Did an oil service on my Mercedes S550 using Mobil 1 for less than $200. I went in for the brake work. From the beginning of calling for the appointment and to the end of getting my car served everything went well. Person at the desk was very friendly and explained me the whole process. I got free shuttle to my work and later on I got a call from the Midas with all the findings and then the job was done on time as it was promised. I got a text next day asking to confirm if everything is OK with their work.Great experience!

The friendliest and most professional service I have received for my vehicles in the bay area. Even when I come in without an appointment and they seem busy, they do their best to get to my requests in a timely manner. Best of all, they are transparent. If they know something will take longer, they will let you know and not say "it'll be 45 minutes" and you end up being there for at least an hour and a half (I have gotten that at many other places). It's my go to for both my work vehicle and my personal car.

After having not so good experiences with other places where services were pricey and not totally honest, I found Midas Dublin. I can tell that they helped me twice in taking the best decisions over my car issues, without pushing and answering all my doubts. Normally, mechanics don't explain the same to men and women, but not Midas Dublin, I felt totally comfortable with the different staff I was in contact with and I felt also that my opinions and concerns were taking in consideration. I will definitely come back when needed and I will recommend this place to others.

I received excellent service here. They were friendly and accommodating with my schedule. I have a car service that requires me to get it checked at certain locations and this particular location did a fantastic job!

I have been availing the services of Midas from the last two years. They are very professional and their customer service is excellent. Their diagnoses and suggestions are always accurate. I trust them with my car and have introduced my husband and my daughter to the Midas services.The personnel of Midas are very kind too. A year ago, my car wouldn't start, the personnel of AAA jump-started the vehicle and I drove straight to Midas. They checked my vehicle and suggested my battery may need replacement in future. But the diagnosis was done for free. I was so touched by their readiness to help and their free service. Thank you Midas for being the First and One stop for me and my family. My husband and daughter too have joined the Midas Family.

The name of this buisness feels like false advertising because there is nothing speedee about their service. I called to check their wait time. 1-1.5 hours. Okay cool. I head over and have to deal with this awful man who cut me off every time I spoke, spoke over me and rushed me out the door. Before I left I again checked the wait time which was still the same. I come back over 2 hours later and they still have no touched my car. Their excuse was that appointments came in so they bumped my car. Excuse me. Am I not a paying customer? The rude man kept telling me that once they had room they would start on my car and after that it would be another 30 minutes. It took me multiple tries to get him to tell me how long it would be until they started on my car. He said 5 min. Over 30 min later they finally start on my car. While waiting in the lobby I see the rude worker be just as rude to another woman who is trying to get help regarding past work and when my car is finally finished (3.5 hours later for a 30 MINUTE OIL CHANGE) he is just texting away on his phone. Now Im not going to say Midas/Speedee is a buisness to avoid but I would suggest avoiding coming in when AJ is working and make an appointment because they will keep bumping your car for hours and you could end up waiting all day for a simple oil change. No I will never ever ever come back to this buisness.Service: Oil change

(Actually just midas, be careful to know that.)They don't give all the information you need over the phone to make an informed decision and you might as well not make an appointment, they overlap time slots so you wait in line no matter what. Good times. Gone are the days when taking a car to a shop was convenient. I might as well start doing the work again, no warrantee but I've never needed to activate one for myself and it takes 1/4 of the time. Just watched them take at least 20 minutes going over my vehicle with a flashlight and a fine toothed comb instead of taking care of the agreed upon work. "Complementary courtesy service" is neither of those things if not communicated nor wanted, it is just a waste time. To their credit they didn't try to sell me any needless work and the price was right for the oil change at about 50$.

The team works hard to accommodate schedules and needs. Went in for tire change. They did a test for the coolant thinking there might be a leak and after the test, they said all ok. No fixing needed. Got my new tires and was on my way. Were honest about it. Ernesto and Junior are helpful and courteous!

I needed an oil change while visiting family in the area. Looked online to find somewhere close with good reviews. I called the evening before for an appointment the next day. They got me in and out in under an hour and saved me $30 over the price my regular guy charges. No upselling either!!! The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that when I called I was on hold 10 minutes then was disconnected. Could have been a fluke. In person they were all super nice.

I know that I can take my vehicle to any of a number of places in the Tri-Valley area, but I trust and like the service that I receive from Dublin Midas/SpeeDee Oil Change. From oil changes, tires, brakes and other issues, they have performed to my satisfaction. When my daughters got their vehicles, I recommended that they take them there for service. Thanks guys for always doing excellent work and having a friendly environment.

We have been going to Midas/SpeeDee for mainly Oil Change for multiple cars for the last few years and the service has always been timely and reliable. Prices are also reasonable. Very satisfied.

Good stuff, took the time to show me the dirt that was in my engine from a previous oil change done incorrectly. Great price for tires, no hassle on the coupon I used. Will be coming back for future oil changes/tires/brakes.

Great service. I walked in without an appointment (but I got there at opening). Was able to get an oil change done in about an hour. Really needed the oil change as I am about to take a long road trip. Thanks.

Always very kind and transparent with work that is being done/needs to be done. Always clean and pleasant atmosphere, sometimes a wait without an appointment, but usually only on the weekends. With an appointment always quick and easy.

I am happy with the responsiveness and quality service provided by the team. Only missing thing is whenever I give car for service with estimates more than $200 I would expect car to be washed and vacuumed.

I hate getting my car worked on and really don't like people trying to sell me stuff. This place is really chill though and they just did what I asked(walk in oil change). They let me know what I might need next but didn't mess around and tell me anything weird. Recommend for sure.

very friendly manager went for oil change on Sep. 23 and the clerk hispanic man was very friendly as well. I was more than satisfied and a regular a Dublin Midas for oil changes

This was my first experience getting my oil changed staying in my car. The technician was great and explained what he was doing. I like the fact that it was done in a timely manner.

Had a recent oil change here. The people are really nice and friendly and take steps to tell you about your car. Mine needed filters but I decided to pass and did not feel pressured to buy.
