe them at least lunch. Thanks Scott!

In this day of not trusting shops or having a bad experience, this place especially dealing with the Manager, Scott, is quite the opposite. Firstly Scott is a car guy and friendly and his customer experience is a throwback to how it should be and I will be going back, recommending

Highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone in need of trustworthy and reliable service. After calling several other centers that were fully booked on this busy weekend, I was lucky enough to come across Tire Choice, they not only fixed my flat tire in time, but also did it free of charge, made me feel as if I was a long-term loyal customer even though it was my first time using the services here today!Will definitely return for more services in the future.

What can i say about Scott? He was there helping me through the entire process of purchasing my tires and wheels. He was extremely patient with me (believe me, I was not the easiest customer.) Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Scott and his crew are the good ones! I will for sure return for any other things I need done, Recommend highly! Thanks Scott & crew! See part 2...The staff here is amazing! I was late for an appointment and got out to my truck and I had a flat tire. Luckily I have a compressor and aired my tire and dropped in. Scott is the man, he worked me in as soon as I showed up. Angelica definitely lived up to her name. I was out, including paper work, in a half an hour! I didn't even have time to finish my breakfast. You all need to check out this store. It's how a business should be. Thanks guys!

I called this afternoon to check if they can fix the tire with nail, Scott answered the call and gave me time window on the same day. Service was excellent and here is the surprise "they fixed it for no charge"

Scott was wonderful, had puncture in rear tesla tire. He stayed open late to allow me to drop the car off since it was barely holding air and I kept using my compressor on the go. He stayed open to take in the car. It was ready next morning at 9AM. That was amazing knowing fixing tesla tires is a daunting task not every shop wants to help with. Surely recommend this place, amazing service.
