Requested an oil change and got exactly that. Great price and they even took me out to the garage to see an issue my car is having. No unnecessary recommendations, quick 30 minutes in and out. Happy to go here again.

Was told to have my engine completely replaced for a check engine light code but there was nothing wrong with my engine. For a camshaft sensor that needed to probably replaced and to suggest that the entire engine needed to be replaced? Mechanic told me they are honest with the work to be done but I ve never been so disappointed after finding out there was nothing wrong. They had suggested work on my car that didn t need to be even replaced.

I do my regular oil changes here. I feel they are very genuine in their recommendations and do not try to get you to do things that are not absolutely necessary.I use to do tire changes at costco before but trying to do this at Midas in the recent past as the difference in pricing is not that much and you get free tire rotation!

Thank you to the Midas team. My truck blew a head gasket and Midas did an outstanding job rebuilding the entire engine. They also made sure that I was taken care of throughout the whole process. Thank you again.

I am not having a pleasant experience. I am totally unhappy with the service as they are gave a big list of things to replace and labor charges whenever I visit. I also experienced a drastic drop in mileage from 26 MPG to 16 MPG immediately after the last service, which was supposed to change the fluids. The service team has no idea why the MPG dropped with fluids refill and is now recommending a big list of things to change, such as spark plugs, brakes, rotors, etc

I was very happy with this Midas until about 2 weeks after my appointment to get my car fixed. I needed to get a part in my steering column replaced and they did a fantastic job. But about 2 weeks after my appointment, I get a text saying something along the lines of Hey, when your car was here last, we found some things that need to be fixed. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment. This wasn t disclosed to me when I picked up the car, which leads me to believe that the mechanic was trying to get more money out of me. I find this unprofessional to mention after the fact that there were issues found so long after my appointment and not to disclose those issues immediately when I picked up my car. I won t be using Midas again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They hard-pressed and used some tactics to bill me for a grand for front brakes. Saying they're pretty bad. After saying I can't do it today, they said we can do brake pads and rotors for today at half the price. Still felt scammed! Seems like the new staff is into the money! Between they forgot to install one of the panel when they got my window fixed.

DISHONEST SABOTEURS. I took my car here to have them run a diagnostic on my EGR system (check the valve, modulator and Vacuum Switch Valve). P0401. They claimed to have done it and said the modulator needed replacement. So I take the car home and pop the hood, only to find the modulator with a freshly snapped off port (the q port). NOT mentioned in the diagnostic report they gave me. Nonetheless, I replaced it and nothing changed. Cleared the code, still a p0401 popping up as soon as I hit the highway. After arguing with them about the snapped modulator and to check my car again (to no avail), I took my car elsewhere. It was the VSV that needed replacement. A simple 12v test from Midas would've saved me hundreds, but instead they did a half hearted job and simply tried to charge me again for another diagnostic. Someone should be fired for SABOTAGING my car and not giving me a refund for MISDIAGNOSING my car.

My experience at Dublin Midas has been very satisfactory. Junior and Ernesto have always made it feel like getting my vehicles serviced has not been such a chore. I have very specific needs and Junior and Ernesto let me know they understand those needs (handicapped ramp van that needs to be available ASAP!).Junior and Ernesto have a personable attitude toward providing the services for my vehicles.Between Junior and Ernesto, they make sure that my vehicles get the services needed necessary to keep me and my family safely on the road.Services: Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

So terrible services, i called them ask alignments price, he told me $119.99 . I said I saw $20 discount, he told that is $99 before I drove to there, but I were in there, he told me that s $189. I asked them if they can correct my car rear wheel go to straight, she said: yes, after alignment will be fixed, but they didn t do anything in my rear wheel, just little adjust front wheelsService: Wheel alignment

The oil change was performed efficiently. Staff was friendly and helpful. My car had additional problem. Manager immediately ordered parts and my car was fixed the same day. Stopped in to get my Muffler fixed the screws were loose. Took one look at my car and said we don't work on Mufflers and your car is to low. He get two stars for the direction to a closed shop. He tried but no work. Called another Midas way out of the way they said come right over we will take care of you. move on to the next shop open and willing to help.

My goto place for oil change and most car repairs. They can accept walk-ins pretty much any day, have great prices and take on all kinds of tasks. And, by the way, you can see what they are doing to your car through the wide open gates.

Service has been quick and friendly. They didn't give me too much hassle about not coming in regularly or much pressure on stuff that needs fixing, maybe due to the age of my car. Prices are good for the oil change, just make sure to get the online coupon.
