I have never had a negative experience at Dublin Honda. I recently had to leave my car for service for a few days due to it needing a whole new steering rack. I was given a nice loaner car in the meantime so i wouldn't have to struggle with finding rides for my daily commutes. Having a rental car was also very helpful since i live too far away to use their shuttle service. I also wanted to give my usual service advisor Shane a huge shoutout. He has always been very friendly and professional and awesome at what he does. Never less than a 5 star experience and i don't mind the 30-40 minute commute when i need to come in for service. I added a photo of my car after the new steering rack had been installed. All is much better even than before. Thank you again!

Recently purchased a new Honda Accord from sales person Nick. Our experience with Nick was nothing less than excellent. He is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the car and especially a great help with our technical questions. Even via text a few days after leaving the dealership. We would definitely give Nick 5 stars and would recommend him as a sales rep to anyone in search of a Honda in Dublin. Thanks again Nick great and no pressure experience!

Nick is good, he sold us a great 23 Odyssey. After some months my moonroof shattered over my head while driving. While this issue was addressed by Honda Motors directly after many weeks of back and forth. Dublin dealership was nothing but rude, hesitant, unkind and unpleasant to work with. Many phone calls were ended with a rude conversation. That is NOT how you treat a customer, my expectation was at least be listened, helped and guided (like Livermore Honda magnificently did). I would avoid stopping by Dublin Honda in the future. They let me all alone dealing with this situation and hung the phone on me several times.

I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle on my first visit. Greg made sure that I explored all my options in looking for a car, new versus used. Keith made sure to explain the buying process before I jumped into such a big purchase. David was very thorough in explaining things that I was going to need moving forward and gave helpful tips that I wouldn t have thought about until later. I ended up going back three different times because the patience and the service were unmatched at other dealerships I visited in my car hunt.

I went in looking at a used vehicle that I saw online, Tito was very attentive and not pushy which I appreciated. The process went smoothly from there and they were able to work with my budget goal. David the Finance manager checked every route to see what he could do on that budget. At the end I ended up going with a FI I was pre-approved with but appreciate him trying to get a better rate for me. This Team at Dublin Honda was amazing to work with and have me riding in style.

Steve Dong was my Service Advisor. He gave me a complete explanation and got put out quickly. I appreciated his efficiency and knowledge. I give Steven 5 stars.My only disappointment is with Dublin Honda. I paid for a B1 service which cost more than an A1 service. The additional work for an A1 service versus a B1 service is an inspection. I compared the B1 inspection to the free A1 inspection and it looks very similar.I was in in LA and they charge the same price for an A1 and a B1 service. In the future I think I'll either get the A1 service and free inspection locally or have the B1 service performed in LA.

Ive been meaning to get some service done for my car and finally went into Dublin Honda. I definitely has a swift experience there. I had a broken key, needed to program a key, and mirror that needed to be fixed. Mike at the parts department kindly helped me ordered the parts I needed and they arrived as he promised. Matthew at service department helped me program my keys while sending me to the mall to shop. When I went to pick up my parts, Mike kindly help me put my keys back together. My sister went in on my behalf to get my mirror fixed and said Fred at service gave her an exceptional service. Despite how busy they are everyone had patience and was super nice, which is why we will continue to come back to Dublin Honda from Oakland.

Had a mind blowing experience with the stellar sales team at this Honda Dealership. It all started with walking into a mostly empty showroom with a lone gentleman walking around but did not care to ask or enquire if we were looking for anything in particular or even a say welcome to Honda. Top it off with the star salesman of the year who was sitting at an empty desk proceeded to be direct (his own words) by kindly letting us know what the car is going to cost upfront without bothering to figure out the customers needs. I guess he missed out on his training on customer interaction. At one point I thought it was weird but overall I would say it s a disinterested lot. Guess the rains didn t help the mood either. Hope others have a better experience than we did. Maybe try visiting this place on a sunny day.Update: 2 weeks gone by and no follow ups. Not that I expected any. This just shows how committed Ken Harvey s Honda is.

My service here was great! They have Starbucks coffee in their small lounge with comfy chairs and wifi (password is printed on a paper hung the wall). There are quiet office spaces too if you decide the lounge is too noisy. Big thanks to my service advisor Matthew for explaining all the relevant details and making me feel at ease with the whole process.

I arrived for a recall repair on my Honda CRV. Mark was very helpful and polite. He set me up very quickly with my shuttle home, due to the fact it was a little busy that Friday.He called about 3 hours later stating the repairs were complete and that he would be sending a shuttle to pick me up.

I went in for an oil change. When I arrived I parked my car at the express service lane and waited for a service rep to come out. Shout out to Josh for being professional and taking the time to answer all my questions. He was patient and very knowledgeable.Once the service was finished. I got a text with a link. The link had a video of the tech showing me my car and then breaking down what they recommended should be worked on and what was okay but should keep an eye on. Also in the link you get to select if you want to accept or decline the recommended services. Very user friendly.One thing I would recommend to change is to have an appointment system instead of just drop in. But other than that, I was pretty satisfied with the service.

Customers are treated well, everyone is polite and friendly. The office is clean and the repairs needed are discussed and prices are too. When the car is ready a text is sent. Payment is reviewed and the car is brought up, seat and floor protectors are removed.

Coming to work on Tuesday Feb 6 and just as I was getting to work the check engine light came on. Got to work, clocked in and then went to Dublin Honda. No appointment. Mark was able to get me in and get all the work I needed done. Even went so far as to check when I purchased the vehicle (from Dublin Honda) and saw that i had an extended warranty which I forgot about. Saved me big $$$. Work done and vehicle runs smoothly. Thanks Mark and Dublin Honda!

The team provided excellent service as I just walked in due to my tire pressure light turning on. The week before I had walked in and they latched my tire. So as soon as I drove in, Josh helped me and took care of the other nail in my tire.

Major is very attentive, accessible and really does everything he can to meet the customers needs. We just leased again through Major Blaine s! The finance rep was also very good and his customer service comfortable and helpful. Recommend highly. PS: their service department is also top notch!

Great customer service is a dying trend now a days and we as customers have no choice but to just deal with it. Although, Albert in your Service Department who help us is proof that this is not so. We needed an oil change and a replacement part but we don t have a clue what it s called so he took a photo of the damaged area, find the parts for us and ordered it for us. While others could easily just point us to your parts department Albert. made sure that we are really taken care of. We got the parts the next day and got this installed in seconds. He just made us your customer for life. Thank you Albert for an amazing customer service experience.

I have been going to Ken Harvey Honda in Dublin for a few years and have had amazing service. They are thorough when they check your car. I appreciate when they record their findings to let you know as a customer what needs to be addressed and the level of urgency so you as a consumer understand and can make the necessary decision based on the findings.The service technicians, Nick and Joshua just to name a few have always been pleasant to work with. They have gone above and beyond on a few occasions. For example, I had to replace my windshield wipers, so I purchased them at the parts department and Josh put them on. Those gestures are what instill my trust and keep me going back as a customer.

I went there to buy a new car. The first guy was super uninterested. He kept pushing that I should agree on price before even letting me test drive. All this was happening in the parking lot. Then I asked to see other person. A white/middle eastern person showed up. I complained that this is not professional and the other guy was rude. The second guy was soft spoken but didn t show any attention to my concern. He went inside to pickup keys but later the first guy showed up and said we don t want to show you the cars. I was almost ready that day to make a purchase. They don t want the business and extremely rude towards customers. I hope they shut down in months.Oh also, both were rude and racially motivated. They laughed at me and my family when we got out of parking lot.I don t know why management is tolerating such sales people.

I went in last week with the intent of leasing a 2024 Honda CR-V and that's exactly what I left with! Wais, Keith, Jimmy and Luis went above and beyond to help me. The one thing I always look for and appreciate when going to a car dealership is transparency and that is exactly what I got. They were all straight to the point, transparent and extremely accommodating. My mom and I had a great experience with everyone at this dealership and even though we're not from the area...we willDefinitely will be making the drive to come back to this dealership in future years when we are in need of more vehicles. The whole experience was a pleasant. My sales associate Wais made the whole process very easy and I completed purchasing a car from finding the car to taking the car home all in one day. The finance manager Luis was also very accommodating. One feedback is the trade in appraisal should be more reasonable. I was initially offered at 10% of what Carmax had appraised the car at and 6% of KBB value. But overall, I would definitely recommend Dublin Honda if you are in the market for a car!

I called Dublin Honda in advance and made an appointment to meet with their sales executive, Vince Herrera. When I arrived, Vince was anxious to show me exactly the Honda Accord that I was interested in. I was able to test drive the Hybrid sport model, and after the test drive, I was completely sold on the car. I specially ordered the color and features I wanted, and the car was there at the dealership within two days of my order. They handled all the paperwork with the DMV for me and arranged great financing. I couldn t be more pleased. I have already recommended Dublin Honda to some of my friends and they can t believe what great mileage I m getting and what a great price on a brand new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid. I was getting 50 mpg on my first day out on the highway.

My service is at 9am and the advisor is very helpful. However the expected shuttle service driver didn't look around try to find waiting customers. I asked the 2nd advisor and she asked me not to complain but just waiting for next round. Eventually I got a lyft arranged by 1st advisor and headed home at 10:10am.Never had such experience at this location.

My car needed a knock sensor replacement. Honda is notorious for hiding the sensor in the most inaccessible location on the engine. The operation required special tools and preferably a small and dexterous hand. I spoke to the service representative, Albert Gonzales, on the phone the day before the service. Based on my diagnosis, he provided a quote for parts and labor which was more reasonable than other repair shops in the area. Albert was competent and courteous. The service was completed in far shorter time than I could have done myself. The price was exactly as quoted. No surprise. Problem fixed.

I recently had my car serviced at Dublin Honda, where I got an oil change ( new windshield wipers) and a regular checkup. Josh assisted me during the visit, and I must say, he was both knowledgeable and fast. What sets Dublin Honda apart is that they don't treat you like a typical pushy salesman, unlike my experiences in Concord. I was pleased with their service and professionalism.
