After our car sustained damage on the left side from a deer collision, our insurance (Triple AAA) recommended this facility. Despite the extended repair duration, the team turned it into a positive experience. They covered a 5-day car rental, and upon retrieval, our car was impeccably serviced. Thanks to Brent for consistent updates throughout the process.

Professional and knowledge staff that will repair per OE guidelines. Amazing facility for collision repair, they offer lifetime warranty. Appointments are needed. Same crew different name Service King is now Crash Champions.

I highly recommend Service King Dublin to anyone who has a vehicle. Their customer service is great! The quality of work is excellent! My car looks brand new! It looks like I just bought it from the showroom floor. I can t say enough about Diaz and Jay at the shop. Both men are fantastic. I will ONLY take my car to them for all the body work. Used for auto body work when somebody hit my car from the side. Had great experience at Service King. Jay Gill was very humble, polite and was in top of the job. Kept me updated through out. Great Experience.

Should be called service bum. Firstly, I needed to ad a repair and the person checking in my vehicle did not want to listen and assist to add the request, he rudely said he would check with the insurance. New flash, the insurance request is what I tell them to fix. Secondly, they held my car for 4 weeks and never called and when I called they said they did not know how to replace the console then I told them I requested to replace the screen not the entire console. I canceled that request and replaced the screen myself. Lastly, they put a hole in my tire and it would not hold air whatsoever. Even though I turned in the car with inflated tires somehow they think returning the vehicle with one tire flat is not their fault. They do get one star for replacing the headlight lens. I would advise to go somewhere else.

Dezi was great in communication and helping me with scheduling. My work schedule makes it hard to take time off so I really appreciated him taking sometime in finding a time that would work. 1 star is way too many for this sorry business establishment. I was initially told my repair would be 2 weeks long, 3 weeks tops. Also, I was told to expect 2-3 updates every week in the meantime. I thought all was good initially.Time of this review, it has been over 8 weeks and I still don't have my car. On top of that, I received 3 updates if that in last 8 weeks. Every time I need to find out what was going on, I had to call myself and hold for 15-20 minutes. And when I finally get the service advisor, he lies on updates. After several failed attempts to reach out via phone, I stopped by at the repair shop and even then, I had hard time finding out the truth. Did I mention I still don't have my car back because of their incompetence and not sure when they will be done? I should have known when my estimate took over a week. My sorry service advisor never contacted me and when he did, he lies about it. I highly recommend to AVOID this business as they deserve a solid F- as a collision center.Follow up - I finally got my car back after 9 weeks and I am flabbergasted at this point. My brand new car, less that 2 weeks old, was simply trashed. When I went to finally pick up my car, I saw my car interior with all sorts of scratches and black grease marks. I no longer wanted to deal with this business any more so I drove off and contacted my insurance company to file a complaint and requested a follow on repair/clean. It turned out to be another $1,200.00 estimate from a legit collision center. Again, if anyone is reading this, avoid Service King like your life depends on it!!!

They fixed my back bumper that got damaged in a rear end accident. I loved the text updates and then when I picked up my car it was cleaned inside and out. I was very happy with the work and the staff was very professional. I would be sure to go back to them again if needed.

Service King was a wonderful surprise, starting with updating me through out the entire process and delivering on the date promised.It has a very clean and comfortable waiting room. A car rental option. The car was beautifully washed and cared for, with full instruction on how to care for the vehicle after taking it home.If did not know better, it never happened. Yet, it did and no sign of being restored at all. Very professional...

Service King Dublin exceeded my expectations. My vehicle came out of Service King looking much better than it did before the collision. Dezi and Tonya were easy to work with. They identified cosmetic repairs not caused by the collision; things I hadn t previously considered, and gave me a detailed quote. I am really glad I chose to get the extra work done; my car looks and drives like new! The communication from Dezi was excellent. Tonya, meanwhile, promised me that my car would be ready for pickup on a certain date, and she delivered. At pickup, Service King allowed me to leave my rental car there, which was convenient for me. I was even allowed to show up a little after close of business; they waited for me. I got a no-rush tour of my post-repair vehicle, which I appreciated. Finally, I must emphasize that the quality of the repair job was absolutely top notch. I am still in awe of how great my car looks (and drives). DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!Will not recommend anyone to use them if you care about what your car looks like. I bring in my car after an accident and when i get the car back my hood wasn't properly aligned and the hood gap was insane, I complaint about it and they take it back and readjusted. after the word being applied the hood gap was still huge and abnormal and the hood was still not aligned. then when I test drove the car I noticed a loud noise that will change by speed. brought it back to them and couldn't find out what it is, I have to talk to the master tech in their shop to find out what could be the potential issue. after going back for 3 times and try to get my problem resolve. I decide to bring my car to the Subaru dealer and get it repair. and yes my Subaru dealer confirm that the paint job was bad and hood was not aligned and hood gap is abnormal. on top of all that they also find out my wheel bearing was damage during the accident which is why it makes the noise and they were able to find out all the issue within the same day after I drop off the car. and service king have my car for 2 weeks and couldn't find out what's wrong nor fix any of the body issue that I complaint.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome service !!!! From day one to pickup day regular status update every day. Especially, Service Agent - Robert Robinson did a splendid job and gave a stupendous service by fixing my car as promised as brand new. I would strongly recommend to fix your cars with Service King. They are King of repair as their name says. Even the front desk representatives were very supportive and helpful.

I was involved in a crash and Service King in Dublin was able to help me with fast turn around time! They connected with my insurance and myself for all decisions and updates that came up, and were very detailed in their explanations. Superb service and awesome staff. Highly recommend if you need to fix your car!!!

I went in for an estimate on a Saturday for a damage to my rear bumper and spoke with the receptionist, Dina, who was very nice. After a very short wait, Koop came out and was extremely helpful and professional in going over the different options and route that I could take in getting my bumper repaired. I was not pressured into using them for repair service. After reviewing my options, I went ahead and booked an appointment for Monday. I really appreciated the honesty and really believe that this company cares more about their customers and providing quality service for fair prices than they do about simply making money. Kudos for really delivering on customer service!

I just brought in my 2010 Armada for some body work and was extremely pleased with the profesionalism and quality of the craftsmanship. Robert Robinson was my advisor and provided me great service every step of the way. He was flexible with with challenging work schedule and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. This body shop really knows how to treat customer well!Not only would I recommend this to others, I plan to bring in my wife's car which could also benefit from Car West's care.Thanks for a job well done!

Tanya was great at walking me through the process. This location doesn't actually do the repairs they tow out to Service King Fremont where they do the actual repairs and tow it back for you to pickup at Dublin. Nicholas at Service King Fremont called me to let me know what happened to my vehicle, what needed to be repaired and was very prompt with questions. The process was overall smooth and painless, so I definitely recommend service king overall!

My 2019 Nissan Versa was barely a year and a half old when someone backed into it. When I brought it to Dublin King I had reservations that it would ever look as good as when I first bought it. Dezi and the rest of the folks at the shop kept me apprised of the repairs every step of the way and when I picked up the car I was shocked because the car looked better than when I first bought it! I feel like I have a brand new car! I highly recommend Dublin King to anyone who needs repairs to either a used or new vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wish I could give 10 stars. So I got rear-ended, and I thought my Camaro would never be the same. Dropped my car off, everyone at Service King was friendly and understanding. They also send text message from start to finish. I was amazed at how fast I got my car back and the work they did. If I ever need work again I will be going to service king. Repair looks great. I really appreciated the great communication with daily text updates on the repair of my car. Also, when a small issue came up later related to the repair the shop got me in quickly and fixed the issue over my lunch break. I highly recommend.

I love this place!! This is the second time that I needed work done on my car. I spoke with Sheri Cardadeiro and she was Fantastic!!! I had a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car, and I was in and out in no time, and that is important to me and my time. She texted me when my parts where in and let me know how long it would take to fix my car. When my car was ready I came in and she had the car brought to me, it was cleaned and beautiful. The work that they do is excellent. I will use them again and again, and love working with Sheri and hope that if I need them I will be able to work with her!!!

Highly recommend Car west. My 10 year old car was rear ended and the repair quality was top notch, paint matching is the best I've ever seen. The friendliness and consummate professionalism of the manager Summer Ward made my overall experience there very pleasant.

I have commuted to work for 16 years. Other drivers have hit me 7 times. Thank goodness for Sheri Cardadeiro and Car West Auto who has been able to return my car to look like new--even better than it was before. The work was done quickly and perfectly. It is nice to get some TLC with such great service. My last trip in I told Sheri that we had to stop meeting like this.

I went to service king Dublin California to pick up my vehicle i noticed a part of trunk on the damage side has paint being stripped. I requested service king representative to see it and told him it will catch a rust for sure. But he refused to accept the fact that the area where paint is stripped is not a metal. I could not argue with him further given the fact he refused to accept the trunk is not made of metal. I requested him at least put a touch up paint on the bare metal area so that it does not catch rust, but he said i can go to Hyundai dealer. I cancelled my appointment with caliber collision and came to service king collision Dublin ca with lots of expectations although damage was not that critical. Also there is panel gap between bumper and trunk at the damage side which is noticeable as compared to the opposite side.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very happy with the service I had, the body work on my Nissan Maxima was done professionaly and quick. I got more of what I was told and expected, I had very good experience with Car West Auto Body in Dublin and specially with Sheri Cardadeiro, she handled everything for me, she was very friendly and professional and took care of every single detail (insurance documentation, etc). Definitely I would recommend this body shop to everyone. :-)

Sherman Pung did a phenomenal job for us. We had our Odyssey hit and had to deal with State Farm on the claim. We wanted the damage from the accident fixed but also wanted additional work done. Sherman dealt with the adjuster and made the entire process simply and easy. Sherman and Car West made our car look like new and I have recommended them to my family and friends.
