Mike is so great, the first time I went here was about a month ago when I was looking for somewhere convenient to do an oil change that I was due for and I usually go to jiffy lube but it was t convenient for me to go there at the time and I searched for oil changes in the area and found mikes shop and called him and was able to drop off my car within 5 minutes of my call with him about a oil change service. Him and his mechanic were extremely kind and welcoming.As we know being a woman is not easy taking your car to a shop, but they made me feel comfortable and that my car was in good hands. They did my oil change and gave me recommendations for future services as they found the oil plug was not secured properly from my last oil service at jiffy lube. They never pressured me into any other services.Recently my car would not turn over and when I finally got it turned on and was headed in their directions I gave them a call explaining what had happened, Mike remembered be from my previous oil change and told me to bring it by and he and his mechanic took a look at it for me and tested the battery for me and advised me it was getting old and low charge on it. He did not pressure me to get the battery changed there and just gave his advice it was getting old and would have a couple months possibly. I of course did not want to take that risk and asked if he could change it that day if they had time. And he took my car right then and told me he would give me a call once they had the battery to give me the price. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here for any future issues with my car and for routine maintenance as I have found a place I trust.

100K service for my Honda Odyssey 2009.Mike and his staff are professionals and trust worthy. I have been a regular at his garage for both my cars for the last 9 years. A good, honest and trustworthy mechanic is needed for our peace of mind and I'm glad to have it in Mike.His entire staff also gets the due credit for being helpful and professional.Sanjay

I called this shop because I saw their name and number on a Carfax report as the last shop to do a safety inspection, for a beautiful rare car I wanted to buy from a used car dealership. They were super friendly and shared their findings with me, which were impressively thorough, and there was enough in the report that I decided to walk away from the car, and I think Mike's saved me a whole lot of money, even though I've never patronized their shop.I asked if there was any way I could compensate them for the help they'd provided me, and they said no worries, just think of us in the future. Well, I definitely will.

The best with great deals! Mike and his guys are always nice and professional and if you check in on Yelp, you get a 2 for 1 deal for an oil change! My second oil change was completely free! They never try and sell me on doing more work to my car but will suggest things that need to be done but are never pushy! I'll keep coming back here!

I discovered Mike's place last year and I was impressed with not only the friendly and courteous customer service, but also accurate diagnostic of my old Mercury Sable's problem. Mike even personally gave me a ride home while the car's brakes were being worked on. It was also a lot better and cheaper than Ash**** in Dublin. Oil changes are also fast and quick. I'm now a loyal customer.

Call ahead for an appointment and you're in and out in 30 minutes. The place is neat and tidy and the service is awesome. Sam was working today and he's super friendly. I finally used my yelp coupon today for my oil change! If you're a new customer, you pay for one oil change and get the next one free. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience was horrible. Can not understand why these good reviews. I'm not one to comment either. I called and was given a quote for an oil change. Being new to the area I knew prices might be higher. When I showed up, the price jumped $50. I ended up paying $115 for an oil change! Didn't get a car wash or vacuum or anything additional for that price. Got home and started noticing an oil leak. Brought it to the dealership. MIKE'S put on the WRONG size oil filter. On top of that...they didn't even top off my fluids. I had to get another oil change. Cost me $45 for the change and at the dealership! Ridiculous. I will never go back to Mike's! Not happy at all.

I brought my car in for a cracked radiator and radiator bracket. They called back almost immediately to tell me that it would be a few days before they could the right bracket from the manufacturer, but they also said they could Jerry rig an off-brand one if I needed my car back sooner, which was awesome.Extremely fast & casual customer service, which is exactly the way I like it.Update 5/30/2017: I just got back from taking my car there again, and they did another great job. Mike found a tire puncture and an issue with the temp sensor cover that I had no idea about, and probably saved me a lot of headaches in the process. Thanks again!

Yes, the positive reviews are correct! This guys know what they are doing and they are very prompt about getting things done. Both myself and my brother brought our infinitis for an oil change and got a great deal. Mike in addition has given me a sound (and free) advice about engine modification I was planning and I ended up doing what's right for myself and for my car.

Owner Mike and his team have had the opportunity to service my vehicle SUV. It is a real pleasure to have an auto repair shop you can really trust, the work was performed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. (( Place I can really count on )) they took extra time to share "preventative maintenance". Thank you Mike's Car Clinic

Finally find a place close by that can do oil change for my old Audi without being ripped off by the dealers! and the owner Mike is such a nice person and the service is awesome. Overall a pleasant experience. Ready for the next oil change.

Informs me after 3 days that they will not work on my car because it s been worked on before . Then tells me I have less than a day to move it (he knows I had to have it towed there). I asked if they could just tell me what was wrong with the car then, nope. Also tried to charge me $250 for a car battery.

The owner is so amazing. The best service I have experienced. He resolved my water drainage tube blockage completely and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

They worked on my C6 Corvette at least 4 times(oil pressure sensor, faulty turn signal switch, radiator, brake pad replacement). They were fast and efficient and priced better than the dealer. I really trust these guys.

Mike's Car Clinic saved me when I was in a pinch. I have a VW passat, and everyone knows European cars are not the easiest to work with. They diagnosed the issue, retrieved parts, and completed the necessary maintenance all in the same day! My car is back to functioning, and I will definitely revisit!

It was a great experience at Mike's! He was completely booked and was able to squeeze me in same day. The price quotes that I received prior to going to Mike's ranged from $120-$150 and they only charged me $95 and did it in half the time. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

I've been taking my car here for a couple of years now and have been very happy with the service, prices and convenience. Since I work across the street from the mall in Pleasanton, I can just walk over the BART bridge to get to work. I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything more than what I need and the prices have always been fair. I'm happy to have found this shop!

We have rented a camper van and after a hour driving from the pickup office the engine seemed to have a problem, a red light appeared at the screen. Mike checked the system and helped us, really great!
